Just such a great overall experience. My first visit here. The place is roomy, clean, with great attentiveness to the customers. The food was excellent and the price was superb. Serving you warm fresh Persian bread with a few extra treats (yogurt, feta cheese, pickles). I enjoyed myself and could hardly eat half of serving. I had the Koobideh Kabob and Chicken (joojeh) kabob combo with a half and half white and dill green rice. Well done to all behind the scenes. I will be back soon.

Huge, gigantic parking lot!! Plenty of air conditioning!! Food was prepared so deliciously, i licked the spoon! So very convenient for us as south siders! Simply decorated! Volume of the music was ideal! Katarina, our waitress was really kind, patient & respectful! They have a DJ station. Fresh desserts. My beverage was a Calypso lemonade in bottle. Spacious ladies washroom has 4 stalls.

Tried their Dolmeh for appetizer and koubideh and Joujeh combination! The food was amazing and huge portion size. Like one entree can easily feed two people. A lot of seating. Great service. Nice ambience. Definitely recommend this place.

We decided to call us Sex and City to make our 3 days in Chicago more fun!!! We had a great experience! Our server, Saif, was incredibly kind and helpful. We're four friends who decided to visit Chicago, and this delicious Iranian food truly made our trip complete

Went in on a Friday night for some delicious Iranian food in Hickory Hills. We didn't need a reservation and there was plenty of seating and it was well lit. We ordered and enjoyed the onion and pickle plate, along with the yogurt sauce. While we waited for our food, we ordered and ate the lentil soup which was heart and very plentiful. I ordered the chicken and rib eye combo with dill rice. Every entree is served on what looks like a silver tray. I had two kabobs and lots of rice, topped with a piece of Irani Pita. The meat was cooked wonderfully and was delicious. I enjoyed the rice, it settled my craving for Persian food. I normally don't drink pop with my meal, but enjoyed a can of Salaam Cola. Overall the service was good and the food was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and continue to to enjoy dinner here.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner. As my wife is Persian and I love Persian food, we were eager to eat! While we have dined at Noon O Kabob in Chicago, this was our first time dining at this location. We found the service to be just okay. While the staff was attentive, we felt that our waitress was bothered by our visit and only wanted to take our order to get it over with. I would say that the restaurant is missing out by not having its staff engage with the customer. Ask us what brought us in, what we like and don't like, and give suggestions. Make the experience memorable. The dining room's ambience is typical Persian: rugs on the walls, teapots, large brass platters, etc. The food was decent. My wife's chicken kabobs were excellent--moist and flavorful. My lamb kabob was also good--a bit more greasy than I like, but that's lamb. The hummus was good, and the bread was fantastic. The baklava was odd, like nothing we've ever eaten before. We will skip dessert when we visit next. In closing, we enjoyed our food. We just wish the staff had been warmer and more inviting.

Went there for the very first time last night. This is a Persian restaurant with middle eastern cuisine influence. It's a standalone building with plenty of parking. We ordered multiple different types of kababs. They were served with dill rice and brown rice. Kababs were tender and juicy and tasted excellent. I would highly recommend their Koubideh Combo and Joujeh. One of the better quality food I had. Service was excellent. Staff was attentive and took good care of us. My compliments to Katarina and Suroor. My only recommendation for the ownership is to have extended hours on the weekend. Closing at 10PM on Friday night made us feel bit rushed. Overall an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

Good food and easy parking. I appreciated the menu but it tasted a bit different than the north side noon o kebab. I would visit again!

Please know that if you pay with card you pay extra fee, which I didn't know. This is a pretty big portion so I did have leftovers. For one of our lunches we upgraded to the dill rice which wasn't as different from regular rice as I wanted. But when you add sumac it's perfect! This place is bright and airy.

When you walk in, you are brought to the dining room to your table but are instructed to order at the counter. The space is big with tons of tables. Vegetarian sampler: We got this to share. Comes with hummus, tahini sauce, falafel x2, persian salad, baba ghanoush, and dolma. Something nice to sample for the table. Everything tasted great. The falafel could've been more crispy. The platter also comes with a basket of pita bread! Combo mix grill #1: For my entree I got the mixed grill and chose both beef and lamb koubideh as my proteins. I really couldn't tell which meat was which since the meat is ground but both were super delicious otherwise. Great flavor. Got the half & half rice (basmati/dill) which is a great choice and I highly recommend. The platter also comes with red onion, a whole roasted tomato, and some butter. If you've been here before, you already know the portion sizes here are massive!!! So great for sharing!

Also, for your reference, 5/10 is average to me. Service: Upon arriving, they took our coats which I liked! The hostesses were both very amiable, making small talk before seating us. In between courses, they cleaned the table and provided us with new utensils. Also, the server would explain the dish which is always a nice refresher of what unique combinations of ingredients were used to prepare your dish. Overall: 9/10. Ambiance: I liked the decorations & especially liked the dishes the food was presented on. There is only one dining room, so it felt a bit more intimate since you can usually spot your server in the room attending other guests, waiting to serve others, or assumedly in the kitchen. The one bad thing I will say is that the bathroom door lock is tricky- it's a small button that didn't make a sound when it clicked so the whole time I was using the restroom I was paranoid that someone was going to walk in on me. Overall: 5/10. Food: Kashk-e Bademjan (roasted eggplant dip): Out of the two appetizers offered this was the more flavorful choice. The eggplant was roasted to a smoky flavor, which I loved, and was also contrasted by the cool yogurt dressing. The texture was somewhat chunky. 7/10 Zeytoon Parvardeh (olive tapenade): The olive tapenade was great; flavorful and salty. The aesthetics of the dish were also pretty, but I think this stands in the shadow of the Kashk-e Bademjan. 6/10 Salad-E Shirazi (cucumber salad): I loved the presentation of this dish. They drizzle on the dressing in front of you, which I think really highlights how fresh this dish tasted. The aesthetics alongside with the taste was very bright and refreshing. 8/10 Ash-E Anar (split pea soup): This one really floored us. The umami of the dish was amazing; very earthy and savory and cut by the sweetness of the pomegranate. If I could have a whole pot of this, I would. 10/10 Ozonboron (sturgeon): I loved the aesthetics of this dish with the browned butter saffron cream being contrasted by splashes of green. The flavor of the cream was so delicious and subtly fragrant. The potato croissant was delicious but I barely tasted the impact of the caviar on the croissant, so a little bit more caviar could've sufficed. I will say that I thought the fish was missing a little bit of salt to enhance the flavors (which was supported by my partner too). 7/10. Shishlik (lamb chops): This tasted AMAZING! Grilled to a subtle char on the outside and incredibly juicy and tender on the inside. The pistachio herb sauce reminded me a bit of chimichurri enhancing the smoky flavor of the meat. The rice was nicely flavored too but the star of the show was definitely the lamb chops. 10/10. Tiramisu Zafaran Va Pesteh: I love tiramisu, but this one unfortunately missed the mark. Felt intensely sweet due to the syrup the ladyfingers were soaked in. I would've loved to see the sweetness cut with something bitter or rich, but it was overwhelmingly sweet for my taste. I liked the presentation and the flavor was unique. 4/10. Overall: 8.7/10. I really liked the aesthetics of the dishes and the flavors presented. Service was phenomenal. I would definitely come back here.

3 Chefs Persian Cuisine was a pretty mixed experience for us…read more The restaurant itself is more fast-casual than traditional sit-down Persian dining; think somewhere between a Panera and Chipotle in terms of setup and atmosphere. It was clean enough and perfectly fine for a casual meal, but definitely not somewhere I'd go expecting an upscale experience. We ordered the koobideh and shish combo with basmati rice. The meat was decent overall, though not especially tender. The koobideh leaned a little dry, while the shish had better flavor, but neither really stood out compared with some of the better Persian food I've had. The rice was another weak point for me; it wasn't quite as light and fluffy as I like, didn't seem buttered, and definitely could've used more salt. Our food also took about 30 minutes to come out. There was a large group of roughly 10 people ahead of us, so I'm sure that contributed, but it was still a pretty long wait for what feels like a fast-casual concept. Service was another middle-of-the-road part of the experience. The woman at the counter wasn't rude, but she wasn't particularly warm or welcoming either. I was also a little confused by the menu advertising that they can make essentially any Persian dish. I asked about ghormeh sabzi and was told they didn't have it that day, then asked about dill rice after seeing photos of it online and was told they only had white basmati available. One other thing worth noting: our receipt included a 5% transaction service fee, which added a few extra dollars to the bill. Overall, there were no deal-breakers, but there also wasn't much that really wowed me. The food was decent, portions were fair, and I'd come back if I happened to be in the area and was craving Persian food. But as a destination? There are definitely stronger options. Solid 3/5 for me. Not bad, just not particularly memorable.

I chose the Chicken Koobideh which was so juicy, I was shocked! I've had good Koobideh, but never this juicy and tender! Strong flavor, and hint of saffron, a true delight. I also ordered the Ghormeh Sabji - which is a soya (dill) based green stew with meat and beans, and when it first comes to the table, you're thinking this looks and smells like henna paste, but the taste is so beautifully complex - savory, bitter, buttery, and pure deliciousness in every bite!!!!! A must try for something different. Husband ordered the lamb shank, and it was tender and fall off the bone! The meat was soft and unctuous. It was served with this roasted garlic bulb that was roasted to perfection, taking the harshness of the garlic away and replacing it with a soft, buttery, jammy garlicky goodness that is to DIE for!!!! Lastly, my mom got the lamb and beef Koobideh and said it was soft and juicy as well. After food, we had their tea and it is absolute perfection. I take mine sweetened, but even unsweetened my mother found it perfect! Lastly, don't sleep on the DOOGH! That's that fermented yogurt drink that is tart, salty, and super refreshing! I almost didn't even wanna tell yall about it, but I reminded myself that gatekeeping is a cardinal sin! And finally, the ambiance and the service is AMAZING. So gracious, so soft spoken, so generous and just kind to boot. The food is delicious but I'd come back just to see these smiling faces!!!
