It's a pretty standard chipotle. The food tastes like chipotle food, and is reasonably refreshed. The tables aren't wiped down frequently, but they aren't the worst I've ever seen. It's clean enough and for what it is, does the job. Prices at chipotle are going up though, making the mediocrity of the service and cleanliness of tables less and less acceptable as prices increase. read more

Beware this place getting way to salty we could barely eat food. Service good. Ambiance the same as all of them. Going to keep away from this high blood pressure place until they stop salting so much! read more

i waited for 15-20 minutes for my order while their was only one person in front of me. we were waiting for the staff to finally notice we were there, and when they did only one worker took each individual order and register, while there were workers in the back on there phone. The one worker who was taking our orders was working so slowly. terrible service. on top of all that, my chips were stale and i had to return them, just for the other bag to be stale as well. the bathrooms were also disgusting, with hair on the floor and it reeked. please do better chipotle. read more

This place is seriously unclean. Nothing g has been cleaned Food counter is filthy. Tables not cleaned or wiped. Can only assume the food prep area is the same. People will get sick!! Not coming back here anytime soon. read more

I got the protein chicken taco and the cup!!! The taco was very filling and well worth the $3 as was the chicken bowl. If you're trying to loose weight I highly recommend it. The chicken was so tender and flavorful on the taco and in the cup...the taco was so big that the food kept falling out. read more

Rude staff, dirty facilities. Far and away the wettest chipotle bowl around. If you're into that, check this place out.

I went there at 635pm on a Friday. When I finally made to order at 0645 pm I was told they were out of white rice for the night. That's poor management. No plans on making more white rice and there was a long line behind me. How can you run out so early. ? It's sad to see this. read more

Highly recommend management changes at this location or the staff preparing and packing the food. The online order of food that gets delivered from this specific location is terrible every time. They never fill the bowl. I've tried adding "fill my bowl please" to the name of the order and they still barely fill half of the bowl. Their guac is never consistent, their tomato's in their mild salsa are 1) cut poorly with many tomato butts and 2) never seem fresh, nor taste fresh, always yellow. I order lunch from Chipotle while I am at work as I can't leave to pick it up myself from the best location (Westmont, Ogden Ave) so I DoorDash it and instead of the orders coming from Westmont location, they've started coming from Willowbrook. I've resulted to ordering TWO bowls from this place to make up for one. With the location of this Chipotle and amount of people who go there and order from there, you guys could and should do way better. Sometimes a lunch can make or break someone's day. Little goes a long way. The pictures I added my specific order was -extra white rice -pinto beans -light cheese -extra sour cream -light lettuce This is how my bowls show up from this location, every time. Really sux!! read more

I'd give this Chipotle zero stars if I could. The food quality is absolutely terrible and continues to get worse. The operators don't seem to have any idea what they're doing. This location should close and start over. Big Chipotle fan, but when you raise prices and the food quality exponentially goes down, I'll take my spend elsewhere. read more

I can't defend this place anymore. Staff clearly hate their lives and us. Everything I was given was a half portion and I'm not dealing with this shit anymore. Waste of money and time. I truly hope this place gets shut down and fined. read more

Bowl super delicious! But as a guy on the bigger side,i was unhappy when i asked for a bag of baby chips and the employee in front of me asked if i wanted 9 bags instead!!! Williwbrook:carry out - order taker could have cared less about taking my order he barely opened his mouth when speaking. Steak full of grissle. When corn placed on burrito it comes with tooo much juice they need to drain the corn. The burrito gets soaked it was grotesque. read more

Two stars for a reason - portions are terrible, cheapest thing is the rice and you barely get any. Opened my chips when I got home and they were so stale and chewy. Bring back 2006 chipotle read more

I've recently and unfortunately discovered that the Chipotle I once loved has become a terrifying place, I was at the Skokie location recently, and the manager threatened me with a gun sign. When I reached out to Brandon from corporate customer service, he never responded to me. After weeks later, I had a Chipotle craving and decided to go to this different spot, although Brandon never cleared me to revisit Chipotle. This location was quite inadequate, in many ways. I'd love to professionally discuss, but it's clear Chipotle is not responsive to dialogue with their customer base. read more

I ordered a burrrito bowl through Uber eats and to my shock when I opened it there is so little rice that it's hard to even see it with moving all of the food around to get to the bottom, the chicken is cold to the touch and it was only delivered 3 minutes ago and almost immediately after the order was placed. This isint the first bad experience I've had here either mutiple occasions walking into the restaurant to order in person I have been met with rude customer service teenagers running the line but texting snd messing with there freinds on cook stations and also dealing with the same horrible portions. I've never had to ask for more rice in any chipotle but it seems to a staple here. 10/10 would not recommend and whoever manages this place should be fired. No scott I cannot because your website sucks almost as bad as this location unfortunately and I cannot access it read more

Chipotles good, employees are all fucking idiots. I mean how hard is it to roll a fucking burrito so it doesn't unravel. If you hate your job then quit your job at chipotle and go somewhere else. My burrito is now all fucked up and unraveled. People pay money for this shit, give them what the fuck they want. read more

One of the worst chipotles I've ever been to everybody has an attitude to begin with, and then I went to try their new chimichurri, and they said that they don't have it while ordering my food. There was no black beans. I asked when they would have more black beans they said I would have to wait 15 minutes and then they informed me that they have no shredded cheese And they don't have any in the back so I don't even know how this place is still running absolutely terrible experience and chipotle should look into a place that literally has less than three stars read more

The worst portions in the area hands down. If it weren't for convenience i would never go to this location.

LADY BUG IN MY GUAC i walked into that chipotle starving for a delicious chipotle bowl. to my surprise the worker was incompetent; he put barely a handful of rice, unequal amount of meat, and drowned it in 2 WHOLE SPOONS OF SOURCREAM. what a tragedy :( but wait there's more... i go home disappointed and open to bowl to eat. halfway through the bowl i discovered a RED SPOTTED INSECT IN MY GUACAMOLE buried upside down i was APPALLED this is unacceptable #chipotledobetter read more

Everyone who was working there today looked like they hated their lives. I got 3 burrito bowls and all 3 barely had any chicken- like maybe half a spoonful. Nothing has any flavor- bland salsa, bland rice, super leafy lettuce. Definitely going to rethink going back there. I'd rather drive further to a different one. read more

Kitchen super dirty and they literally put one table spoon of meat on a burrito I'm like WTF so they put one more table spoon lol

I used to work at Chipotle when I was in college & I ended up being there for almost 2 years, at 2 different locations. I feel like a lot of times, people who work at fast food places don't ever like going to eat there again once they've worked there, but I can only say good things about Chipotle, AND their food is still the bomb.com! It's very flavorful & the combinations are endless. Chipotle has my heart! read more

It's a Chipotle...most things are consistent right. This location was exceptionally tiny. There wasn't many seats and all are by the door so I kept getting frigid air coming at me. They do have an outdoor seating area so for some months you have that option. I ordered a burrito bowl. It was ok. The veggies were kind of soggy and when I got toward the bottom I realized there was a layer of grease from the barbacoa and I couldn't finish it. read more

The service was terrible! *Save your money or go to McDonald's bcuz this is not worth it!!! I had to eat just the little meat they gave on the taco!! I'm sad to write this review but I must, I have had a lot of bad experiences with Chipotle's all over the US. For some strange reason something about Chipotle, just doesn't agree with me, with that being said, this particular Chipotle was the only one I trusted and I was ok with that. Recently I've noticed things have changed at this location, I don't know if management changed or not but I'm noticing things aren't as clean as they use to be. The prep area where they make the food in front of you, use to be a lot cleaner than it is now. Me being a germaphobe, I've recently noticed they don't wipe or clean the area where they 'drag' your food to the next slot, to add different items. For example, they add beans then drag it down the line to the meat, lately that area hasn't been cleaned behind each order. That could be why I recently had a really bad experience here and probably will never return because I can't stand to continuously get sick after eating. I ordered a veggie burrito with guacamole for the 1st time ever. I usually get a sofritas burrito but I was bored with those and chose to do a veggie since it included free guacamole. That turned out being a bad idea, immediately after the first few bites, I felt naseous. I didn't even eat the whole burrito and had to leave the Restaraunt because I felt myself getting more and more naseous. You can imagine what happened once I got outside. At that moment I decided I won't ever be able to eat Chipotle again. I went back in to speak to the manager to let him know what happen, he was very sweet and apologetic and issued me a refund. I really hope whatever the issue is with Chipotle gets corrected because this issue happens too often. I would feel bad giving them 2 stars because they always treat me good here, the service is always good, so I'll keep it at 3 stars for the service but something needs to be done about the food and the cleanliness here and at all Chipotle's. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - ( expensive ) cup of queso - Mexican Near Me - Willowbrook, Illinois

This staff is so rude, is always cleaning up early. Like an hour early. They ignore you and make you feel like an inconvenience for eating there. Burritos are wrapped horribly, they are out of many ingredients half an hour before they close. Brooms and other cleaning supplies are all over food services which is disgusting. Staff is extremely unprofessional, last time we were there two staff members were verbally fighting right in front of us and not completing the order even though we just wanted to pay and get out of there. Here are some pictures of what it looked like tonight when we were ordering at 9:30 PM when the store closes at 10 PM...... this is the worst chipotle I've ever been to by far and is consistently terrible. Wow. read more

Food portions are getting EXTREMELY small at this location. Asked for double Black Beans because I wasn't getting Pinto Beans...no problem, got two WHOLE spoons. However, when I requested Chicken, the server scoops up a HALF spoon of meat. I asked him for a HALF spoon more of chicken. He says that if he gives me more, he'd have to charge me xtra, ...go figure that one out! I'll reroute my business back to the Oakbrook/Lombard location. I tried to give the Willowbrook location another chance (since I was in the area) but the staff has proven AGAIN to consistently dupe customers out of fair portions. read more

I placed an order online for pickup. I always either get the vegetable or veat (they call it something else that starts with an S but I cannot remember the name right now). I get that on top of brown rice, and it's delicious. The only problem is that these guys are so good, they got my order up for pickup. I went to get it. It was there like I ordered. BUT I got there like 30 minutes later than when I said I was going to be there. It was still warm, and still great. Love these guys read more

Ugggghhhh Chipotle. Definitely a love hate relationship. I was craving it after I saw an ad and I love chipotle. However I ordered online and I open up my bowl and it was maybe halfway full. Very bad customer service at this location, and I am now seeing more reviews with similar issues. Anthony was the cashier when I was there at about 11:15 today and he was VERY rude and irritable. He snapped at me because I was trying to find the list of meats on the menu board so I could tell Anthony the name of the meat that I got in my bowl. I had just chosen whatever the other employee had pointed at because I was tired and it looked good to me. I guess I was not quick enough for Anthony even though I had told him I just picked whatever his coworker had named off and I couldn't hear here because it was so loud. Don't they normally mark the top of the bowls with anything the cashier needs to know for pricing before they push customers down the line? They do not do that at this location and they will get angry at you if you hold them back for even a couple of seconds! read more

This is by far the worst chipotle in the area. The staff is rude and always forgets our queso and then requests proof as if we didn't just look them in the eye and order it... if we order online our food is carelessly thrown together.. and multiple times a week they have no cheese. Take your money and drive a few miles to the westmont location. You won't regret it. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was TERRIBLE and NONE of the tables were clean. A guy (I think he's the manager) was working the checkout charged us for 3 drinks when we only asked for 2, he said that our credit card can't tap because "there's them, and there's us" he claimed. There were no napkins to wipe the filthy tables that were covered in disgustingness, so my grandpa had to go to the car and get some. I'm sorry, there actually was one napkin - it was wet and in the small and dirty bin where about all of the six forks were. The amount of sour cream that these poor teenage workers put on my burrito was way too much! I wanted a lemonade, to wash my mouth out, and to put in one of the 3 cups he gave me. In the fountain drink machine, there was no syrup to turn the water in the machine into lemonade. It was a cup of flat water!! The line for pickup was longer than the wait to get on a ride at Disney land. I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN!!! read more

This by far so the worst chipotle location to go to. They're very stingy with everything. The chips either taste like burnt rubber and even smell like it or it's super salty stale or over cooked. Every time I added queso to the bowl they never put it on so I pretty much paid extra for nothing. Not even worth going back to them and complaining or even kindly asking for them to replace and give me more than a half scope of meat. Employees are terrible. They over stuff the bowl with rice and no meat what is this! And also the store is super dirty they do not clean anything. Never going back! read more

I Visited This Location today 07/09/2023 & let me tell you SAVE YOUR MONEY THE MEAT BURNT, Rice is old and cold i ordered a bowl and that was the worst one ever ....I tried calling and no answer I guess I just got scammed out of 20 bucks this place sucks ! the service was terrible read more

Taco shells are stale, hard...nothing like the chips. They put so much sour cream on my tacos and barely any chicken. Called and talked to mark the manager and he offered to make them himself but that means i have to drive all the way up there again when all they had to do is make them right to begin with. Young teens working there not listening to me when I say a little sour cream and more meat please. Also, the quesadilla was so cooked that it wouldn't even come off the foil. Seriously, I stopped going there a while ago cuz of the customer service...now i will never be back read more
