So funny with all the covid stuff going around you think people would stop handling their phones so much . Like I'm so irritated that this girl just assumed cuz she was on her watch that I...what ..?? Wasnt gonna notice the 15 minute long conversation you were having with your mom about losing your stimulus check at a party ???? Literally this is what she was talking into her watch about!!!! like I didnt notice or somthing !!!. the black girl was just leaning and staring at her watch as she made my frappe... like ok and the other people didnt seem to even wanna be there ...felt like a gloomy boring atmosphere... there wasnt one thing that stood out in my mind like wow ... I really like this place. .. if it was anymore akward in there I'd say it was haunted or somthing ... But back to the subject at hand ...I really don't appreciate my frood being touched by somebody that was touching their electronic device ,that was around their wrist,( obviously a watch goes everywhere with you) so I'm pretty sure that watch has been in the restroom with her multiple times..GROSS!!!!.. I asked her to change her gloves and she did but THEN started acting I'm only saying this because this isn't the 1st time I've come here and been bothered by something and seen no manager at all it's been like this for maybeweird after... Like I interrupted something important.... Get off the phone with your mom when you're at work no one cares that you lost your stimulus check!!! P.s where the hell was a manager ??? I see cameras but what's the point if theirs no one watching them... guess managers are to important to be in store helping ... MANAGING ... guess u guys dont wanna deal with your employees or be there either ... just micromanage from behind the phone or computer for yelp right ...eye roll... I say this because this is Not the 1st time this has happened within a couple weeks.... Get a manager in there ! read more

Secon time came here.... Not even too busy in drive-through.. I came to drive-through and Had the sweetest blonde hair girl help me she seemed to be alone until I saw some girl I don't even think she was wearing a mask she was African American with purple hair.... I sat there as my server took my drink order and made it... In the back all I can see is this girl on her watch talking into it ????at 1st I did not understand what she was doing until I saw her texting on!!!! Now my order wasn't too big but she could have helped she just stood there on her phone and on her watch like it's not enough you're texting on your phone but now you have a watch also?? I've been in customer service very long time and I don't think it's good to have your back turned towards guests especially if you are not too busy especially while being on your phone plain as day I can see from the window!! I took this picture hopefully you talk to her because it made me feel very sad for the girl in the window all alone I would not want to work with somebody so lazy and rude!!!!! I'm sure your place of business does not allow phones so why is she on it you should have a talk with her if you haven't already... On another note I did try that Apple fritter not as good as the bear claw.... But thanks for the suggestion hopefully next time I come in I don't see that girl on her phone instead may be shell be making drinks and doing her job... Thank you again to the blonde girl who made my drinks and served me my Apple fritter!!! read more

Randomly happened to be in the area and saw the BIG DONUT as we were driving by, not hard to miss (especially for a 3 year old). I had heard of Randy's donuts before but had never been. We had a little drive to where we were going, so it was the perfect pitstop before we hopped on the highway. I wouldn't normally write about a pitstop, but must say our experience was definitely noteworthy. Note to self, unless you plan on buying a dozen, do not take your children in! The variety was endless, so many options to chose from and we did. They were delicious, and delicious the next day and just as delicious the day after. We became instant customers for life. Oh and not to mention, the bathrooms were clean and well kept (important when you have little children) and the service was not only great, but very patient. We want to apologize to everyone behind us:) We look forward to our next visit, thank you Randy's! read more

I had a great experience at Randy's Donuts thanks to Ricky. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. It's not often that you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, but Ricky definitely does. His kindness and dedication to his job really stood out and made my visit even better. Randy's Donuts is lucky to have an employee like him. Ricky deserves all the success and recognition in the business. I'll definitely be coming back, and I hope management knows what a valuable team member they have. With my babe in from NYC, the goal is to hit all the yummy spots in Cali and this was definitely on the list. I gave it four stars instead of five because the bear claw was stale. One of my classic favs and it was a disappointment. The fruity pebbles one was on point and was as good as it looked. The oreo cookie and churro we also stale but the Smore's was as good as I had hoped. The classic chocolate crowler was a little oily and the pink sprinkles one was surprisingly delicious. I would have to admit that I enjoyed these donuts 90% more than I did the Donut Man in Glendora and I would have to say, that I will be back! read more

I stopped by Randy's Donuts (usually I have them delivered but wanted them asap) and this visit was an easy 5-star experience. The donuts were fresh and delicious, as always. What really made this visit stand out was Ricky, whose kind words and positive attitude after a long night shift made a quick stop into something memorable. Great customer service is rare these days. Third time there was a huge black hair in my breakfast sandwich. Didn't go back for a long time because I was grossed out. Went back twice recently and was overcharged BOTH times. Didn't want to fuss over a few dollars the first time, but after today, I won't be back. Way too many decent donut shops around to go to an already-expensive one and then continually be overcharged. Here's a comprehensive breakdown of my visit today: Ordered: $2.90+$2.90+$6.25+$10=$22.05 SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY TOTAL 2 medium coffees+1 breakfast sandwich+1/2 dozen of small donuts Paid $31.30-$6.25 overcharged for an extra breakfast sandwich-.70 overcharged for coffees=$24.35 what I actually ended up being charged Overcharged by $2.30 STILL in the end After making several mistakes because apparently the girl was new and delaying me getting to work, I was still overcharged. I just don't like that. Nearly $3 for a black coffee when it costs a quarter to make and $6.25 for the most basic breakfast sandwich, which I actually hated, is expensive enough. I don't appreciate being overcharged when their prices are high enough already. That's simply not fair.
