Well I have nothing bad to say ... the only thing is that the longer you wait to get your donut fix like later in the evening most of your favorites are gone ... the staff always friendly , you can also order ahead of time and pickup at the location, at this time during the Covid-19 only 4 people limit inside the lobby at a time, you must wear your mask and practice social Distancing... they do take debit cards and Apple Pay , at this time hours have changed for lobby hours and Drive-In .. love have fresh donuts... hope the was helpful..... read more

I love donut places that are open 24 hours and this franchise serves many donuts that satisfies the sweet tooth. Their donuts are categorized into 4 sections: classic at 1.35, deluxe at 1.60, fancy at 1.85, and premium for 2.95. I am assuming these prices have gone up since the first location has opened because one donut for almost 3 dollars is a little steep. The plain flavors (sugar & glaze) are cheaper and the ones with toppings on top like churros and Oreo pieces are 3 dollars. The menu is helpful because they provide pictures of each donut in color along with some of their breakfast items. The frustrating part about the menu is that they do not put a sign in front of the donuts that are sold out. If they put a sign it would make the line move faster as you can see which ones are available and not. This might not be a big deal but considering the long lines specifically in the drive-thru it slows it so much. We ordered a dozen donuts and half of them were not available and each time we ordered a donut we were either told "sold out" or they had to check in the back if they had anymore. I would have a backup lists of alternative donuts just incase they ran out of your favorites. Be warned that if you visit at night pass 9PM many of their famous flavors are sold out which is unfortunate as they are open 24hrs. and half the menu is not available. The wait time for drive-thru at night is about 30 minutes. It is a lot faster to go inside and order as we saw people leave before us and they came in right at the same time we got in line. If you really want specific flavors I would suggest to order online or by phone that way you will not waste your time in the long lines. The donuts are great - they taste just like the flavors describe. The next day they still taste the same - if you want them fresher I heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds. I have been to other locations and they label the donuts - this one I did not see any labels just go on Yelp to see what kind they are. If you want all the donuts available definitely go in the morning. They are probably made fresher and serve warmer as morning hours are busier. read more

The service was bad and they did not have a great variety of donuts when we got there. We had gone a previous time and tried the nutella donut. We were disappointed that when we went back they didn't have much to pick from. The lady that helped us was pushy with an attitude like if it was busy, but there was no one in line. Visited this location around 11:30 p.m. on 3/7 there was no line. I pulled up asked for two regular chocolate donuts and was told by the cashier that he "doesn't know what that is" in a very rude tone. Horrible service. Your job is to be suggestive and not dismissive. I get to the window, no greeting, no thank-you when given my order and no receipt. The young African-American male closes the window and I have to wave to get my receipt. I am handed a receipt that does not even show what I was charged. This employees needs to be properly trained or this location needs to hire people with basic customer service skills because this man didn't have any. I never buy donuts so I am horrible at ordering by names. I asked for a couple of sprinkle ones and the rest chocolate and glazed either rounds twists or bars. This is what Is left. First things first my coffee was bitter as can be second half my coffee was going half way down my shirt every time I was taking a sip because the cup was falling apart and the coffee kept dripping out from the sides not the top the actual sides of the cup and the fact that the wait was so long made it worst because I ended up not being able to enjoy it since I had to toss it. Coffee was way Bitter, donuts where good, staff was having some pretty loud ratchet conversations behind the counter talking about some shit that probably shouldn't be said around kids, bunch of kids back there newer generation who don't have much respect for the workplaces or having a profesional mindset. There was one girl at the front desk who was real professional today kept to herself and attended customers she was nice enough to change out my coffee for a ice coffee that tasted a little better maybe the ice took the edge off the bitterness. read more

The donuts are very fresh and I love the oil that they use. To be honest, I like a basic glazed or old fashioned donut, which they make very well. If you think their donuts taste "basic," you probably are a diabetic who constantly eats sugar as it is. I think the sweetness is just right on their donuts! My only issue is that the parking lot is way too small, and cars ALWAYS stick out and block the slow lane on Firestone Blvd. I think the staff are very nice, and acted personable. I tried Randy's Donuts tonight for the first time , my boyfriend and I ordered the fruity pebbles donut, as well as the Oreo one, with an iced coffee and cappuccino. We ordered a third donut(forgot the name) but they seemed to be out. I bragged to my cousin who is an out of towner telling him they were the best tasting donuts around and waiting in line was worth it but Randy's let me down not having any of the particular donuts we wanted. We ended up getting glazed which were great but I haven't stopped hearing it from my cousin. This is to the nice young lady who was making the breakfast sandwich at around 8:30-9 am on Friday November 15 (I wish I knew your name but she's short and very nice) I ordered a croissant bacon breakfast sandwich with the hash browns on the side. She told me they were out of croissants and asked if an English muffin or donut would work. I was disappointed bc I really wanted it on a croissant but I agreed to a muffin. She clearly saw the disappointment on my face and promised me it would be delicious. I waited 5 minutes and and she came back very cheery and told me "I know it's not what you wanted but I made it with love! So hopefully it'll be good :)" and she was really smiley it was so sweet! I looked inside and saw sausage. My face must have dropped (bc I hate breakfast sausage) and I asked if this was sausage? She said yes sausage and bacon! I was mad bc I hate sausage but I was late so I kind of did a *sigh* "ok it's fine" and just rudely left. I turned around as I was walking out and I looked at her and could see she was hurt or concerned by my reaction but I was late so I left. I got to my car mad bc I really wanted this sandwich, it was not only the wrong bread but now I had to remove the sausage. But I looked at it and the sandwich was beautiful. I said to myself just try it, she said she made it with love. You gotta try it. So I tried it. And wow. I could taste the love! The sandwich was delicious. Like seriously, so good! I got over the sausage bc it was that good. I can't wait to go back and try it with just bacon and on a croissant. It was a 10/10 and it wasn't even what I wanted I can't imagine how good everything else is. I didn't even realize I never got my hash browns either lol the breakfast sandwich was eaten in less than 5 minutes, that's how fire it was!! And I'm so sorry to the nice girl who made my sandwich!! I cried in the car for being rude to you. LOL I hope you can forgive me and again the love in the sandwich made a huge difference bc it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I'll be back for sure. I haven't been to a Randy Donuts in 20 years. Really disappointed with this new one. The old fashioned donut I purchased was cold and hard. Didn't taste fresh. Was probably made last night and not in the early morning. The hot coffee was scorching hot and burned the top of my mouth. The creamer was unhygienic because you use your fingers to open it from the carton. The creamer should be kept in a metal container. I left with a cold donut, burnt mouth and no creamer.
