So Randy's donuts recently went up to $.50 each., $16.00 for a dozen. I'm not sure why ... but you already know the answer they'll come up with, when I asked the cashier she didn't know why either. You still get a great donut though and it's one of the more better donuts around compared to most of ALL the nasty donut shops you see at strip malls or in isolated locations that reads "DONUTS". The service is usually pleasant at any of the locations that have recently piped up in the last couple of years ( Santa Monica) set to open soon. I usually go to the original in Inglewood, just because of the nostalgia behind it.So enjoy your next Randy's ( Glaze/donut) which is never a miss , and one of my personal favorites, you can't go wrong here . Went in on 10/28/2019. Walk-in service was extremely slow. After ordering my 4 donuts, I waited at the register for 5 minutes before being charged. There were 4 employees that kept passing by me and not one offered to ring me up. I had to speak up. Also, the donuts are not good. They are expensive and not worth what you pay for. So it's my 2nd visit on Valentines Day, the donuts are good I'll definitely give them that, I never been to the original location though so can't compare between the two. The donuts are like a cross between Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme. I would have given a 5 stars but some of these employees need to have some customer service training, I've been left there at the glass counter without being acknowledged and then a customer comes behind me and employees asks HIM if he was ready to order, like if I was a ghost. On another visit , same thing a customer cut in front and employee doesn't even ask who's next just looks at the person closest and says "what would you like to order?" The donuts are good, but I am more of a mom and pop donut person. The icing is so thick, so if you have a sweet tooth, definitely stop by. They have fun specialty donuts and I recently got a combo order or regular and specialty donuts for a birthday display. The line can get long, but it moves quickly, and they are open late. The drive through is very convenient, given the times, so it feels okay to stop by. read more

The staff is very friendly even with everything currently going on. I enjoy their raised chocolate donuts very much! I've tried their Nutella doughnut too and it was so creamy and delicious. These donuts do not have a greasy after taste nor do they feel greasy when you grab them. That to me is a very good a plus from any donut shop! I know I'm indulging but that is good quality. These donuts are always soft never hard or stale. I've also enjoyed their ham and cheese croissants which are also crispy on the outside light and fluffy. Not sure what happened but I've frequented this location in the past and the location was well cleaned and nicely kept up, but obviously times have changed the outside of this place was filthy and i was so disgusted at the donut case which had a pile up of crumbs everywhere!! Those crumbs probably date back to when this location was first opened. What happened to taking pride in your locations? Not sure what's going on with management but please fix it!! The young lady I dealt with I assume is the store manager (i can tell from her pushy attitude towards the employees) had a disgusting attitude towards me seemed like her only hobby is rolling her eyes. I dont know...the other 5 weren't great either .. the oil that they were done in wasnt great either...maybe to some it's the greatest but to me they didnt work. i honestly got ripped off..and would love to say I'm gonna try it one more time just incase I went on the wrong day but I'm definitely not doing it for that price ever again..its like each Donut cost $4 each and they're not the greatest Donuts either ... DONUTS BROUGHT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! I went to Randy's waiting for that awesome donut taste. It was Saturday night and the line was HUGE I was excited. However while in line I saw a driver from like a food service delivery pull up and start dropping off tons of boxes of donuts. At first I thought they might have been from Randy's in Inglewood but the boxes were white not like the Randy's boxes. This driver kept going back and forth bringing donuts from somewhere else. When I mentioned it at the window they said it was from Inglewood but couldn't tell me why the boxes were different from somewhere else. I still bought some donuts but I'm not sure who made these donuts. They were ok and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I'm not sure I will go back it's a shame. Just saying you may pay for a Randy's donut but you may be getting a donut from somewhere else. read more

I came here for some donuts with my friends because the reviews were phenomenal. Nevertheless, the service was among the worst I have ever experienced. As soon as we entered a young gentleman greeted us very harshly. I understand many people are frustrated due to the COVID pandemic, but that doesn't mean you should let it out on others, especially the customers! We took a minute to look at the donuts and he was NOT patient, AT ALL. It was obvious that we were first time customers and even asked us when we entered, but his demeanor was so rude! I won't come back here again, the donuts weren't that great because they are more of a chewy consistency, almost like it turns back to dough in your mouth. I try not to go out so much due to social distancing but I tried to give this place a chance and I was VERY disappointed. Oookay... This review is strictly for the drive- thru process. We have been waiting forever. When we finally got to the order screen the wait made sense. After each item we said the girl asked us to wait while she checked if it was available. One item wasn't available so we switched it with another. Get to the window and the substituted donut wasn't in the bag. I'm sure in time the kinks will be worked out, but it made for a long, rough process.
