Alex was incredibly helpful and well organized. He took the time to visit my realm of chaos, I mean, house, and explained the many services his company could offer to reduce my stress load. We settled on what I *thought* was needed, and he sent a rough estimate within a couple hours. A big relief! However, my circumstances changed abruptly, and I needed to cancel the move. As I had no idea If I would be moving within a couple months or a couple years, I couldn't in good faith postpone. Alex was completely understanding. Through the entire process, from first contact to an unfortunate need to cancel, he was courteous, upfront about all matters, offered helpful suggestions, and very pleasant to work with. My only issue, falls entirely on my shoulders. They do offer a refund policy, but it was me who misunderstood the details. On their site, it clearly states that a refund will be granted only if canceled within 48 hours of booking. I had read it as before 48 hours of my move. That's not on them, my fault. I would definitely give them a call again! Hope this helps you in your (I know is difficult) decision process. Good luck! read more

Perfect! Reliable. This was a difficult move to a storage facility from a hoarders apt. Fair price and VERY flexible with move date and time. read more

On time, courteous, professional and thorough. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Paradise Moving helped with our moving in town. They were quick, efficient and took care of all our belongings.

Paradise Movers are fanfriggingtastic! Wow! I needed a small move, from an apartment in Woonsocket, that I was "camping out" in for six months (while waiting for my new, endlessly delayed double-wide to finally get finished and closed on), to Chapachet. That day finally came, and I contacted quite a few movers, who quoted outrageous sums, and dates available weeks and weeks out. I was fearing poor old me would have to drag the stuff, car load by car load to my new place. But then Paradise Movers came to my rescue! They received my request for quotes on the Yelp "Request Quotes" thingy, emailed me with a VERY fair rate, and could schedule it exactly when I needed it. Yay! They confirmed my move 3 or 4 times in the meantime, showed up on time, got right to work, and had me loaded up in a half hour! The drive was 20 minutes, got to my new place, and the whole thing was completely done in 90 minutes. The two movers were really nice! Both were communicative, responsive, careful, and efficient. They did everything with a bubbly attitude and smiles on their faces. They were freaking great - even with my packing job being way less than stellar. I would recommend Paradise Movers to anyone for any size or type of moving needs, but in particular, they shine at smaller, local moves. Hire them now! read more

They moved my mother from an assisted living apartment in MA to a condo in CT. The entire experience was trouble free. They provided a quick and easy quote. Since it was a interstate move, it was a fixed price. On the day of the move, they showed up on time, made one stop to drop off a sofa, then proceeded to delivery the remaining items in CT. I look forward to using them again for my next move. read more

Paradise, indeed! I can't rave enough about how great this moving team is! Vlad accommodated my last minute moving requests (12 hours between my request and their showing up!) three separate times for three separate jobs in the space of 2 weeks. Alex and Marcus were amazing! Tireless and friendly--even in 95 degree heat! We needed help cleaning out a packed basement and garage, then they helped pack and move my friend's condo stuff to their storage space, THEN helped same friend transport remaining goods to a donation center. Honestly, I texted Vlad late on Friday night on two occasions and both times he responded immediately and had the movers there early next morning. Just unparalleled customer service. I've rarely encountered such professional, prompt, attentive, and pleasant people in any business. AND everything was reasonably priced and consistent with their quotes-no surprises! (The only surprise was when I repeatedly tried to tip Alex and his colleague, knowing my friend had already tipped them, and he refused to take it! Talk about integrity!!) Hire Paradise for any moving/storage needs and just sit back and relax...they take all the stress out of moving! THANK YOU TEAM PARADISE!! :D read more

We used Paradise moving for a long distance move from Bos to VA. I cannot say enough good things about Paradise moving. I requested a quote and received a response from Andrew (the owner) within minutes. The quote we received is a flat rate and there were absolutely no hidden fees. Andrew worked with me when I had to change the date with no issues. Not only that, but we ended up having a heavy buffet table added to the load last minute and Andrew sent the biggest truck at no extra cost. The men who came moving day (Daniel and Marcus I believe) were absolutely great. They were polite and extremely helpful. The load we sent was to VA at my mom's house. My mom also used them to move extra things around the house, which they completed quickly. I paid the amount + tip to Andrew over the phone, who told me to make sure my mom didn't tip as well so we don't end up paying twice. This company has so much integrity and I will use them again for our next move!! Moving can be so stressful but Paradise moving made it as easy as can be. read more

After hearing all the long distance moving horror stories, I was apprehensive about the move. Paradise was fantastic. They showed up on time and the guys were nice, efficient and careful. They arrived at my new location on time and quickly and carefully moved all my things. They were polite and did not break a single item. Plus their cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Wow! Such an amazing moving company! They were fast to respond and give me a quote when I first reached out. They arrived on time and called me an hour before they showed up, which I loved! They handled all items with care and really knew what they were doing. (from wrapping, taking off doors to get items out, etc). I would and will use this company again! It is always stressful to do a move, and Paradise truly makes it easier :) Thx! read more

Paradise Moving was referred to me by a coworker and I'm thrilled I decided to go with them. Scheduling was a breeze, they were responsive and very clear about rates and total cost. During the move they were careful yet efficient, making sure everything is packed away safely and arrives at the destination without a hitch. Easy going guys who go the extra mile to make sure your move is easy. We had some antique pieces that were both heavy and fragile and I wouldn't have been able to get this move done without them. I hope I don't have to move again soon but if I do I'll be giving Paradise a call. Thank you very much guys!! read more

Could not have better things to say about Paradise Moving. They were responsive, prompt, straightforward and fair for my recent move in central Mass. Their rates were better than all competitors and they were flexible with availability. Vadym and team were very careful with my belongings including assembly and disassembly of large items with excellent packing materials. I will definitely be using them for my next move and recommend them to anyone! read more

started off great but eventually went dark when making the final plans. Very unprofessional and left me to scramble to make up for it.

I moved yesterday in-house to another apartment in a 22-story building. I packed and unpacked, they moved my furniture, etc. setting electronics up, etc. It was excellent service provided without a problem. I worked for a premier moving company so I've seen the best. Being an in-house move I have not experienced a regular move to another building but they did the job efficiently and with courtesy. read more

So responsive and conscientious! We needed a washing machine removed from our 3rd floor and another brought up three flights from our basement to replace it. I had an excellent experience with Paradise Moving, where they helped me to move from Massachusetts all the way to Michigan. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, working with my schedule and answering any questions I had. Also, they went above and beyond the day of my move, bringing everything carefully wrapped and protected; they even set up for me a new piece of furniture that had arrived that day in addition to some furniture assembly from the move. I would highly recommend them, especially for long-distance moves! My gratitude to Vadym and Marcus for their help and their excellent service! read more

I just had my move earlier today and I have to stop to write this review because I was amazed and impressed how fantastic the service was. Move went very smooth! Paradise Moving & Storage were transparent in their prices (quote closely matched true price), were on point with their communication (kept me in the loop and got quick responses on questions), and did an efficient job with the actual move. read more

I have an upright piano that they moved into my second-floor apartment on a very hot day. There is a very tight stairwell in the building, which they managed to negotiate without damaging the piano (or the building)! The movers were friendly and very careful with my piano. They did a great job. read more

These guys know what they are doing. My first time hiring movers and I had nothing but a positive experience with Paradise, even in the pouring rain in a move from Boston to Southern NH. They worked efficiently but also paid great attention to detail. We don't have the newest or nicest furniture but they still treated it like it was made of glass. Highly recommend, fairly priced compared to other movers out there, and a great group of guys. read more

Finding this company on Yelp was like hitting the lottery. These guys are amazing! I moved from a two bed apartment to a house and had a king sized mattress, split box spring, frame, small dresser, 3 seat couch and loveseat and a bar moved by them. Vadym and his associate were excellent! Professional, responsible, had all the right tools and gear they needed and worked fast. No damage to anything, they completed the move with a smile. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY be using this company and their services again. 100% worth every penny. read more
