Works for me. I love white meat, so tenders are perfect. They are incredibly juicy, crispy, and, well, tender. Order came with fries, cole slaw, and the Cane's sauce. I suggest that, like Russell's, start selling this sauce. I was a first timer, so I don't know if you can order extra sauce. Fries could have been cooked a touch longer, but I will not hesitate to eat this chicken again. We didn't get any of the toast and that looks good, too. read more

AFTER FOUR VISITS THIS 54 YEAR VEGETARIAN MUST BE A "CERTIFIED CANIAC!" I want to commend Jackie. She's on her second week on the job! She is an ALL-STAR, already! She welcomed me to Cane's and really meant it! She is "Granddaughter Beautiful" and has a pleasing personality and a great attitude. I like her sense of humor and not because she laughed at my corny jokes! Jackie took my order and as usual it was perfect. While eating in your spotless dinning room I noticed Jackie was keeping the place looking like new. It was spotless! Taking my time to enjoy my wonderful "one meal a day" Cane's Ambience was five stars and the food was award winning ~ fresh, hot, and delicious! You have to know that all fast food is not the same. Before my food was served my senses were taking in the Cane Experience which actually caused this brave vegetarian to seek out Canes in the first place! Jackie made the difference! Kudos to her manager, trainer, and recruiter! The secret recipe is not in the chicken! It's in people like Jackie. She's a true winner! I love Cane's and ate all my food without my wife of 55 years insisting that I do! Although I decided to eat alone I felt like I was surrounded by family! That my friend is priceless. Thank you Jackie for making my Cane experience a perfect experience! For the Record I spent Christmas in Prosper, Texas. Yes, I made my son-in-law stop at Cane's for lunch. Jessica was the Raising Cane Star in that experience! She was full of love, respect, and enthusiasm! Jessica put the HOSPITALITY in my perfect ten experience! THANK YOU CANE FOR MAKING MY DAY A PERFECT CANE'S EXPERIENCE! ~LCIII Hinsdale, Illinois read more

The chicken fingers were crispy and juicy, and the Cane's Sauce definitely was overhyped but still very good. The Texas toast was buttery and delicious, and everything came out fresh and hot. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fries could've been a lot better. Pretty high quality ice as well so that's a plus. And the ambiance was 9/10 the disco balls were making me happy. read more

This place always hits! Something about the chicken and fries with that sauce. I just love it. The toast is also so good! Service was real friendly and nice and it wasn't too busy at the time so we got in and got our food right away. Which was good. read more

Hi i use to work at this place and honestly it suck's. The first thing i found weird was when you called in it didn't count as calling in, it counted as a no call no show. At raising canes you get points, 6 points per person, and every time you don't show up you get pointed two points. So even when you do call in its counts as two points. The other thing is that Raising canes seems to only care about the timing, multiple times while it was busy i would get yelled at by my manager to bump a ticket even if i was busy helping a customer. Not only that but they will make you stop what you are doing and make you do something else. Not only this but i also did not know about a lot of important information, for an example they did not tell me what to do when someone throws up. I get it doesn't happen a lot but you all need to make sure they know what happens when it does happen. I also got in trouble for drinking a drink in front of customers before i even clocked in. Another thing about the manners is that they will wait forever to approve of a shift when someone wants to take it. I would have some times where i would get pointed for a shift someone picked up but they never approved of it. Even though someone picked it up and went i would get pointed for not showing up even when someone else picked up the shift. I will not say any names nor say my own in this review. All i know is that from my experience this place had really let me down, I was super excited to work here because of how much fun it seemed to be when i would in to get food. Now i am just left disappointed and upset with how it turned out. read more

The chicken strips and fries are their main attraction. I'm not a huge fan of their house sauce, so I brought my own. Plenty of seating, good service. Washrooms and general cleanliness could use some attention. Worth a stop if you are craving chicken fingers. read more

Thurs, 5:45pm, drive thru line moving well, then with 1 car in front of me to pay at the first window, all stopped. We sat for 7/8 minutes, no one was moving. Then, the first window waved the car in front of me, and me, to the second window (the first window has 2 employees just chatting away). After a few more minutes, the car in front of me got their food and left, I pulled up, the employee apologized, said it was a shift change. I finally got my food. On the way home, I realized they didn't charge me. One other comment - the fingers are half the size they used to be. read more

The food was just ok. I asked for my food to be fried extra hard ... nope that didn't happen... batter was falling off. Overall the chicken has no seasoning (SALT AND PEPPER) it really does help food taste phenomenal, fries again, we're just ok... the bread could have been toasted more for me...but that Lemonade !!! Always good. SEASON YOUR FOOD IMO. That's all read more

Entered an order online and went to pick it up. It was raining, so they refused the service where they bring it out to your car. So fine...I have to get wet so you don't have to. When I got in the restaurant (around 9pm on a Tue evening), there was one other person in line in front of me, and there was one single car in the drive-thru. There were no fewer than EIGHT employees...all standing around talking. A couple of them glanced over at us, then continued to talk. One woman came out from the back and stood behind the racks looking at us. I looked back at her, and I heard her say to her co-worker, "Da fu** he lookin at?" I am SO tired of this lazy, entitled crap. If I hadn't already paid online, I would have walked. The girl who FINALLY came over was one of the ones who'd seen us come in, then went back to her conversation. I don't care how good the food is. I'm all done with this place, or anywhere where I get the FU thrown at me while I'm spending money. read more

I am highly devastated at the quality of service I have received today. They are lucky I am so incredibly addicted to their hot buttery toast or they would have lost a loyal customer. I scheduled a mobile curbside order for 4pm... had to go inside because nobody was bringing it out at 4:15 and didn't leave the store until 4:30. Only one lady (who I am assuming was a manager or shift lead) cared that we were waiting. Everyone else was standing around gossiping. Do better friends. read more

It always seems like the fries have been sitting and not as hot and crispy as I would like. Their lemonade always hits the spot. Real cane sugar will do that. Three finger dinner is perfect for me. This visit the fingers seemed smaller. We all went for the box combo, which has 4 fingers and slaw, along with a boatload of fries. read more

Still a 4*. Tendies are to die for. Everything else, pretty much not. Sauce is meh, fries are standard crinkle cut, big slab o grilled bread no flavor at all, like a large sponge. But ya come for the tendies. Which is pretty much the sole choice. Unless they're on a bun. Lemonade good, supposedly fresh squeezed. Definitely BYOS-any sauce would be more flavorful 1st time I ate IN. Was a Saturday night 8pm. Loaded with high school boys. What a hoot. They were singing to whatever was blasting over the sound system. Went well with the 3 spinning DISCO BALLS hanging above the row of high tops. Cracked me up in general! Quite clean. Saw several young guys cleaning, so kudos! read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Combo basket. Not much to combo with. Fries. Bread. - Fast Food Near Me - Westmont, Illinois

It's difficult to judge a restaurant based solely on their drive through. Yes, the first and only time I have been to a RC was during the pandemic so going into the facility was not an option. I had the chicken strip basic with a soda. The strips were just ok, with the coating a little hard for my taste. The bread was drippy soggy and the soda had hardly any ice. My plan is to try again when "going is an option", but based on this meal, I plan to go elsewhere. read more

I got a three finger combo which was yummy but didn't have enough sauce. In all other combos it comes with a separate sauce. When I brought this to the attention of the manager she said I would have to buy another sauce. Come on seriously? I asked for one not 4 or 5. Plus it was their fault for not putting enough on. Nickle and diming customers is not a great way to do business. read more

So I went opening day. I drove past at 9:30, they open at 10. There were literally grown people standing outside, lined up, the length of the building, for chicken fingers. SMH. I went a little later and I'll have to say it was tasty. [Note: All they sell is chicken fingers.] So I ordered the Box Combo. 4 chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, cane sauce, garlic butter Texas toast, and a fountain drink. The chicken tenders were nice and moist and hot. The crinkle cut fries were decent. The cane sauce was a nice compliment i liked that, the Texas toast though was phenomenal straight . I already been back again. I will go back a 3rd time. read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - The Box Combo - Fast Food Near Me - Westmont, Illinois

I am glad they are open during during the pandemic! I got myself a 4 piece box. It was good. The cole slaw was very good. I really love the bread that came with the meal. Fries were decent. My chicken fingers could use some type of seasoning. However, they were meaty, juicy, and crunchy. I am not crazy about the cane sauce, but I did enjoy hot sauce on everything. The hot sauce makes it the perfect combo. I will return soon. read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Very good 4 piece box - Fast Food Near Me - Westmont, Illinois

I had my first weird experience as I always get the box combo I ordered and whom ever was taking my order was in a real rush to get me out of the line from their tone and I paid and got my food but this ones my fault I ended up with someone else's order. Now to not be a Karen I owned up even though my receipt was accurate and went back and went with the Candace combo instead but my order was right but same in a hurry tone and the voice didn't seem to match the person taking a payment so I got my food but my subbed item was missing and was missing fries as well. Not sure if Quality control was missing or no manager at the time but I'm only stating what happened this time, I like this location and always hits the spot. I'm about doing better over constructive criticism. read more

Never really had an issue with Canes. Chicken is chicken.. whatever However I don't think the employees working at this location really care. There is absolutely no quality checks before a customer is handed their food. First of all the lemonade tasted like water with a single drop of lemon juice. I ordered extra sauce with my food. I didn't receive any sauce at all in my order. Not one! How do you give a customer their food without an extra things that they ordered and paid for. I know you may say I should have checked my order prior to leave but when I order take out at the drive thru I would think that my order was checked and correct when handed to me. read more

Michael Gamboa 5500 Grant Street Hinsdale, IL 60521 8/29/23 Raising Canes 60 W 63rd St Westmont, IL 60559 United States Dear Raising Canes, In august of 2023 I purchased food from your establishment, specifically a box combo substituting the coleslaw for a second bread and extra canes sauce. This came out to be around $20. I am pleased to inform you that the food was amazing. Just the right amount of cane sauce so none was wasted and I ate with no problem at all. Service was amazing as always, quick and efficient without any delays. They got my name correct when calling me and the tables were squeaky clean. I will make sure to come to this establishment when hungry. I have shared my discovery with many of my friends and informed them of your establishment. Many of my friends have tried the Raising Canes and agree with me completely. If any questions arise please let me know! Sincerely, Michael Gamboa read more

Today I went to canes with high hopes, waiting to each some juicy tenders. Ordered our food, and what we received reminded me of my grandmas old breast implants. The chicken was rubber and not seasoned at all. The fries were partially cooked and the bread was BURNT. That's the hardest thing ever to mess up. I've eaten food off the ground better than this caniack shit mess. And they gave us NO ketchup when we specifically asked for ketchup. Cheap chicken coop ripoff. Disappointed. Wont visit again. I advise anyone who reads this review to take your business elsewhere. Perhaps Chick-fil-A. read more

The tenders are good but seem to be shrinking! I know inflation has become a beast for businesses, but the quality and size matters.

Terrible customer service and chicken is hit and miss !! Also the girl manager with the tattoos all over is very rude and unprofessional!!

So let me start out by saying I drive a large truck almost like a semi truck every time I go there to try to place my order their dining room is close don't want to sit in and eat just want to place my order and eat in my vehicle. With that being said every time I come to this location I can never get my food due to the fact that they constantly have the dining room closed every other fast food restaurant in the area has their dining room open for pickup orders or take out orders only why for some reason this restaurant does not is getting on my last nerve I enjoy the food from this establishment very much be really great if they can finally open the dining room for takeout because this is getting ridiculous read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - The packed drive-thru and the size of it does not accommodate my vehicle so the only way for me to place my order is to go inside. - Fast Food Near Me - Westmont, Illinois

Newly opened location with very friendly staff. If you like only light meat from chicken this is your place. Chicken breast and tenders fried in a breading that reminds me of a corn flakes crunch and flavor. Small menu but everything is delicious and tastes fresh. Portions are generous and priced right for what you get. Cane's sauce is peppery but mild. read more

The food was ok. Nothing special to bring us back. We had the 4 piece chicken fingers meal. I did like the garlic bread. I was not a fan of their sauce. I just wish they would give us a good old fashioned thousand Island dressing. Cole Slaw is the creamy type and was fine. The Diet Coke was exceptionally good. I don't know why it would taste any different than a Diet Coke any place else but it was noticeably good. read more

Raising Cane's was busy on opening day, a packed parking lot, a long line in the drive though that circled around the building. Even an employee was outside to help direct traffic. The feel on the inside was excitement mixed with the smell of chicken. The newest location for Raising Cane's was as clean as it's ever going to get. I wouldn't have eaten off the floor, but the floor was spotless. Food was coming out of that kitchen as fast as it could have as cars in the parking lot continued to roll in. The disco ball spun as it splattered lights throughout. Inside was packed and the slow moving line moved along at a pace that didn't seem to bother the many patrons who waited. Everyone seemed to be smiling and enjoying themselves, and the food. read more

The way people rave about those places, we figured we had to try it. And we did and were perplexed: plain chicken fingers that lack flavor... and it's the only thing on the menu. Figured maybe it was an off day so we tried it again. It really makes no sense why people love it - I mean, yes, they are nice, big juicy trunks of chicken, so that's definitely a positive, but the breading is nothing special, they really just don't have much flavor, and the one sauce they offer was not anything that my four family members enjoyed. We ended up pulling out some sauces from our fridge in order to make the meal enjoyable. read more

Finally made it here for our first time trying, er, chicken fingers??? Anywho.... I can make Tyson strips in my toaster oven and they're pretty similar. To add to my annoyance in over-priced fried chicken - I ordered a Coke, but received Diet Coke; and I asked for one of each sauce (cane's sauce and honey mustard) but got two canes sauces and no honey mustard....was charged extra for the 2nd sauce too - that was awesome. But the canes sauce was really good (great copycat recipe available online I plan on tying soon). I'm pretty sure we were supposed to get Texas toast too but out of the lengthy menu, that appears to have been forgotten. And neither cashier nor the 'server' at the second window had any decency to say thank you. I'll make the trek to Ogden for the strips at Brown's next time my toaster oven isn't feelin it. read more

I just stopped into Raising Cane's before a long road trip home, and the customer service was absolutely exceptional. Stop at canes on our way to Chicago worst experience ever. The manager was so rude, she throw the utensils at us. Was so rude to everyone.

My family gave the chicken strips another shot. i just Cannot get over the chewey chicken! Rubbery, nearly flavorless, their product is far from Natural Chicken. Again, the signature sauce is excellent, and it's required in order to give your meal flavor. The crinkle cut fries are good, garlic bread is good, but these sides do not redeem the boring processed chicken at the heart of this fast food chain. read more
