Just tasted THE WORST sandwich's ever. The Cowboy Deli. Supposed to be fresh BBQ Beef, was a packet of meat drowned in BBQ sauce heated up with onions on it. The meat was cold and SLIMY all you could really taste was the sauce. One bite, no Thank you. The Yankee was another waste supposed to be corned beef and pastrami on rye. The bread was soaking wet and fell apart, you couldn't tell the difference between the corned beef or the pastrami. Both had ZERO flavor. Terrible. For $39 for 2 sandwiches I expected MORE. Food is always good however the manager was extremely rude. Ordered soup which was not delivered and went to ask. The manager said she filled that order but it was not delivered to me. She reluctantly refilled it and told me to come pick it up. I said it should have been delivered and she said she didn't care. I told her she was rude and she told me too bad and to get out. I asked for her name which she refused to give me and said I didn't need it. She then threatened the employees if they gave me her name. Had a fairly large catering order, over $300. Excited to bring our hard earned dollars to this place! The manager not only acted annoyed from the get go, but forgot the brisket that was paid for. When we went back to pick it up they acted like we were still inconveniencing them and gave us a small bowl of chili instead of the brisket that was ordered. Unfortunately we went all the way back home and then figured it out. So we went back a third time as we found they also left out dressing for the $50 salad we ordered. Manager still annoyed, no apologies, no " how can I make this right", just a begrudging response and even took back the chili they mistakenly gave us. My friend and I hadn't been back in a while and we kept talking about their amazing salad bar. We had a nice lunch here with chilled salad plates and plenty of salad items including some premium items on the bar too. Our salads, toppings and dressings were really flavorful and fresh. Ad'janad was really nice in taking orders correctly and making sure everything was in the bag on my carryout too as I ended up ordering a Ruben to take home. The corned beef was packed over 2 inches high and was meaty with very little fat marbling. I wish I could have put a picture up but that sandwich didn't last long once it was opened. Prices may appear a little high but you get what you pay for here; generous portion sizes and quality meats and ingredients! read more

A great place for lunch! This was my first time at Jason's and I had a great experience. Workers are very kind, they work hard, and serve fast. It gets very busy during lunch but they manage well. I wouldn't say Jason's Deli is unique. They have basic lunch options which is not a bad thing! I had the chicken panini and it tasted great. I would definitely order it again. As soon as I walked in I was offered a menu. The employee was really nice and helpful. This restaurant has lots of seating and also had a salad bar. I ordered the turkey panini and it was really good. The pickle was individually wrapped which is a great idea! They also offer complementary vanilla/chocolate soft serve ice cream to their guests. read more

Jason deli is always consistent with my sandwiches. The portion sizes are perfect for the cost. The services is okay. Most days its good some days they are distracted. The ambiance cafeteria staff salad bar. The staff will bring your meal to you if you dine in otherwise you wait for your order to go. The waiting section could be a little better designated but otherwise everything else is good. Now on to my favorites.... the pot pie soup and the chicken chilli. The salad bar. Of the restaurants in this little strip mall, Jason's somehow manages to be the most inviting -- and not only because it's where the crowds from the senior living center seem to prefer. They have a big (if expensive) salad bar, lots of sandwiches, lots of soups. My tortilla soup was tasty and I would happily order it again; but my muffaletta sandwich had an overwhelmingly large amount of olive mix on it -- so much that I had to scrape some off, despite being a muffaletta lover. That said, it's so rare for a muffaletta sandwich to have too much olive mix that I can hardly hold that against them too much. read more

Ok I will preface this review and say I haven't been to a Jason's Deli in awhile but $30 for two drinks and one trip to the salad bar is insanity. When did it switch from all you can eat salad? My bad. The service was fine since I did everything myself so not a lot of work being done. The place wasn't full but wasn't empty. Plenty of parking and seats inside. The lettuce was a tad wilted for $30 but I just can't believe the change and no one said 'one trip' and I don't remember seeing it on the menu. Definitely done with Jasons Deli. read more

We went here St. Patty's Weekend for the first time for corned beef sandwiches. My fiance got the corned beef reuben and pastrami reuben. I got corned beef on rye with swiss and stone ground mustard. These sandwiches come piled HIGH with meat. They are delicious and very well worth the cost per sandwich. They have specialty sandwiches and build your own options. Been going to this location regularly for several years. Food was good as usual. This evening was our last visit. Friday, 9/5/25, approx 8pm. The place was largely empty, just a few people. Manager had a terrible attitude, never saw him before. No smile, no hello, nothing. We paid $28.00 for two cups of soup, and two half sandwiches, one drink. My husband went to the salad bar and got a tablespoon of potato salad to go with his sandwich, the manager approached and said we have to pay $11 for the salad bar. Not going back there again ~ so that location has lost our regular $28.00 visits over a small amount of potato salad at the end of the evening. Don't know if anyone will see this, but I sure hope that guy does. Will tell my kids and neighbors not to go there. read more

I came here for lunch before an appointment nearby. I'm a frequent patron of this restaurant chain because it's consistent in quality and I can delude myself into believing that I am eating healthy when I order the salad bar. The corn and chocolate muffins, potato and pasta salads, and free soft-serve ice cream are simply rewards for being so calorie conscious and vegetarian! Like any salad bar restaurant, the only problem here was the guests who serve themselves. In my case a guy picked some items out of a cold container directly with his hands. I pointed this out to one of the employees who promptly removed and replaced the tongs and container. But who knows what other human animals contaminated the serving utensils and food, without being caught, before I arrived... I used a lot of Purel! The staff were extremely attentive, prices are competitive, and the place is kept as clean as they can make it. read more

This is a pretty good chain restaurant. I had not been in awhile but they no longer let you go back on the salad bar. It's still a pretty good deal with fresh ingredients that seemed to be good quality. The ice cream is a nice treat for no additional cost. The sandwiches are good portions. This is an absolute hidden gem!! I drove past Jadon's Deli & decided to treat one of my employees to lunch. The food looked & smelled so good that I placed an order for takout for my hubby & I and was not disappointed! Since there aren't many around (seriously, like only 8 in the entire state of IL), and this location is sort of out of the way - I feel like it's a treat anytime I get to indulge. Did you know Jason's is out of Texas? Yeah, they know meat. Out of all sandwich chains, I feel good about eating here. They can satisfy even the most picky sammy eater. Meat is nitrate and hormone free. Most ingredients are organic and their produce is delivered 6x's a week - talk about fresh. But the main take away? Quality driven, delicious, filling and fresh sammies. They are hands down my fave with the best variety. But let's get down to sammie biz - great bread choices, a ton of side options (soups - 10 to be exact, salads, wraps, paninis, Muffalettas, yes, you read right and pasta too), vegetarian and gluten free choices. They even offer free ice cream cones (I have yet to sample) and the sandwiches are hearty! I've never had a skimpy sammy and usually have leftovers. This location is always friendly with no order mishaps. They offer curb side pickup & delivery during Covid and the worker who handed my order followed all safety precautions. Big shout out for the New York Yankee - seriously stacked and tasty. A whopping 3/4lb of warm thinly sliced corned beef and pastrami with swiss on rye...if you didn't know it, you might think this was from a Jewish deli. It's that good. The Deli Club completely satisfied my craving for a turkey club...Massive and loaded. I'd ask for the bread to be toasted more next time though. Irish potato soup was flavorful and chunky and Caesar salad is big enough for two. Good mac & cheese. Loved my unsweetened Wildberry Hibiscus tea. Can ya tell I really dig Jason's? Haven't been to any Jason's in a long long time. Met my brother here for lunch. Not overly far from him, and near the highway. Had the soup (gumbo) and it was actually tastefully done. Added a Cobb salad which was tasty and good size. Couldn't finish both. Service was fine and wished a Jason's was near me. Its basic. You order and they bring the food to your table. I like it, cause ingredients are fresh and the menu items are tweaked, so it feels slightly out of the ordinary, which suits me. They are worth a lunch stop. read more
