I ordered 6 chicken tenders but only received 2, which was disappointing and set the tone for the rest of the meal. As for the sauces, the coop sauce wasn't really my preference--it reminded me a bit of coleslaw in sauce form. The honey mustard was fine, but nothing that stood out or elevated the meal. The chicken itself was very oily and lacked seasoning, to the point where the dominant flavor was just oil. It also didn't taste especially fresh and wasn't as tender as I was expecting from a place known for chicken. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it didn't meet my expectations given how popular this place is.

VERY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE!…read more I ordered online for a company group lunch. I put in the order 2 days in advance for pick up at the Willowbrook location. Unfortunately, we experienced several problems with the order. Out of 14 lunches ordered, 8 had an issue. - The 4 powerhouse salads were missing the grilled chicken, and 2 were missing the extra avocado which were all paid for. - 1 of the salad was missing the feta cheese that has been requested and paid for. - 1 order has the wrong sandwich in the bag. - 2 lunches were initially missing from the pick-up package, requiring us to go back to the restaurant and tell the staff about it. Given this was an almost $200 order and half of the individual lunches had an issue, the number of errors was disappointing and disrupted our office lunch. This issue was sent to the customer service on the same day of the incident, but I did not receive any feedback. I hope the management will do something about this. Please reach out to me. Should have kept driving. This location has two drive-thru lanes when they can't service even one. I went to right lane because another car was there and ordering. I guess that's what happens when you just don't give a flying fuck. I wait and now two cars go in left lane to order. No one comes back to mic to ask for my order. I ask if anyone is there. Got "one minute" again, I asked if it's better for me to order inside. I'm told no I'll get someone. McDonald's isn't nearly this fucked up. Buona Hillside you own that title belt.
