I ordered a mixed combo plate and chicken kebab plate with extra pickled turnips on the side. The mixed plate combo was about 26 something and it lacked in portion. For that price, I'd think they would give more rice and meat. The service could also improve because the guy at the counter wasn't pleasant and had somewhat of a bad attitude. read more

What a great addition to the Burr Ridge Center! We don't need to go too far for great Mediterranean food now. I've been to many make your own bowl or wrap type of Mediterranean places and this one is the best I've had. I'll start with the chicken. They use really good spices that gives the chicken a really great taste, not like the other places. There's something different about it. We also had a falafel wrap and chicken salad. I like the idea of the plain American black to go on the salad, by the way. They also serve large entrees like a typical restaurant, but you'll have to wait longer for those. Seating was good, it can fit about 25 people or so inside. Drink selections were great. I hope they do well! read more

I've been here a few times now, I've always have gotten to go. The humus is delicious, to me, I like the garnish with whole chick peas. Ive had the Kafta kabob platter several times now and I've enjoyed each time. I had the lentil soup the last time I was here and it was very good. I really like the flavor of their food, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This has become my favorite Mediterranean take out place, it's worth the 15-20 min ride each way. My food is still nice and hot when I get home. Give this the place a try sometime. There is seating for about 20 people, it's a clean restaurant, non alcoholic beverages. read more

Wooooow I'm hooked, this place is less than 5 min from my job, fresh, hot, delicious food. Steak is very well flavored and seasoned, fries came off a bit sweet but I honestly didn't even mind it, tahini is very watery, wishing the sauce was thicker so the wrap didn't get soggy but overall it was good! I've been there a couple of times and I've gotten their falafel and yellow rice with Jerusalem Salad totally delicious. I went again yesterday and I got more falafel the yellow rice, Jerusalem salad and I also got their lentil soup. They only have one size I wish they had larger. I don't know if the fillet mignon halal cuts of perfection or the master chefs and butchers who have truly created the best food of its kind I've ever had ! The Kumar's Dough is simply one of the best deserts in the world and the Baklava is game changing ! Mohammad, Aya, and Momen are incredible and make appropriate recommendations! You have several different companies to choose from when ordering as you can't really order from the website since it's down or nonexistent. My first time ordering here was not a good experience. On a Wednesday for lunch, I tried placing a Chicken Shwarma order which was canceled since they ran out of Chicken. I can honestly say that has never happened to me in my life when ordering from a Mediterranean restaurant. Who runs out of Chicken at a Mediterranean restaurant? I called the restaurant to place an order after my online order was canceled. I went with the $15 combo for a Gyro pita, seasoned fries, and a can of pop. It was good, but for $15 I would have expected a little more. I want to like this place but they really didn't do anything to deserve my time and money. I should have ordered from the pizza place next door! I mean, you ran out of Chicken Shwarma on a Wednesday? Isn't that one of the staples that Mediterranean restaurants would advertise? If ordering from here, I would recommend just ordering sides. It's expensive as they charge you for everything, including sauces. The only thing they didn't charge me for was the ketchup packets at the counter. I'm sure this cost was already included in the markup of the food. Since this is in Burr Ridge, there probably is a $5 BR markup fee for every combo meal! The cost here is double the cost of a meal at other similar restaurants such as Pita Zone, Fill-a-Pita, and Covo. Unless you don't care about the markup, order from here and I recommend sticking to the selections in the Sides portion of the menu. read more

This restaurant is probably the serves the best mediterranean food that I have ever had in my life. The bowls/salads are delicious and customizable and I love how large of a serving they give. If your a poc don't bother picking up Uber eats or door dash orders. They just ignore you and service their own kind which isn't the a problem to me. But the restaurant should be the one cancelling the order and explaining to the customers why they wouldn't give it to the driver. read more

I ordered a Mixed Grill and the 4 Lamb Chop meals for my husband and I. I must say, both meals were excellent. The Kefta Kabob tasted as good as my husband's Lebanese Aunt's were and she made excellent ones. The chicken was moist and the Beef tender. All tasted great and done perfectly. My husband said the Lamb Chops were succulent and tender with a smooth taste. Both rices were very tasty. The hummus was nice and creamy and the baba ganooj was delicious as well.
