They never showed up or called me to tell me they were running late etc. So I called them and asked if they were coming. The guy who answered couldn't believe the estimator hadn't showed up and told me that he would call me right back. Well, the estimator called me back and gave me some lame excuse as to why he didn't show up (no apology...and if there was a reason he couldn't show up, common courtesy is you CALL THE CUSTOMER!) Still, he asks if we can reschedule for an hour later. I hesitantly agreed. Fast forward to when he is supposed to come the second time. He still isn't here 20 minutes after the agreed upon time. Still NO CALL. So I called the company to cancel and he actually answered. I said "Well, you didn't show up a second time so I'm not using your company." He said "Well, I'm only like 5 minutes away but if you want to cancel, ok" I don't think he was only 5 minutes away! So...they won't be getting my business. And too bad for them because it would have been a lucrative one.
