On 1/28/2025 - 4:15 P.M. I ordered an large Italian Sub "My Way" with vinigar, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, on whole wheat, to go and cut in thirds. It's the perfect size to hold and not fall apart for me. And 1/3 fills me up pretty good. The service went flawlessly. These folks usually do good. Whether its here or at another location. I have never had an issue with JMS. Even after they were purchased by a Venture Cap Firm. I hope they don't change a thing. The store was perfectly clean. I took my order to go as I had a few more stops to make before I ate. I would have been happy to have eaten at the store. The prices have gone up. The sandwich was a little shy of 20.00. However I am happy they are not sacrificing quality or shrinkflating their meal as I would rather get charged a few bucks extra than get a shoddy meal. read more

Such a disappointing sandwich I received this evening. My husband was in the area so he went to this location because I had told him if he could pick up dinner. I always order the number nine, which is the club supreme with roast beef, turkey Swiss apple wood bacon and mayo. I always order gluten free bread because Jersey Mike's is known for being very conscious. Of allergies. When I received my sandwich and opened it up, it was horrible. The bread was so thin. I did not even have all the ingredients on the sandwich. I was not present to make sure that I get all the ingredients, but it was missing bacon the main point of me ordering #9 is because it is part of the ingredients. And no flavor, falling apart and just a complete disaster to eat . Not to mention that I have to pay extra because of GF bread and to have it all messed up is just sad and they are not cheap. Ordered regular veggie in store and the quality was so bad. Cheese was hard and stale. Provolone had dry rubbery bits all around the edges. Green pepper was a random end piece thrown in, stale brown lettuce. The guy making the sub threw all the toppings in 10 sec without asking or waiting for a request as if there is a line out the door! I recently visited Jersey Mike's and was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of the establishment. The overall environment felt dirty and unkempt. What stood out the most was a worker with a beard who was wearing a filthy apron. To make matters worse, he was wiping his dirty gloves on his already dirty apron while making sandwiches. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable and really put me off. I expected better standards from Jersey Mike's and won't be returning anytime soon. Thanks for the reply Jake I would just send someone a secret shopper or what have you when that new guy with the beard and tattoos is working and making the sandwich's. It is absolutely disgusting and not an isolated incident when he works. You will be able to see for yourself how filthy he is and his gloves while he literally smashed the sandwiches down and wipes his forehead with sweat on his gloves and touches the sandwiches. read more

I just love their sandwiches. I love the quality and the fact that the meat is cut in front of me. I do wish the prices were a bit cheaper but it's not the worse I've seen. Their roast beef and turkey subs are my go to but they have a pretty descent selection if you're feeling adventurous. Employees were friendly and engaged in conversation while making my sandwich. So I'm a very infrequent customer to Jersey Mike's as they only have 2 veggie options on the menu: cold sandwich or warm wrap. Not a huge choice to be given, but the descriptions of the sandwiches sound promising enough. Yet, what I can't get out of my head is the fact that they use the same slicer that they slice meat on to also slice my cheese. Definitely not a way to win over veg heads, so I can't mentally allow myself to consume cheese there. It's awesome, though, because if you join their email club you receive a free regular sub with a drink every year on your birthday. Good enough for me, especially since their normal prices are so high. Combine this with the fact that you can use the coupon for a full year and I feel pretty decent about grabbing a Buffalo Chicken sandwich for my husband on a whim without a coupon. read more

I've been to this Jersey Mike's several times and I'm always greeted with a smile. They are quick and take great care to deliver what I asked for and will do what it takes to please the customer. Im not usually the kind to place a bad review but this really annoyed me because i came in and nobody greeted me or was paying attention to what i was ordering. The 2 there was a young girl and a guy that continued talking to one another and were making comments laughing as I was speaking. This was my first time having jersey Mike's and I recommend it! Their quality deli meat is better than subway as well as the fresh baked bread ! You have the option of white , wheat , or Parmesan cheese . It is definitely better than boring jimmy john's without a doubt. I had the #5 SUPER Sub which includes provolone , ham,prosciuttini, and cappacuola and it was pretty good! I heard that the roast beef is made in house and they slice it fresh when it's ordered . I will try that nice time ! I'm definitely coming back to try the other sandwiches as well ! read more

I grew up eating Jersey Mike's- my mother actually went to high school with the owner! Whenever we would visit my grandfather, we would drive over and pick up a bunch of #2s (always with extra oil and vinegar). It's made me so happy that they've expanded outside of NJ- it brings me right back to childhood each time I bite into a sub. These days, my husband and I will usually split a #2 and #9 (since who can ever say no to bacon?)- we've even gotten my in-laws hooked as well! read more

I've had many jersey mikes subs, but the guys today during the lunch rush did a great job. This sub was probably the best I've had at any location. I think the lettuce really made the sandwich too, because it was cold, and the maker did a good job of piling it on without it falling off. Response to another review: I don't understand how someone can rate this place 1 star based solely on how it tasted the next day. Do you really think these sandwiches should taste good the next day when they load the oil and vinegar on it? Personally, I don't like these subs after they sit for 30 minutes. They get soggy. If that bothers you, ask for light juices. That being said, does ANY sub shop taste good the next day? I cant think of a single one. read more

I love Jersey Mikes subs! Not every location is the same as far as how neatly they make their sandwiches, but this location is consistent. There is always a friendly group of people work here. Also, I know this sounds silly, but they really make sure to clean the board before they make the next sandwich. I hate when my sandwich gets mixed with someone else's crap.
