Great donuts and even better service. I was having a not so great morning. Life's stresses hitting me tough. I don't live in the area and used Yelp to find a donut spot. Moon's Donuts came up. I got a tiger tail which was fresh and yummy and a cup of coffee along with a Gatorade for my kid. The woman behind the counter was beyond kind. Maybe she sensed that I needed help and kindness, or maybe this is just her always, either way it was much appreciated! Patronize this lovely place please! read more

Stopped here on my way back to Chino Hills from LAX. Man what a great donut shop. From the ambience inside to the display. Customer service is top notch. Service with a smile isn't something you see often these days. The croissants are massive and tasty. The glazed donuts were all I got as that is what my kids love most and I tell you what... I'll take these airy puffy glazed over Krispy Kreme any day. Sooooooo damn yumyum. I also got their small cappucino and it was perfectly mocha and perfectly sweetened not too sweet nor too bitter. This is probably one of my closest donut shops to my house the employees are super friendly too, I usually get coffee & 1 plain donut, recently the display case with donuts are getting fewer. My last 2 visits the donuts were old & stale, I complained to the owners, they did apologize, but I see the quality & quantity is taking a turn for the worse. Looks like they aren't doing to good and possibly holding on barely by selling older donuts to save on money sadly. read more

This is one of my favorite places to get donuts. The owners are super, super nice. The donuts are always fresh, and they're a generous size. Seriously the freshest and tastiest donuts around. Get here early for the best selection. If you go late in the day there is less to choose from. It seems like this place doesn't make too many so they don't have a lot at the end of the day. It really bothers me when places sell old, stale donuts. Not this place, just good size donuts that taste fresh. So if you're in the neighborhood check them out and see for yourself. And I agree with all the other reviews about the couple that run this place, very personable. read more

Placed a 50% deposit to secure our meal over the phone and the rest was paid the day of. One of our directors went to pick up the meal and he said he had a great experience as well. Everything was ready to go on time and nice and hot. Unfortunately I was unable to try the sandwich as I was not apart of the crew this year but I heard great things from my coworkers!! I didn't ask for the cream cheese, jalapeño croissant sandwich, but with turkey. Without my consent, the lady switched my bread, didn't give me jalapeño nor cheese. When all I asked her was to switch the meats. I didn't realize this until I walked away. I then went back and told her what I was expecting and asked them to put cream cheese inside. They said well that would be a dollar fee and I said why is that when I told the lady what I wanted, but I didn't want to go back-and-forth with her. I said that's fine. I'll pay the dollar but next time you guys should ask the customer which cheese do they prefer. If you're not gonna choose the one that was chosen from the customer from the gate. I didn't pay the dollar and I left and told them thank you very much very kindly. I've been into my croissant and it was a big gulp of cream cheese. It was so much cream cheese. It was not desirable, and I had to throw it away. I am very disappointed in this place in a bad attitude. The Hispanic lady gave me more of a better experience than the Asian lady, which was very rude.
