After having a great experience at Chick-Fil-A in St. Louis, I wanted to try something else, so I headed to my local site. The inside is actually very nice looking for a fast food place. Very clean and modern. The restaurant wasn't packed by any means, but took twice as long as it did for me to get my food, as it did in St. Louis- 10 minutes! And the STL site was totally packed! I noticed they were bringing out cards to other patrons who were kept waiting, and I'm assuming they were gift cards or something? But nothing came my way... the grilled market salad was good though. Horrible! Almost every single time I come to this location my order is wrong. Final straw was today when I bought a Cobb salad and it had NO CHICKEN ON IT!! On top of that my salad had pieces of egg shells in it!! Pissed because this is the closest chick fil a to my house and now I have travel to another location just to get my order right. To start, I want readers to know that if I could give negative stars, I would. When I walk in, I immediately smell 4 year olds and their stench from the "play zone". And for you those of you that don't know that smell, I hope you never have to. It stings the nostrils. As I reach the cash register, I'm greeted with a creepy smile and stare down from a teenage employee. Appetite, GONE. But for the sake of this review, I carry on and attempt to order something. After 10 minutes pass, I finally receive my two item order of nuggets and a shake. To this day, my tongue is still recovering from the 3rd degree burn I received from the first bite of the chicken. Doctors say I'll never fully regain my taste. Due to this, I couldn't taste anything and to be honest I think that is for the best. Love this Chik-Fil-A! I was really excited when this restaurant opened up close to my home. I've only been a few times since it has opened, but every visit has been nothing but pleasant. The food is great. The best part of this place though is the service. Everyone is always so polite and it is great to be at a place where they know how to treat customers. Usually I just do the drive thru but today we ate in with my 4 and 3 year old sons and we got exceptional service. Just hopped on the Chick-Fil-A bandwagon a couple weeks ago. Chicken isn't exactly my first meal choice, but I was craving a sandwich and had been meaning to try this place for a while. The staff was very friendly, and although that is appreciated, it seemed forced and a bit phony. I tried the grilled chicken nuggets, which were decent but it felt like there just weren't enough in a serving. The waffle fries were soft, but still good with the ranch sauce. The item that really caught my attention was the Grilled Chicken Club. I put some Chick-Fil-A Sauce on it, and it is honestly the best chicken sandwich I've ever tasted. I've been to this location a few times, and it has had its ups and downs. On one occasion one morning I ordered about 15 dollars worth of food and I received someone else's order, so I returned and fix it. But only to realize that they've messed up my order again after I was already home. Yes, I decided to go back and they fixed it again and gave me a few extra items... And my most recent visit I ordered at the drive thru and the wait wa as a little long and I was given a gift card for the wait, only to try and come use it at the same location and the cashier told me the card had nothing on it.... read more

The employees are polite but the last three times I have been here they have not given me the condiments I have asked for which just leaves me with a plain dry chicken sandwich. They ask me if I want any sauces but never provide them. Don't waste your time or money on this location! read more

Food good. But not at all impressed by the teenager-driven service! My 1st visit here & went through drivethrough just now. Realized after I left I didn't receive the superfood side I ordered & paid for, had to drive back. Workers took awhile to understand "superfood side" via speaker (wasting my time further) & then weren't terribly sorry- could have at least upgraded from S to L size for the inconvenience. I am chic fil-a's newest fan. I had it once a while back and didn't think it was anything special. When this place opened up by me i had to give it a second try. WOW! what a sandwich! The Drive-Thru is not as great as other places. The food is great no doubt! I had ordered my food at the Drive-up, the lady had gotten it wrong, I corrected her and she confirmed. When I was at the window she still said it wrong and I corrected her and she responded "Yeah its that, its right" and my food turned out to be wrong. Please triple check your food at the Drive-Thru, they do not seem to pay attention or care. read more

Extremely disappointed! A month ago I bought 3 salads from Chick-fil-A (Willowbrook,IL) and I found an insect and tentacles on the bottom of my salad. I went inside the restaurant and I showed to the employees what I found. The way they responded was "I am sorry about that, would you like another salad?". I don't think that is an adequate response to that kind of issue. I would not take another salad when I already found an insect in my salad. They did not offer to refund me my money as I would expect. We ended up throwing away the other 2 salads. I don't NORMALLY find insects in my FOOD so that means there is something wrong in their kitchen or their supplier! I sent a complaint on their website, received a quick response within the next day. The guy from customer service promised they would send me a check refunding me for these salads. More than a month later, I have not received anything. Contacted them for a second time, this time they did not bother giving a call back. If you think that people just forget about what you have promised, you are wrong. read more

I know Chik Fil A has a reputation for their customer service, but the employees at this location are by far the best I've ever encountered. They were extremely polite and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Today I decided to try something new on the menu and ended up not liking it. When one of the employees came around to check on customers, I nicely asked if I could substitute my order with a small order of nuggets or something cheaper and to my surprise the young man brought back a 12 piece nugget and thoroughly apologized for the inconvenience. Slowest drive thru ever. Don't know if it's just this location or all, but it's painful

Love the Cobb Salad but can't understand why the drive-up window order filler has such a hard time fulfilling my order with the requested salad dressing. Out of the past six weekly visits I've received the asked for salad dressing twice. That's twice in six visits. Getting a fork and napkin in the bag is likewise a rarity. Customers should not have to search through their bag(s) before driving off to be sure their order is correct. read more

Went through the drive through and have never had a problem. Today was a different story. They forgot my fruit cup. Fine. But then I log into my bank account to see they've charged me twice and given me one receipt. Then I have to call, only to get a half hearted apology for the missing fruit cup. Im then informed I was charged for the sandwich ordered by the person behind me and told I was supposed to get a refund receipt. Again, a half hearted apology and an emailed credit receipt saying I'll have my money back in 24-48 hours. This is how you treat your customers? Not even an offer to replace the missing fruit cup, or credit my card for the amount of the fruit cup? NEVER returning, and I'll spread the word while I'm at it. Lesson learned folks. Check your bag before you leave and if you pay with debit card, log into your account before you leave. Lest they steal from you too. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this Chick-Fil-A. I went to this location with a group of students, some with significant cognitive and physical disabilities. The staff at this location, particularly Stephen and Donna, went above and beyond for our group. They generously gave my group free books and cookies. Stephen took the time to answer all the questions my students had. He even gave one of my student's a little stuffed toy, once he found out that my student is not able to eat. Stephen said he did not want my student to feel left out. It was so kind! Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. This experience truly touched my heart. I would recommend this Chick-Fil-A to anyone, and will certainly be returning! read more

Best fast food chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. Great service in the restaurant and very clean bathrooms and playplace. George (who is almost always working), is awesome and is always refilling our drinks and making sure we don't need anything else. Saturday afternoon 2:30 pulled up to the drive-thru. Both lines had 1 car ahead of me at menu board. Took 3 minutes to be able to order my one grilled chicken sandwich then it took 7 minutes to get to the window. Unacceptable. I asked the clerk for my wait time according to their clocks she guessed 5 minutes. So wrong. I told her 10 and she asked me to wait there for her manager. What and delay everyone behind me? As a chick fil a lover I regret to say that this location has bar far the worst service that I have ever experienced. Always long drive thru times, even when the line is short, The food has been cold, which makes no sense after a long wait. Have eaten multiple times inside and have had to wait for an employee to show up from the back to place our order. Food has been good/hot when I've eaten inside. Never had an employee ask to refill a beverage or take away garbage at this location. Always seems to be young employees hanging around and eating, which would be fine if their service was good. Have seen people walk in and turn around and walk out after waiting for an employee to show up from the back to place an order. One customer was calling out hello, hello, are you open? Then left. Please fix this, I was excited that this store opened because it's close, but have now been avoiding it and going to another location which is further away. read more
