Great customer service, both ladies are super nice! The location is very clean and has indoor seating as well as ordering from the outside window. Plenty of parking available in this shopping center. They have so many options, from regular sandwiches, bagel sandwiches or croissant sandwiches. Lunch and breakfast options. Also offer healthy juices, green detox etc. read more

The doughnuts were incredible, particularly the apple fritter. There is a fairly large selection of doughnuts and related pastries, and the cake style doughnuts are small enough that you could do two instead of one, to try different flavors. This place is also very affordable, our entire bag of pastries cost $12. read more

This is a walk up to the counter and order donut shop. There are two windows, the menus are outside (above) and you can see the donuts in the display area. We were helped by a sweet Mexican lady who took our order. It didn't take long for the bacon, egg, cheese, potato and #37 turkey, avocado, croissant sandwich to be ready. Went here on a Saturday morning at 7am to get a donut and a Bagel. Order my Bagel then got my glaze donut. Took a bit out of the donut and it tasted like it was a day old. When the lady gave me my bagel, I asked her if the donut was fresh for today and she took it from me touch it and said no that's an old donut. Then she gave me a fresh one. Bagel had light cream cheese. Don't know how this place has 4.7 stars. Wouldn't come back here again and maybe which your company name cause it ain't "Fresh" read more

Excited when I saw this place because it looked vintage and funky, but let down when I saw the donuts because they were sort of flat looking and I imagined them sun bleached, but then I got my donut (at 4pm, mind you. Long after cooking hours) and it was delicious. So, don't judge a book by its window display... I think is what I'm saying. The lady didn't smile, but the building did. read more

This place is great, the customer service is great I always get their breakfast croissants and fresh OJ - not very expensive and the donuts are good too. I don't exactly love the choice of cheese in the croissant but it's not bad, just really runny (I don't even know what they use...maybe I should ask lol). Been going here for years! But just in case you unwed a quick stop before work or anything, I would call in your order first - it can take a while some times. read more

The lady for pm shift doesn't use gloves when handling your food. LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPTS/ bank account because she overcharges you. For two donuts it was supposed to be $3.75 and she charged me $10. This same person has also overcharged other individuals. Careful with her she's a scammer! read more

This place is amazing! We were heading home and decided to stop in since it was on the way. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the prices were good. Service was very quick. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, bagels, donuts, and drinks. We got a blended drink which was amazing. Donuts and the breakfast sandwich were delicious as well. I just discovered this place on the way home... stopped in for a few doughnuts in the afternoon when other places have few selections. This place never disappoints. When I first started coming here I thought it was kinda weird to buy boba at a random donut shop in Pico, but I decided to trust my friend and gave it a try, I've been hooked ever since! We decided to stop here the other night and ordered my usual, a large passion fruit slush with boba, and it definitely hit the spot. Their boba always seems fresh and never has random weird textures or is hard in the center. The service was quick and friendly as usual and their prices are fair. There is no better place to start your day, eat a quick lunch, or wind down than this little establishment. This place is open from dawn till dusk with friendly service guaranteed every minute in-between. They serve more than just doughnuts. They have a wide selection of sandwiches, smoothies, teas, fruits, cookies etc. They really serve anything for any time of day at very reasonable prices. They even post notices in advance if they are planning a price change on something to give their customers a heads-up. As far as keeping up stock, I've been there once before (Only once in the amount of years since they opened) when they were short on something but they didn't hesitate to make it for me on the spot. The family who runs the place is kinder than any other owner of a small business that I've met. They make you feel like they genuinely care about you and your well-being. They strike up conversation with as many customers as they can and get to know them on a personal level. As far as the structure goes, it has a convenient "Drive Through" that you can park your car in while you order. There's a small space with a couple tables that you're more than welcomed to stop and eat at, but the design of it feels more like a to-go type deal. Overall, this place couldn't be more perfect for someone who is on the go constantly and in need of a quick snack, a filling lunch, or just a coffee. read more

This is my boys absolute favorite spot for donut holes ! The fact that they can get about 15 for a dollar is the best deal on earth for them !! I usually don't allow them to eat a lot of sugar but every so often they deserve their favorite treat !! Customer service is great and they already know exactly what my boys want !! The glazed and the glazed raspberry-filled donuts are the best. There are plenty of parkings here. The owner Kim was nice & sweet, just like her donuts. On my first visit, she gave me a free donut when I bought a dozen. On the past Christmas Day, she gave me a free donut in addition to the dozen I bought. That was cool, it made my Christmas! I also got a pistachio crescent, warm, and was delicious. I stopped by the following morning, and went with the pumpkin spice chai latte, which was perfect! And pistachio crescent to share with my son, which he ended up taking, despite him not having a sweet tooth for baked goodies like I do. Highly recommend this little spot!!
