    Seafood ramen
    Gretel Y.

After losing my voice on a week-long trip to San Francisco, I craved some soup. While shopping in the area, my family and I decided to have dinner at Ramen 101. Though the restaurant was busy, we were able to find a table for our party of four right away. The space was cozy yet provided ample seating. The staff at Ramen 101 was friendly and attentive. Our group ordered a variety of entrees, and I chose the seafood ramen and green tea. Seafood ramen isn't something I come across often, so I was eager to try theirs. Priced at $16.99, it included shrimp, scallop, fish cake, boiled egg, corn, green onion, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. The portion was generous, packed with protein, and the broth was flavorful. It was filling and I enjoyed it. My party enjoyed their entrees as well. No complaints!

Great ramen spot in Dublin! They had quite a variety of options and I was happy to see they had a vegan option. This one had tofu and an array of interesting mushrooms. The portions are huge and service is fast and friendly. Great spot for lunch!

Ramen 101 is a decent Japanese spot. It's not the most amazing, but it'll get the job done. I went with a bowl of Black Garlic Ramen and it was pretty tasty. I think I would've rather gotten the Tonkotsu though--next time! There are lots of good eats in this plaza and Ramen 101 is a solid choice if you're not sure where to eat.

We came at around 8:30pm. We had miso and tonkatsu ramen. The broth were really good. We like their takoyaki as well. Service was ok but when I asked for a cup of water, it never came. Ambiance was okay too. I like their wall. Reminded us of our trip to Japan.

Always a favorite! DoorDash tonight; but I can say that the service is always fast, friendly and helpful and the location itself is clean and welcoming. Comfort food at its finest, I like to order the black garlic ramen, no shoots but added tofu and topped with kimchi. Perfection!

This place is in a shopping strip where there is plenty of parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us with the menu. The place is clean and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back.

I've ordered here a couple times and it was just okay...but this time will probably be my last. The pork rib I received this time was way too overcooked, the plastic fork couldn't even poke it. It tasted like it was just reheated and the meat was so tough and dry that it kept getting stuck in my teeth. Ordered crab rangoons that seemed to be not cooked all the way. The middle part was still pretty doughy, and no crunch at all. They were covered in so much oil too causing its bag to break. It's so hard to find any good restaurant in Dublin..

I'm a regular at Ramen 101 and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is my go-to order (see photo). The spicy broth always hits the spot . Located off Fallon Road and 580 freeway in Dublin, you can enjoy a bowl ramen after a day of exhaustive shopping at the outlet stores. Eat ramen and be happy

This place didn't blow me away- I was hoping for more garlic flavor in my dish. I think everything was just ok if you're trying to get a ramen fix, but I wouldn't come back again. The service was good though!

My coworker introduced me to this location. So it's a first for me here. Employees were friendly and polite. Service was great especially when you're on a crunch one hour lunch break. Our food came out fast! I love anything spicy so I opted for the spicy seafood ramen, while my coworker ordered her usual spicy blacken garlic ramen and their musubi. My ramen was delicious and the portions were great. Had to take my leftover to go. I definitely will return and try the other ramens. It's a cute little spot w plenty of parking next to tons of other eateries, like Crumbles, Starbucks and Coldstone Ice Cream if you have room for coffee or a sweet treat!

I don't think they understand food hygiene. There was steel wool in my food in the takeout order I got. Unluckily, i found it at bottom of my bowl when I was almost finished leaving a foul feeling in my stomach

I don't usually eat ramen bowls but after this one, I have a change of heart. Well seasoned and just the right amount of spicy. I ate the whole thing.

So slow, in fact, I was ready to leave. I ended up staying because their croquettes ended up being delicious. Super crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside. I was in heaven and ate them all. After I finished my croquettes, I waited for my ramen. Took about 40 minutes for it to come out. By the time it came out, I was underwhelmed by the presentation. A lot of ramen places take pride in presentation but Fujiwara called it a day and sent it out. I was skeptical until I took my first bite. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very good and not heavily seasoned with salt. I enjoyed it. Will definitely come back.

They are located on the second level of the center and there was plenty of seating. My friend and her boyfriend and I were seated right away with the kind waitress. Looking at the menu, I know I had to try their signature ramen as well as a delicious appetizer. Chicken Karaage: This was delicious and crispy. The chicken was also moist and the Mayo sauce was good. I really enjoyed how the chicken was not oily at all and it was packed with flavor. This was a delicious starter. Hiroshi Tonkotsu Ramen: This is their signature ramen. It is a pork broth ramen filled with thinner noodles, an egg, bamboo, mushrooms, scallions and some truffle oil of sort, and not to mention two pieces of pork. Overall, this was a delicious broth. The soup was not too salty for me and the flavor was divine. The noodles were a bit thin for my liking, but still good. My only gripe was that once the broth settles and you eat most of everything, I cannot sip my broth due to the grainy texture I get at the end. Overall, I had a good time here with my friend and her boyfriend. I see myself coming back here again.

Ordered takeout since we were so tired after tennis. It was nice that they have a seperate door to pick up take out so while I waited on the curbside DD ran into pick up. Easy peasy. When we got home we immediately inhaled it. Loved how they separated the filling from the udon and packed the broth separately. Poached egg was creamy still and blended well with the beef and noodles. We came back again yesterday but wanted to actually dine in. There were no longer long lines from when we last dined in years ago. The line went smoothly and the lady was quick and efficient to take our orders and even gathered Hubs' take out rice bowl for later. The gal at the pick up windown was also proficient as her job and even telling me my clams and ginger udon had just ran out so she gave me a number for my table. The tempura station was always one of my favorites. They just ran out of imitation crab but we snagged the last shrimp tempura. Also got a sweet potato and my favorite, pumpkin . 4/5 crunchy not too oily and naturally sweet. No sauce needed We found a table right away which was wiped clean. DD was half way through her udon when mine barely arrived. After the first sip of broth, it quickly reminded me of why we haven't been back in so long. Warm soup vs piping hot. That's why. Fresh cooked clams and butter ginger melted into the broth was a nice change from the usual. The taste was great and flavorful. Clams were blanched nicely with a few unopened shells that I didn't eat. There was also a few with some sand inside which was expected for a fast foodie style place where clam is ordered. 3.5/5 The other downside from the overall dish for both of us was the over sprinkling of green onions. It left a literal bad taste in both our mouths. Clean restrooms. Overall, 3.5
