Horrible stomach virus from here. I would not recommend it. Absolutely awful. Never again.

For "fast" food it's pretty good. When we go inside we never have issues but the drive thru is usually pretty bad. Either they're out of fries leading to a long wait, with our sandwiches being cold or vice versa. I've asked for sauce both when I originally ordered and when I go to the next window and it's been forgotten nearly every time. Other times straws and napkins are also left out. My review for walk-in would be 5 stars but unfortunately most of our experiences with this establishment is in the drive thru. read more

Location is in morbid need of a new manager who is capable of socializing with customers at the most basic human level. I am not asking for much, believe me, I can appreciate & empathize with anyone working in the food industry but it is inexcusable when a manager shows no courtesy to a customer who was wronged and waited up to 20 minutes at a "fast food" restaurant. Not only was my order wrong but the manager was so sure of herself that I had to show my receipt and prove her wrong in front of her employees. Unfortunately this is one the worse run chick fil a's in the area. I've been here many times and the service is slow, whether you are waiting in the drive thru or inside, it's slow. At times, the chicken sandwiches are also not cooked great compared to other locations. Many times I've had a #1 from this location and the bun was stale or the chicken over cooked. Last night at 6:00pm, I waited in an empty restaurant for the only cashier on duty to take 5 minutes to ring an order up for an employee on break. They laughed with each other while I stood there waiting. After 3 minutes I asked if anyone else was working and the cashier told me no, everyone is in the back. If this place wasn't so close to my home I would never go here. The owner operator of this location needs to hire better kids or stay onsite during business hours. The quality suffers if he's not babysitting the kids. read more

Pulled up to the drive-thru during a late lunch. It was around 1:30pm. Double drive thru-lanes at this location and both were full of cars. I was about two cars back from ordering. Waited around 3-4 minutes with no movement at all so I left. They need a lesson from Portillo's on running an efficient drive-thru. I've had chick-fil-a before and not really a big fan but this place was convenient at the time. read more

By far the fanciest Chick-Fil-A i've ever been too. Most gorgeous restaurant I've seen in a long time inside and out. The coolest part was that they had mouthwash in their bathrooms. The food was really good. There's even a window where you can creep on the staff and see them cook your food. Really nice staff too. The place is pretty busy so expect to take a while for your food to be ready. I'm a fan! read more

I'm really ambivalent about Chick-Fil-A as a company. On one hand, I don't like restaurants which are overtly political, especially in ways that I don't endorse. I'll try to keep my review focused on my meal-related experience here, rather than whether I support their social views. This is the nearest outlet of this famous fast food outlet to my home, so I felt I should check it out. Friendly and respectful service has always been a constant in my experiences at Chick-Fil-A. Everyone in the store was unfailingly polite to me, which is always appreciated--especially as compared to the indifference that one sometimes receive at competitors. If the words spicy and chicken are on the menu, I will order it. When I've done so at this Chick-Fil-A and others, I've never been disappointed. The chicken is not mechanically processed like the nuggets or patties served at other joints, and is really tasty in comparison. My meal was served in-house, so I can't speak to the efficiency of the drive-thru here. Overall, I have to say that I was pleased with my experience at this franchise. I'm pretty sure I'll make it back for the spicy chicken biscuits at breakfast. read more

Frozen Lemonade sucked ass 3/10 the grilled nuggets were actually good but L frozen Lemonade

I don't eat fast food but will eat here. Grilled or regular nuggets are the bomb! They have great salad and wraps and my hubby loves their spicy chicken (he will eat Wendy's gasp) . The 4 starts for their flavor lacking fries although waffle they lack flavor and crisp. They also have different Sauce options which is fun! Used the drive through to get lunch. Ordered an original chicken sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich, two waffle fries and two cole slaws. When we got to the window they were going to give us two colas instead of two cole slaws. We thought we had corrected them when they read back our order after we ordered. But they corrected everything in a friendly manner. As for the food, the sandwiches were very good. The original is simply a filet on a buttered soft bun with pickles. The chicken salad sandwich is a healthy choice. Again simple, with a nice chicken salad on multigrain bread with lettuce. I give them both a 7 out of 10. The cole slaw was finely minced which I like but pretty average tasting-- say 4 out of 10. The waffle fries are not good. Soft not crispy. Unevenly cooked due to various sizes-- 1 out of 10. We would go back for sandwiches but not the sides. read more

I waited in the drive thru and placed a simple order. After a very long wait in line, I only received half the order because the attendant did not confirm the order, nor is there a screen which allows you to view your order. I went inside to reorder the sandwich which was comped. However, after yet another long wait in the restaurant, I walked out accepting the fact I wasn't getting that meal tonight. read more

When Chick-fil-a came to Illinois I was thrilled.  Unfortunately since becoming dairy free I couldn't find out why eating here hurt my stomach.  The chick-fil-a nuggets contain dairy.  I love a good breaded chicken but I can no longer enjoy these.  The alternative are the grilled nuggets they are dairy free.  Also the waffle fries do not contain dairy.  With a dairy allergy you can eat at Chick-fil-a just be very cautious.  For more information search Chick-fil-a's allergen menu via google and then you can download a PDF of their allergen menu. read more

Love it! However I will say that I came here when it opened and they had the corporate employees, and it was great. The service was fabulous. Since then, it has decreased slightly. Best fast-food chicken sandwich. It's a simple thing but executed so well. The meat is super juicy and the breading has that chicken-y crunchiness that you can only get with hand-breading. This glorious piece of chicken is placed on a buttered and toasted bun, and the only other addition are some dill pickle slices to give it a bit of a kick. This is not a frozen chicken patty on a bun! Unfortunately, this place has perhaps the worst fries of any fast food place. Waffle shape aside, these are a greasy, soggy mess. My advice? Skip the fries and get a chicken sandwich. Besides, fries are bad for you. read more

I rate my experience as HORRIBLE. When I paid for my order the drive-thru cashier read the order back and it was correct. The amount he charged was also correct. He passed a bag and a drink to me and I drove home (20 minutes). When home, I found that they gave me the wrong bag. I called to report the error. They said to bring back the wrong bag, inside the store this time. (20 minutes back). A woman at the counter (dressed differently than the other employees, presumably a supervisor) ask to help. I explained the problem. While they prepared the replacement food, I could hear this supervisor BERATING ME to the other employees for not realizing that THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG BAG. Not only are they incompetent but also RUDE! Never go to this store. There are many other restaurants who really want your business. If the Management shows this BAD attitude, to the customers and employees, I hate to think about what they may to doing while preparing our food. NO SECOND CHANCE FROM ME! read more

Nothing like I ordered made no sense the person at the window didn't convey the order at all. People were just standing around doing nothing people seemed quite lazy and honestly don't plan on going back to this chick til a awful service and quite possibly rude staff don't come here. So I just got a spicy chicken sandwich and dad got chicken strips. I waited until I got home to eat it and when I open it it was the most nastiest thing I have ever seen! It was soaked in grease and fat! I was in shock! I seriously would recommend going to Wendy's and getting their spicy chicken sandwich because it's much better and cheaper! Wendy's sandwich actually comes with lettuce and tomato! This nasty thing and with 2 little pickles that I was scared to eat! Dad's chicken stripes were okay he said but he can taste the grease on this teeth. I removed the bottom part of the bun because it was paper thin in fat! So much soggy breaded chicken that I picked it off. I will not be coming back here again. First and definitely last! I already feel sick to my stomach and I know I will get heart burn soon. I was there about a week ago and ordered my food through the drive thru. The girl Vicky (hope that's the right spelling) was so sweet and helpful! She was very efficient but yet, very personable! Ordered the 12 piece chicken nuggets. They were so small that they only filled 1/3 size of the small box. They looked like tiny rocks. The mcdonalds children's chicken nugget happy meal is bigger than this restaurants "large" adult " size portion. The chicken salad sandwich was basically lettuce relish and bread. This was the first and last time I will waste $16 on a horrible meal that was a total disappointment. Perhaps other locations are better but the quality here is poor. read more

Love, absolutely love, their shakes. Fresh fruit ingredients, but currently stuck on frosted coffee or frosted lemonade. Excellent for a treat! Have experienced both dine in and drive thru. Have no complaints about either. Clean place for dine in, including the bathrooms. Drive thru can be slower then other chain restaurants, but not totally unreasonable. Staff have been very friendly and accommodating considering I am usually in the company of 4 or more people. Food is delicious. Ordering 'deluxe' sandwiches gained me the lettuce and tomato I love; with honey BBQ sauce for extra pop, I am a pleased customer. Love their waffle fries best when they're hot. The customer service here is excellent. Food tastes great and is served in a very timely manner. They really go above and beyond here. My wife burned her leg accidentally on our motorcycle tailpipe, manager and employees assisted with ice and some first aid. Thank you so much on behalf of both of us. After having a great experience at Chick-Fil-A in St. Louis, I wanted to try something else, so I headed to my local site. The inside is actually very nice looking for a fast food place. Very clean and modern. The restaurant wasn't packed by any means, but took twice as long as it did for me to get my food, as it did in St. Louis- 10 minutes! And the STL site was totally packed! I noticed they were bringing out cards to other patrons who were kept waiting, and I'm assuming they were gift cards or something? But nothing came my way... the grilled market salad was good though. So MAYBE I'll give this place one more try. Wasn't totally impressed otherwise. read more

Well, I finally got to try the chicken sandwich here... It was pretty good for fast food. The chicken tenders were equally as good. I thought the interior of the restaurant was very nice and it was extremely clean. The employees were all very friendly and courteous. I would definitely take my family back here to eat if I was in the area. I'd like to try some of the other menu items, like the chicken salad sandwich. When you go to a fast food place, you don't expect to be overly impressed by the food so in my opinion, service is the most important factor. Definition of fast friendly service. Putting out a healthy option in fast food, all with a smile. They go over and above cleaning, making sure your order is correct and prompt.
