You know what I love about this potbelly's? The people here are happy. The food is consistent. And it's fast. Cathy was super nice. Her smile was contagious and made my day. Thank you Potbelly's!

    Time for a sandwich pickup!

Honestly it's been a while since we had Potbelly for lunch. I was really happy with the online ordering for pickup, BUT be sure to check the customize button. My Italian was great, exactly what I expected. Our other sandwich the BLTA was on the dry side as we didn't check out how you could customize it. We popped for the meal deal, chips and a drink to share. If you are a salt and vinegar person, these are great chips. The large diet coke bottle was perfect for sharing. Probably what most impressed me was that it was ready as promised and it was noontime-lunchtime rush. I was greeted as I walked in and directed to the pickup area. In and out in less than a minute. Next time we order we'll be sure to check the customize for all of our order. Keep up the great customer service. We'll be back.

#31/2022 First things are back to full hours again contrary to what Yelp says they do not close at 5:00 p.m. they are now open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I hadn't been to this one for a while thought about getting a wreck like I usually do; but I must say what a pleasant surprise to walk in and see that big billboard saying get the Cubano for a limited time! I said oh hell yes I will. And I did It was great. They should bring it back as a regular sandwich all the time many people agree it was one of their best you got the pulled pork the ham the thin sliced pickles the melted cheese with the Dijon mustard and I added a little bit of seasoning to it toasted perfectly it was fantastic. I went with the chips and the drink and I did the regular size 8 in and I walked out very pleased the iced tea unsweetened was brewed perfect and fresh a fantastic experience so I'm up in this one for today's visit to the full five bar Stars keep up the great work at this one. The employees were very cordial and friendly any questions asked they were quite prompt and courteous definitely coming back around again hopefully it stays that way I know they had some trouble here with employees for a while but it looks like they're back on the up and up.

Tuna, spread out on my VEGETARIAN sandwich in all it's glory.

I vow to never visit this Potbelly ever, again. I am almost tempted never to visit any other Potbelly either, due to their horrible customer service and sandwiches. However, this location is the absolute worst. I ordered at the actual ordering section and went with a Biggie Veggie and a Biggie Tuna. In addition, I splurged and ordered an Oreo milkshake. Upon entering the payment section I hear the woman in front of me also order an Oreo milkshake and immediately receives mine. Which had been waiting for me, because I ACTUALLY ORDERED IT IN THE AREA I WAS SUPPOSED TO ORDER IT. The worst part was I heard her announce that she thought it was someone else's, but she had the audacity to readily take it anyways. Rather than start a scene with her, I kindly informed the employee that was actually my milkshake he had given away. He apologized and said they would quickly make me another. Hence, my milkshake was runny and tasted like milk only. Strike One. I went home and greedily opened my sandwich in anticipation. I got to the second half and noticed something about it tasted off. I attributed it to the bread being slightly burnt and took another bite. Nope, this sandwich was definitely off, because there was MEAT(tuna) ON A VEGETARIAN SANDWICH. Yes, a vegetarian of over 20 years had just consumed tuna. I felt ill for three hours after. Strike Two. Once I started to feel better I contacted Potbelly and was able to speak with the store "manager" Ryan briefly until he asked to place me on hold. I was on hold for ten minutes. I then called back and he informed me that staff had called in and they were extremely short so "could you please email exactly what happened and I will respond immediately?". I therefore wasted my time and energy writing an email and attaching a picture. I waited a day, then two, and then a week. No response. I contacted Corporate, no response. I even called back this location again and was assured by the assistant manager Ryan would call me back. No response. Strike Three. Potbelly is overpriced and sub-par as it is, but to have incompetent and rude "manager's" such as Ryan takes the cake. Add in a disgusting and inadequate response from Corporate? I am done with Potbelly and I advise others to do the same.

    Haven't been here in forever.

The bread was the best thing. Had the meatball sandwich and it was bland. The place was very clean. They have a big selection of drinks. Was going to get a chocolate shake but they were out of chocolate syrup.

I've been to a few Potbelly locations now and this one probably ranks about the same as the rest. They seem to find the perfect spot because they're always packed every time I come in, no matter which store it is. I guess it's good for them, but bad for me 'cause I don't like lines. I put my order in early to try and beat the mad rush at lunch. I scheduled it for 11:15 AM pickup and made it there by 11:25. At 11:45, I was still waiting. Meh. This bothers me because I went through the trouble to put it in online to still have to wait. Might as well saved the trouble of ordering online and just waited. They were really busy when I got in, so this is obviously why my order was pushed to the back and made once I arrived. Food wise -- it's a great lil sandwich shop. Today I had the skinny tuna, which has less meat and cheese than the regular subs but only cost $4.00. I'd never had their tuna before (my usual is the wreck or roast beef) but I thought it was good. Less mayo than Subway, but packed with flavor. One thing I love about Potbelly is that the ingredients always seem really fresh and I love that you can add fresh mushrooms to any sandwich for $0.50. Mushrooms ARE the best vegetable out there. Their shakes and oatmeal cookies are also so dang delightful, that I don't allow myself to order them or even glance at them. If I do, I'll want to order them every day for the next few weeks. Overall, I'd give this location 3 stars due to the slow service today. I'll still be back because the food is good, but I hope next time they don't let me down again. (Oh and I second the person that said parking sucks here. There is a Qdoba, Smashburger and Potbelly here. It's near impossible to find a spot during lunchtime.)

I just love Potbelly's.! They have one of the best warm turkey sandwiches and THICK shakes. YUM! Great cookies and now salads. I am not sure if the ones in the burbs have it but the city ones serve breakfast and omg that is just as good. Who does not like a good egg breakfast sandwich that is def better than fast food. I like that this one was an old gas station. I like that they kept the original garage doors for the windows. I think all of the locations have a cool set up inside as far as decor and loft like atmosphere. I never had a bad experience at this one or others. They are pretty good at moving the line but this location could maybe use a little more seating. The only bad thing to say is getting in there can be a challenge if you are coming from the other direction but I manage. :) Overall, love it.

Lumes is known as one of the longtime favorites for brunch in the suburbs. A place not just for mornings actually. They also have a few things for lunch. Coming on weekdays is better because it's not as crowded. It's always crowded of course but you actually can find a few seats. The breakfast options are the things most people get from here so most of the menu consists of these. Of course not everyone wants to get it. There's also lunch options like salads and sandwiches. At lunch we got a couple of these items. It's about $15 to get the Power Spinach Salad. A lot comes on it. There's chickpeas, cucumbers, house vinaigrette, onions, parsley, pomegranates, quinoa, and spring mix. Quite enough. The sandwich options include classics like Reubens. Great to come here hungry. It's got a few locations. They're open until the early afternoons so hours are limited which is the only bad thing.

It's awkwardly positioned in a small strip and the parking is terrible, but worth the inconvenience! Three of our group shared the mixed grill, selecting the beans and fries as their side. They thoroughly enjoyed it and even had a small bit leftover to take home. It's a generous platter of various grilled meats including the signature favorite Macedonian kebapi, as well as a few types of sausage, pork and chicken. The bread provided was the perfect texture for nestling these cuts to form the perfect bite. I decided to go with the Sharska Burger and the classic (and nostalgic) presentation with the fries inside the burger. Even though the burger was a bit overdone for my liking, I suppose it has to be cooked to a higher level of doneness to ensure the cheese filling is thoroughly melted. The fries were hot, crispy, and fresh but I had to get through a lot of them before I could access my burger. Not a bad thing, but I think I would get them on the side next time for convenience. We actually started with an appetizer of a few pieces of burek to share- one meat and one cheese. We found the meat version to be better than the cheese, which was on the dry side. The burek, when ordered by the piece, is just okay. I suspect it's possibly reheated in the microwave which makes the exterior a bit soft, less crispy. We've never had that issue when ordering a whole burek- it's always been flaky, crispy, and delicious. I would skip the individual pieces next time and order the whole, because any leftovers can be easily reheated and crisped up in the oven, avoiding any sogginess. Service is always good and attentive. An employee was celebrating a birthday when we were there, and staff kindly shared pieces of birthday cake with the diners in the restaurant. Thank you! The only off-putting thing was a table of several men who sat along the back window tables, shifting from one table to the next repeatedly. They finished their meals as we arrived but proceeded to linger there for the duration of our visit and were still there when we left. They seemed to be in the trucking business, as it sounded like they were interviewing at least one person and talking about trucking. People came in to see them and left repeatedly, as if the space was their own office. Many restaurants place a 90-minute limit on a table, which is what I personally think should be done in situations like these, especially when seating inside Babba Grill is already limited, and these individuals don't see the inappropriateness of treating it as their personal office. Disrespectful of the staff's time and the restaurant's space, imo, and affects the ambiance. Hopefully this type of thing doesn't happen to them often. We are already planning for some pastrmajlija on our next trip and we can't wait!

Maybe the bread wasn't fresh, the lunch meat tasted processed, or the quality just wasn't consistent. Tony & Tina's Deli is the first place that has truly become my go-to. I absolutely love their subs, especially the Brayden. I always order the large, and it's packed with so much fresh meat that I can give a generous portion of the turkey to my toddler as a snack and still have a full sandwich left for myself. That's saying something! Their potato salad is also outstanding. It tastes homemade, not like something scooped out of a mass-produced container. It's exactly the kind of potato salad you picture enjoying on a hot summer day. What really sets Tony & Tina's apart is the customer service. The owners genuinely care about their customers. I've only had one issue, and it wasn't even their fault. It was a delivery service problem. They personally responded and made sure everything was handled professionally and promptly. If you haven't been there yet, give them a try. Grab a sandwich, check out the desserts, and if you're feeling lucky, they even have gaming machines. The beef was ordered cheesey, spicy, dry. I don't know if their giardinere was house made or not but it was decent. The beef itself was again, good (it's not Jays or Johnnies; I'll put it that way). It was nicely filled. They definitely don't use Turano rolls and I found the bread to be dense and not absorbant of the jus. The reason that I order it dry is because usually there's enough moisture in there to soak through the Turano roll without it being dipped but this was not so it was actually bone dry. Sure, I've lived here for 45 years so you can call me a purist but if I had known it would have been that dry I definitely would have had it dipped.
