Picked up food for our team of 10's work lunch and everyone loved it. Everything was hot and ready. The chicken pesto is chefs kiss, the Alfredo and eggplant parmesan was also amazing. This is not a sit in restaurant, but very friendly staff.

This was my second time coming here. Food is always good and is authentic. It's small inside so there is limited seating. Mostly a take out place. Prices are typical. Employees were nice. Portions are generous. I read reviews about the pizza, frankly if I wanted pizza I would just go to a pizza place. This restaurant, however, I usually order pasta. Pollo alla marsala 5/5 - very tasty. Chicken is tender. Sauce goes nice with bread. Alfredo with sausage 5/5 - Sauce is very creamy. Noodles are not chewy. Sausage is flavorful. Nice blend of spices. Garlic bread 2/5 - it was ok. I prefer garlic bread to be softer. This one was more chewy and crust was a little tougher. Tiramisu 5/5 - not too sweet. The first bite will tell you how delicious it is. I wished I had more. Fried dough 4/5. These are free after you spend $25. There's a coupon in the takeout menus but you just have to tell them. Items I've tried the first time. Bolognese 5/5 Linguine allo scoglio 5/5 Arancine 5/5

This is the second time we tried this place. We got the garlic bread, pollo alla marsala, alfredo with sausage, and tiramisu. I really like the alfredo with fettuccine. The sauce was delicious and creamy. The tiramisu was not too sweet. The chicken in the pollo alla marsala was very tender. There is a pamphlet by the basket with the menu and if you order more than $25, they would give you a free order of fried dough. The fried dough was very good because they put some sugar on top. It is like a fried doughnut but a chewy version of it. The wait for the takeout was around 15 minutes. The place is small so it is mainly for takeout with a drive-thru. The staff are very friendly and nice. I would recommend this place to try.

Mostly a drive through with 6 chairs to eat inside and you're really close to other clients and kitchen, so probably best to just pick it up to go. Lots of options of pizza, pasta and paninis. Service is friendly and prompt. My Italian sausage panini was yummy and very filling. It had cooked rapini with the sausage which was a bit tricky to chew, but yummy. My boyfriend liked his chicken pesto panini, but would have preferred the tomatoes and mozerella warmed on it. Good food, but don't recommend eating inside because seating is very limited.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Chicago! The food is fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The Staff are great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Chicago! Thank you to this beautiful family that provides Chicago with the BEST authentic cuisine!

Thin, square-cut, and baked well-done, the pie showcases a crisp, structurally sound crust with just enough char to add bitterness and depth without overpowering the bite. The pepperoni is assertive and well-distributed, releasing savory oils that mingle with a bright, balanced tomato sauce and evenly browned cheese. Each slice holds its integrity--no flop, no excess grease--allowing the quality of the ingredients to remain front and center. The restraint here is intentional; nothing feels overworked or gratuitous. Kim's Uncle keeps the operation deliberately narrow: one pizza size, phone-in ordering only, and a clear commitment to execution over expansion. The result is a confident, old-school tavern pie that respects tradition while delivering precision. For those who appreciate classic Chicago pizza done thoughtfully and without compromise, this is essential. 9/10.

There's plenty of parking in the lot just north of the restaurant, and when I stepped out of my car and into the chilly January air, it was like a religious experience - the smell, THAT GOOD SMELL, the smell you smell when you know you're about to have some truly tremendous pizza. Inside is little more than a counter, a couple of booths, and a stool to sit on and wait, and it couldn't be any more charming. The pizza box stole my heart too, not your average boot of Italy here. I don't know that I would do the hot soppressata over regular pepperoni (could just be that I don't like it as much, but I wanted to try), otherwise this was delicious. Lovely, crispy, caramelized edges, just divine.

The sauce is overly sweet, the crust is mediocre, and the meat quality/flavor is noticeably different from what you'd expect at a traditional pizza place. They also do not serve alcohol, which is their choice, but it makes the atmosphere feel even more limited for what should be one of the premier outdoor dining locations in downtown Clarendon Hills.p What makes it more disappointing is the location itself. There are very few units that can have outdoor seating (as epitomized by the Prospect Tavern that fell through because they couldn't even get three parking spaces for outdoor seating approved), and this spot has some of the best outdoor seating in town, yet it's usually nearly empty while neighboring restaurants are packed. It feels like a missed opportunity for the area. If only we could have gotten something like Parlor Pizza here instead!

We are so glad we did! Because the cheese was perfectly gooey without being overwhelming paired with a delicious tomato sauce atop a complimentary crust with just the right amount of give to it. This may be the only thin crust pizza I would continue to get. The pan pizza was basically just the thin crust pizza with a lip on the perimeter and more cheese. This pizza was not nearly as good as the thin crust because if I'm going to eat a non-thin crust pizza, I want a more doughy crust and this just did not deliver. There was also too much cheese and it wasn't charred the same way the thin crust was. The inside is quaint with hats from all over everywhere. Service is also very kind and as quick as they can be with how busy it is.
