Salmon bowl. A little too much sauce
    Katie N.

My bestie was in town and has a lot of dietary restrictions. Cava is awesome because you can personalize your bowl to your liking/need. If you have ordered from Chipotle or Bibibop, the structure is basically the same. One thing I wish these restaurants would do better is improve their signage to enlarge it. While we wait in line, it would help customers move through the ordering process. I felt my in my salmon bowl the ingredients were fresh. I probably would have done without the dips and sauces. They also have fancy teas and lemonade for their fountain drinks. Price for a bowl and drink will run you over $20. They have nice amount of indoor and outdoor seating. They also do catering orders.

Had to see what they hype is about and it's 100% worth it. SO FRESH and filling. I got nearly 2 meals out of this and love this. Love there fresh juices too especially the cucumber mint lime one. They are made it house daily. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Ambiance - casual, clean, large area for customers dining in Service - staff was nice and made the bowl super quickly Food - love the marinated harissa chicken, sweet potato & toppings paired really well together

Frustrated that I wasn't the first review, but the second. The restaurants only been open for two days. It's been up for a while, but the last few weeks have been training only, and they just opened it up for guests the day before Thanksgiving. What can I say? The food is good, great ingredients, fresh and flavorful. Probably slightly high on the sodium, and a good 30% more expensive than other food options in the area. But I guess that's what you pay for quality. I like how friendly the staff are, and the restaurant was pretty clean even though I went 20 minutes before they closed. There were a lot of people eating inside, so I'm hoping this place succeeds. I've always thought of Cava as the kind of place that serves central business districts and finance people in big cities, so I'm surprised to see it in a Willowbrook shopping center. But I'm optimistic and rooting for you guys. Thank you for the great food and service!

Tried Cava for the first time and it was delicious! The line was to the door, but moved fairly quickly. My partner and I both chose to make our own bowls and they're were delicious! Some recommendations: grilled chicken, tzatziki, and crazy feta! I really enjoyed the Skhug as well. The side pita was a good addition as well. I wanted to try the pita chips but they were out, so hopefully on our next trip because we will be back!

Very good! Fresh healthy food. Lots of options to customize which is perfect because I'm a picky eater. Portia did an amazing job explaining the menu options and made us great bowls!

The most gracious and humble hosts - paying attention to every detail and stopping at nothing to bring whatever the customer wants to fruition. We don't realize that the place closes at 8:00 pm, and just kept chomping and socializing - they never once pointed it out to us. I begin with them because they were the friendliest folks, and their service was truly remarkable. Then comes the food - my goodness, the food. Let's begin with the Harira. Perfectly seasoned, but for me, it requires a little more salt (which is personal preference) and a pop of acid like lemon to bring out its true flavor. Overall, a really comforting, rich soup without being heavy or cloying. Then came the Moroccan seasoned potatoes - oooooweeee! These were little nuggets of pure deliciousness. Seasoned to perfection, crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside and every bite kept you wanting to go back for more. Then the lamb shank tagine - ummmm, excuse me?!?! What do you mean the meat is like butter? It literally falls off the bone and dissolves in your mouth. Rich, fatty, unctuous and truly a delight. The bed of couscous it came with was also great - made better by the sauce from the lamb shank. The highlight of this plate were the roasted prunes that are part of the sauce. Sweet, jammy prunes cooked into the sauce made them just truly a delightful mouthfeel in comparison to the couscous and the scrumptious meat. To top it all off, the cherry on top, is their comforting Moroccan mint tea. So very fresh and the perfect end to an absolutely DELIGHTFUL meal. Highly recommended!!!

It's tiny inside and feels well worn (in a good way), but there are a few tables outside. We went at an off time (or so we thought), but eventually all four tables and all bar seating were taken up. The gentleman serving us seemed to be the only one there, but he was friendly. We ordered a taktouka sampler, mixed grill platter, and lamb shank tagine. If you go to a Moroccan restaurant, you've got to get tagine. It took a little while for the food to come out, but overall it was excellent. The taktouka sampler was full of veggies. It was tasty, but I wish the carrots were cooked more to soften them. The mixed grill platter had chicken and beef kabobs, as well as something like a kefta (ground meat) kabob. The meats and rice were good, although the beef and chicken could have been more tender and juicy. The white sauce was a nice accompaniment. The lamb shank was excellent; nice tender meat, tasty rice, and delicious supplemental flavors from the figs and apricots. Overall, a very nice lunch.

Street parking may be hard to get but public parking lot nearby. Food was excellent, I had the foxtail paella, plump shrimp, mussels, sausage veggies and orzo instead of rice made it feel creamier, full portions. The "big wood" was a tasty whiskey drink, but the Negroni was a little too bitter. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The pork belly, ciabatta, and balsamic were all good individually, but together the flavors just didn't work. It felt mismatched... * Colorado lamb kebab: 10/10. This is one of the more $$ entrées on the menu, but it's absolutely worth it. The portion was generous, the lamb was high quality, and the artichoke pesto paired really well with the rich, gamey flavor. The roasted pearl onions were a great addition too. I would definitely recommend this dish. * Foxtail paella: 8/10 flavorful orzo paella loaded with seafood. Definitely a sharing type of entree! Always a great time at Foxtail with great food and great service!

Both sandwiches had a good amount of meat and flavorful fillings. Both were tasty and satisfying. I ordered the mixed shawarma wrap (chicken and steak) combo, sfeeha fatayer, and mamounia bel eshta (Syrian dessert). Service is always friendly, they'll explain the items if you don't know. My last review for this place was 24 days ago and there was barely anyone here. I'm glad to see that there are people coming in here, since there are not many Syrian restaurants around. -mixed shawarma combo 5 - this is one of the best shawarmas I've ever had. The chicken and steak are equally tender and juicy. I really like the special seasoning. You can also add additional sauces. Don't sleep on those French fries. They make them crispy, none of that soggy nonsense. -sfeeha fatayer 5 - this kind of looks like a quesadilla, the sfeeha is minced beef with seasoning. This is a very tasty meat and I highly recommend this. -mamounia bel eshta 5 - a Syrian dessert. The mamounia is a warm semolina pudding with pistachios and cinnamon. The eshta is a thick, clotted cream with pistachios that you eat along with the mamounia. I ate it separately. There is salty cheese and bread that you eat with them. There's no wrong way to eat it. You can use the bread to put some of the eshta or salted cheese in it. Alternate between sweet and salty.
