Best customer service, everyone is always super kind whenever I come here! I love it every time I'm here

Run by an Indian couple who doesn't have enough vocab for english and often struggle with conversation. They are still stuck with thier home country and are not very familiar with american hospitality and how the american fast food service works. Place needs cleaning a bit. read more

I feel very welcome when I walk in and they always greet me super nicel. the food is also very good and clean environment.

I've come back to adjust this rating. The thing is, we've been going to this Subway for years now and always have had great experiences. But recently a new man started working and the service has gone downhill. Yesterday was the last straw for me. I went in to get an online order like normal, and since I'm a regular they recognized me. But as they put my bag on the counter, instead of giving it to me, she suddenly started telling me to give them a good review online. I thought it was like most places that ask you to do a review when you get home, but no. She starts hounding me to get out my phone and look up the restaurant. Literally was giving me instructions and pointing at my phone screen, barking instructions to me constantly and making sure I have the right location. The woman was telling me to specifically give 5 stars and to write a positive review, and watched my hands as I typed it out. The man I mentioned earlier walked in and started watching over us silently as this happened (She even told me to specifically compliment HIM in the review despite not him not even doing anything that day). I panicked and just went along with it as she watched. I wanted my food and it was behind the register so I couldn't do much in that moment, she refused to give it to me. It felt like I was in one of those peer-pressure PSAs that's how ridiculous this was! It was incredibly uncomfortable, and me being the only other person in the building made it even worse. It was humiliating. After posting the review (and having to physically show her I made it) she gave me a cookie, acting like it was a normal day. Then she gave me my food and I left, stunned. I've NEVER had an experience like this in my life! I'm heartbroken and pissed that the workers here would be so aggressive and manipulative like that. Completely disgusted by their behavior. I am no longer going to this Subway anymore. I don't mind driving a bit further to different buildings, because at least I know that they won't hold my food hostage and force me to make a review read more

Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service If I could give this Subway zero stars, I would. I went in today to get my free birthday cookie (which I clearly have on the app), and not only did they refuse to honor it, but the woman working there was beyond rude. Instead of doing her job, she was literally on FaceTime with her friend the entire time, ignoring customers like it was some social hangout. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She acted like I was an inconvenience for simply wanting what the app promised. To make it worse, she was a short Indian woman with gap teeth -- extremely easy to spot if you want to avoid the worst service of your life. Honestly, it's pathetic Subway allows people like this to represent their brand. I will never be coming back to this location and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. I went there about a week ago. As I was trying to order over the counter, a tall chubby man with a large beard , wearing many gold chains,started literally yelling at me over the counter. I'm a disabled elderly person... And was shocked at his behavior. I will certainly never come back or order from this restaurant again. read more

This Subway location is my favorite. The owner is so kind and it feels refreshing to see customer service still exists. Their food is fresh. It is clean! It's near my home so I enjoy frequenting there, but my mom who works in Wheaton likes this particular Subway so much she caters from it when it's definitely much further than other subway choices! I come here routinely, and have been for about a year now. The staff are really nice and the place is always clean. I always do a mobile order and it seems like someone is always cleaning. I've never had a complaint about my order, that's a rare thing. I've heard people complain about bread forever but that and other quality issues I've never had here. Thanks to this staff! All of their vegetables was not fresh at 10:30 AM this morning, tomatoes are dried, lettuce got browned and they do not take coupons.If you need to get fresh sub, you should look for different place. read more

This establishment has changed ownership so many times it's amazing. Each time I remember to no longer visit this establishment. Certain breads are just not available. You say a little lettuce, one of the individuals piles it on. You ask for other items and beg for them. Then they push a drink even though you won't buy it. Attempt to purchase one cookie and they only sell you three of them. Upon grabbing the bags to exit the establishment the one individual spreads his arms and looks over like royalty. No more to this treatment ever again. read more

This is a free-standing Subway restaurant! I don't see that very often and I eat at a Subway 3 times a week. Sometimes more. Today I went to this one for lunch and a different one for dinner. I love Subway! Anyway, this location feels like a more upscale Subway due to it having its own building as well as so much light from a whole bank of windows near the entrance. Is this a new Subway? I think it must be since everything looked shiny and new. The drinks area offered 4 amazing posh juice combinations- flavors like mango, blackberry, passion fruit, and lemonade. Somehow my usual order tasted WAY better from this Subway and I can't figure out why. The two ladies working today were both super friendly and welcoming. This Subway is 2 miles out of my way on my drive home but I think I've found a new favorite Subway. read more

My school group placed a catering order (online) via this Subway. We ordered three variety trays for pickup (though they also deliver!). The sandwiches were made exactly as requested with condiment packets AND sauces on the side. They also generously gave us two containers of cookies - completely complimentary! The kids (and, ahem, teachers) LOVED it! Things were great with the exception of our receipt/invoice not being sent via email NOR available at the restaurant on the day of pickup. It was problematic since we paid with an administrator's card and he needed the receipt. Overall it was a great catering experience and, might I add, the cheapest sandwich catering option. I know we'll be ordering from them again in the future! read more

They were great for a long time. But the last 2 times I've stopped its just one guy. I walked in with 5 people in line and then a guy walked in with an online order that hadn't been fulfilled...so we all waited. I feel bad for the guy because he's doing his best but it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. read more

Oh my God I stopped here for lunch today and the owner is a huge &@&hole. He sat around outside the counter sweeping the floor when there was a huge line and both of his employees were working at full speed. When I said something to him and asked him to help behind the counter. He told me I would have to wait. He just yelled at the girls for not moving fast enough. There's a subway just east of the store, And West there's a Jersey Mike's which is better anyway. I urge you not to spend your money in this particular subway. I will never again. read more

I hate that this is the closest Subway to work. I wish they had spinach. I hate how their wheat bread is always crunchy (read: not fresh). I wish they didn't run out ingredients on a regular basis. I come to this subway often on my lunch break. The employees are always friendly, and the line moves quickly. But yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised that the staff went far above and beyond the typical sandwich making customer service. I actually left my entire purse in the restaurant, and didn't realize that was where it was until late this morning (the following day). When I called to ask about it, they verified my name (off the ID in the wallet) and when I went back to pick it up, informed me that they put it in the safe right away and asked that I check that everything was still there. Even my cash was still in the wallet, let alone company credit cards, etc!!! Thank you for the good service and even better employees in a society where leaving your purse anywhere usually turns into a nightmare. read more

This is NOT the subway that had a food poisoning incident. I pass other Subways so that I can specifically go to this one. They have the BEST veggie delight (on flatbread). The others bulk it up mostly with lettuce and little other stuff. This one puts plenty of other stuff on it. My mouth waters just thinking about it. And the people working there are very quick and polite. I love the place. read more

I ordered online through my phone for curbside pickup and got my email confirmation and even confirmed I was here for my order. I was a party of 2 and we ordered separately and one sandwich came and the other one didn't. The guy said he will check and bring it out for me and he didn't. I called the number saying that there was an order that wasn't received and they said there was "nothing in our system" which was impossible because I got the email and paid for it as well. I walked in trying got resolve this issue and despite showing proof that I paid for it through my confirmation and payment info. there was a lady "chetna" that shut me out completely and didn't want to deal with me at all. I demanded to speak to a manager for not speaking to me in a professional matter and she gave me a phone number to her manager that ended up not being valid. I think the lady needs some customer service training on her part. They kept going around in circles saying it wasn't in their system and that people "scam the system" which is completely false because I showed them proof a few times. Last part is that the certificates on the walls were expired and out dated that the health department should investigate. Lastly, I have tried to contact the corporate office and instead of any resolution I just got a half ass response and nothing more. read more
