The food was amazing today especially the Mac n cheese and chicken nuggets. Will definitely be back.

Everytime i go inside to order at the Kingery location, The lady who is at the register her name is Rachell. She is the only person that is always really welcoming and always with a smile and great attitude. My Friends who have gone there they have said the same thing about the lady Rachell. Really appreciated . Thank you read more

What first stands out to me is that it was pouring rain today and the staff went out of their way to help people in the downpour: opening doors as people came in with umbrellas and I even saw an employee escort an elderly man with a walker using a large cover to shield him from the downpour. This is impressive service that I commend them for!! Aside from that, they are consistent in having both a clean atmosphere and well prepared food. read more

I got the classic chicken sandwhich which comes with pickles on it and I only got 1 singular tiny pickle. Service and everything was fine I'm just mad I got 1 singular tiny pickle. Wasn't satisfied read more

Ground control to Major Tom.... here's how it went: 2 value meals: $26 new maple bacon sandwich horrifically bad. did anyone ever try this pre release? I'd send this abomination back on a JetBlue airplane! Drink ordered was 'coca-cola,' read back and marked on lid cover. Drink received: Dr. Pepper. How does this happen, it's just not that difficult. Fries and sandwich almost cold, perhaps with microwave help could attain luke warm. Lookit. Listen. This is ridiculous at this point. Yet people 'love it'? Wat? Daddy, daddy, you bastard, I'm through. read more

It's chik fil a what else would you expect? The customer service is always phenomenal , sometimes the wait is a little longer than what I would hope but this location is pretty popular. I always experience great service and quality food here. I like that you can order curbside here and not have to wait in line. Overall a great experience, every visit. read more

I love this chick-fil-A! Everything is always so fresh. Other locations don't compare!

Went to the restaurant on route 83 and Plainfield Road this evening. I got the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. It was the worst sandwich I've had in a long time. The chicken was obviously sitting under a warmer for quite a while. You could taste that it was nowhere even close to being fresh. I was very disappointed. read more

I just had to review... ordered $20+ worth of filets and strips today and asked for BBQ sauce. I got one. Yup. Just one packet. They are lucky the spicy chicken filet was good and I won the fight for that ONE sauce we were allowed. Full and satisfied but there's thar lingering feeling. Just one packet of sauce. Awww come on CFA, even MCD does me better than just one packet of sauce. Lesson learned today is... I always learn a life lesson there... always specify exactly how many packets of condiment you would like to take home. read more

My first time at any Chick-fil-A and I have to say it was better than expected! The service was fantastic and my cashier William, was very helpful and patient! The restroom was so clean!!!! What a delight to walk into a women's stall and it was actually clean! Thank you Chick-fil-A! I do wish there was more vegetarian options but I am at Chick-fil-A! Also, rude people in drive through, there's a walkway for a reason- not meant for cars to block it! Rude! Other than that, great experience! I had the spicy southwest salad! Good choice with fresh veggies and beans. pepita seeds and tortilla strips for crunch! read more

I dined in for breakfast and the staff were super friendly and stopped by our table several times to ask if we needed anything. I felt like I was in a five star restaurant! The ambiance was very fresh and inviting. Great natural light and fresh flowers at the tables! read more

May I put one star? So I ordered chick fil a a few days ago. I ended up going to dinner with a friend and didn't eat it. Today, I open it up only to find nuggets instead of strips. Not spicy. I travel somewhere different for work every two weeks so I couldn't go back to get another order or refund. I called to get help and I was told essentially; unless I go in there is nothing they can do. Now can you tell me how it is that the worlds best selling fast food chain can't do anything. No you don't want to do anything. And that's fine. Check your food. They only had 2 ppl inside when I went. No reason for them to mess this up. I'm very upset. My pleasure; MY ASS. read more

Chick-fil-A - 4 spicy strips - NOT - Fast Food Near Me - Willowbrook, Illinois

Made a catering order 5 days before my event, received a confirmation that my order was received and when I called asking why my order was not delivered they said they didn't know about it. They finally came half hour late. We had a party bus taking us downtown for an event so we we all late to it because of this. For some reason they thought a few gift cards for couple free sandwiches was good enough. I tossed them in street. A $225 order not getting done and I'm supposed to be ok with few sandwiches. read more

Did the drive-thru at noon on a Saturday. They must be successful in keeping the line moving because when I pulled in there was only 1 car ahead of me. Friendly service, of course. The drive thru order was accurate. Certain McDonald's could take a lesson from Chick-fil-A on ensuring accuracy of the drive-thru orders. Good experience. read more

HORRIBLE experience. Avoid While the dining room is not open is not the fault of the company they should know by now that they need extra help to flow the drive through as efficiently as possible. Taking over 30 minutes from arrival at the drive thru to finally get to the pick up window only to sit there and watch Mark ( the manager on duty) rebuking 2 employees in front of other employees and while I was STILL waiting for my order. This manager had no clue how to run a drive thru and it was evident. Will avoid this location going forward. If this is the kind of management, i can only imagine the other issues this location must have. read more

Good is good. I would say the one negative thing is the LONG lines! 20 min in drive thru for soup and fries! Wish they could help expedite orders because it's absolutely ridiculous! read more

I'm sick and tired of this Chick Fil A refusing to FIX their menu on DoorDash. I have complained to the store repeatedly, and also complained to corporate, and nothing. Nada. Zilch. Manager apparently could care less that at least eight items are just randomly missing from the DoorDash app that appear on the Chick Fil A and Grub Hub apps. So although I like Chick Fil A's food, apparently they are all B.S. when it comes to actual customer service. read more

For starters I am not Karen ordered food 25 min online went there waiting and waiting, and waiting at the window 3 employees confirm who is the food for , waiting another 7 min , while all this maybe 20 employees walking araund , and then he tell me can you pull over aside the food is not ready! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME . And not the place was not busy! read more

I do door dash on the side and every time I pick up an order from here, it's usually all prepared for me to pick up 99.9% of the time. And when it's not, they always assure me pleasantly that it will be ready soon and it usually only takes an extra minute or two for it to be prepared. Everyone who works here is great but I do want to make a special shout-out to Hannah and Crystal. They usually handle my orders and are always professional and pleasant. No matter how busy it is, they always have time to be kind and professional. read more

Inexperienced young staff member messed up our order, looked at me like I had two heads when I brought it back up, didn't apologize and then I heard another employee make fun of us returning it. Then another group sits at the table right next to us (despite signs on the table saying not to sit there for social distancing) and no employees said anything. Won't return to this location again. read more

Very frustrated. Expect better service here. Ordered $65+ of food on the app. Made one mistake (needed Mac and cheese instead of fries). They made me pay full price for the Mac and cheese AND waited a long time for it while rest of food got cold. Not going back. read more

Love the spicy chicken deluxe with pepperjack cheese. Good lemonade and waffle fries! Everything is fresh! The inside is very nice. They have a play area inside for young kids - albeit, it's very small. The customer service here is incredible - a staple of their franchise. Their response to almost anything is "Yes sir" and "My pleasure." The best fast food franchise in America! I go into food prep areas of a lot of different fast food franchises and Chick-Fil-A tops them all, because everything is made fresh - from the salads to fruit cups. Glad they finally built one close to home! read more

This is the 2nd time this has happend to me at this location. I order the grilled nuggets and they give me the fried nuggets. I dont have time to turn around and get the correct order because I am on a timed lunch break. This is unacceptable. I am trying to eat healthier and now I have but no choice to eat this fried crap. Not to mention they aren't even good. If I wanted fried food I would have ordered the spicy deluxe. So so disappointed. This cannot keep happening. Super pissed. read more

This is one of the newer locations in the Chicagoland area, there is ample parking since it is located in a strip-mallish-area--but beware if there are any huge sporting events--bdubs is also in the same area--and parking can get a little hairy. I like the layout of this location. It seems to be more for big groups---which I just so happened to be a part of when I visited. Bonus for them! I also like the new grilled chicken options available---hooray as I'm trying to be less terrible. No issues when I visited. Just think they need to have a better system if they're going to bring out food to you---I can see this getting pretty crazy if the place is packed. read more

I don't know what it is with you guys, but every time I order grilled nuggets you guys always seem to give me fried nuggets. Super annoying

I find that this fast food joint offers workers that will make your meal right and as fast as they can. Sometimes this may take 10 minutes, but I would rather trust them than any other place. Great fried chicken and wonderful Mac . read more

Never had a bad experience at a chick-fil-a before visiting this one. We went there after a volleyball game on a Friday night. They missed our order and left it sitting on the counter while they served customers after us. We finally went up and told them we had been there before customers who already had their food. We finally got our order which was wrong. I asked for the manager and he came out and told us they were busy and never came back. Who would have thought a chick-fil-a would be busy on Friday night. $58 for cold chicken! read more

First time ordering at the willow brook location and never again. I ordered chicken nuggets with mac and cheese on the chick-fil-a app and I received a chicken sandwich with french fries. We came right at 9:59 and they allowed us to order. We drove up to the window and we could literally hear the manager complain that we weee able order. The staff at this location is delightful! I often come here for breakfast when I am in a rush and have no time to cook. Breakfast is always cooked well and tastes great. At times the line is super long but they work quickly and the line that would normally take 10+mins ends up only taking 2-3mins. I highly recommend this location to anyone! read more

I've ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. I've never had any problems. Meat is tender, the bun even has that perfect fragrance that a freshly baked bread is known forr, the salad is crisp, and so on. No other drive up is as courteous, kind or efficient read more

I have not had any negative experiences with the food at this specific Chick Fil A that a few people have complained about. My food is always hot and has always been correct. I definitely give them an A+ on the mac n' cheese. Always has a nicely browned cheesy top. Better mac n' cheese than any other fast-food places that serve the same thing. Chicken nuggets (both grilled and fried) are good. Kind of unhappy they got rid of the chicken strips unless you want them spicy (do not like spicy). I will agree with everyone else about the waffle fries -- hey folks what is the deal with these? They are always kind of limp. 99% of the time I am getting delivery, so I crisp them up at home to my own liking. I'd think Chick Fil A would survey their customers or something on the fry thing, because I bet a lot of people aren't crazy about the fries. I did discover they are WAY better dipped in their Polynesian sauce, LOL. Love their kale side salad (wish it came in a larger size). Also, why don't they have a basic Caesar salad??? Love the frosted lemonade and desserts. The shakes are too sweet for me, but kids like them. I give the food 4+ stars, the employees 5 stars because they are always so nice to me. But the drive thru gets like 1 star because it always takes so darn long because the lines are ridiculous (why I now order delivery, much faster). You guys really need to do something about the long drive-thru lines. Seems like the whole drive thru thing needs re-routed or something. Anyway the 5-star rating isn't because I think their food is 5-star, but because they are way better than all the other fast-food options around here except for The Patio restaurant, which actually has better food overall (and a much more extensive menu). Still, when I want fast-food this is often my go-to. read more

I've only dined in here and went through the drive-thru one time each. For the dining in, service was decent, place is clean and the overall atmosphere was fairly nice, no real issues there. Food isn't anything to write home about but then again I never hold any sort of high expectations when it comes to fast food locations. For the drive-thru we were waiting for over ten minutes here, not sure why but it may have been due to the colder weather and it being the prime of rush hour, who knows. I can't say I was too happy but it's understandable, it didn't seem as if any of the workers were NOT working. When I finally pulled up and received my orders, the clerk was kind enough to even give us a free meal card for our next visit. It's the thought that counted and I did appreciate that, hence why I did not give a lower star review. Ultimately, this isn't my place of choice just again due to the fact that I don't come here unless if requested by others and if I am hungry enough to do so, but the service here thus far has been accommodating though I find the parking a tad cramped since it's in that strip mall area of Willowbrook that has cars buzzing in and out due to Buffalo Wild Wings being right on the other side. read more
