This review is from my mom, she experienced racism when she walked in there too. It seems they help the Black people last when we come in. She did what I did and walked out. I haven't been back and won't be back but it's good to know they're still the same. When I first got to the counter, I let them know that my coworker had referred me so I was really looking forward to tasting their sandwiches. I didn't ask for the cream cheese, jalapeño croissant sandwich, but with turkey. Without my consent, the lady switched my bread, didn't give me jalapeño nor cheese. When all I asked her was to switch the meats. I didn't realize this until I walked away. I then went back and told her what I was expecting and asked them to put cream cheese inside. They said well that would be a dollar fee and I said why is that when I told the lady what I wanted, but I didn't want to go back-and-forth with her. I said that's fine. I'll pay the dollar but next time you guys should ask the customer which cheese do they prefer. If you're not gonna choose the one that was chosen from the customer from the gate. I didn't pay the dollar and I left and told them thank you very much very kindly. I've been into my croissant and it was a big gulp of cream cheese. It was so much cream cheese. It was not desirable, and I had to throw it away. I am very disappointed in this place in a bad attitude.
