My daughter and I love broasted chicken and have found that this is the best most awesome broasted chicken dinners, especially that offers delivery. Not many places offer broasted chicken so don't look any further. Also, I would order extra potatoes because these are out of this world and heat up beautifully in my air fryer. Three stars due to credit card surcharge. We live near this Dileo's and my spouse often orders and asks me to pick up for her. I was not aware (nor are there any signs, nor was it mentioned when she phoned in the order) that this location adds a 3.65% surcharge to all credit card orders. They attempt to conceal it on the receipt by calling it "NON CASH ADJUSTMENT #001". On this day I had them reverse the surcharge and I paid cash but are they really afraid to lose customers if they are transparent about the credit card surcharge? Or maybe customers like me who discover they have been paying the surcharge for the last however many years won't return? They didn't seem to this this is a problem. They claim to be a family business yet they are never thankful when I pick up their product. read more

A few good things about this place are how it's affordable and fast. DiLeo's is a long time favorite around here. It's one of the fewer locally owned Italian restaurants. Has a very easy to understand menu. The basic stuff like pizza and spaghetti. Came in recently for carryout. If only getting something for a couple people, a pizza may be too much. The alternative is getting spaghetti. It's $9 for the basic. There's increasing charges for adding meats. It's a pretty decent amount in a bowl. The sauce was pretty good and thick. Noodles could have cooked more. Of course that's why it came out quick. Even so, it wasn't too bad. The sauce was the best part. For sure I could come back. If around here. This may not be special enough to make a trip for but it's good if you happen to be close though. read more

So I came back here and ordered the Chicken Limone again. Can you look @ the pic provided and can you tell me what that is??? Is it cream of chicken??? I don't see any lemons!!! Cheesiest, priced, tastiest.....oh my. I took my GF here on a Friday night with every intention in the world to do a Yelp review. We enjoy trying small pizzerias & reviewing them. This one is awesome. When we walked in we were greeted by the man behind the desk (I think his name is Anthony) who took the time to walk us through the menu. From the broasted chicken, to tacos, to hot dogs, all the way to sweets.......we ordered mozz stix, chopped salad, sausage pizza, & chocolate cake. FAIRLY PRICED MODERATELY PRICED. The mozz stix were chewy & hot. The chopped salad was blasting with flavors, the pizza oh my goshhhhh the pizza! Perfectly cooked gooey, hot, tasty, oh my gosh the pizza. And then on top of this....their chocolate cake. It was truly amazing. The restaurant was clean, the tv had a cool movie on, & as we were eating we noticed the staff knew almost everyone's first name when they walked in...talk about customer service holy cow! Came in for the first time today. The Italian Beef was fire! Lots of meat and a side of its own juice, as well as a huge portion of fries. The fries were crispy and delicious. I rarely give one-star reviews, but the food from here was so disappointing, I am compelled to share with fellow Yelpers to warn them away so they can save money! This review is based on a recent grubhub order (fall 2020). None of the food was good- I got pizza, pasta, and chocolate cake. I ordered a margarita pizza, expecting thin crust Neopolitan style, and it was THE WORST margarita pizza I've ever had. The crust was dense, bland bread, that wasn't even baked all the way: a far cry from chewy, crispy, bubbled pizza crust of a traditional margarita pizza. Also, the cheese and sauce were horrendous. The sauce tasted like it came out of a chef borade can, and the mozzarella cheese was lower quality than a string cheese stick you can get from the grocery. The chicken-broccoli-Alfredo was equally awful. Extremely bland. The broccoli was very crunchy and hardly cooked, and the chicken was plain boiled chicken. To complete my Grubhub order, I also ordered a chocolate cake (okay-ish) and tiramisu, but I guess they were out of tiramisu and they just send me two chocolate cakes in my order. Ordered delivery from DiLeo's through Uber eats. It is always a crap shoot with pizza and delivery when you are unfamiliar with an area. I have to say the food was wonderful. The Margherita Pizza (a go to for me and everyone makes it different it seems) was super fresh and really delicious. I ordered the fried cauliflower out of curiosity and it was very good. Finally, I could not resist ordering cannoli for dessert... it was SO good. I would say you can't go wrong with this pizza joint -- their menu had some great variety, so when I am back in the area I will definitely order from them again. read more

This is the second time I have been to Dileos and was disappointed. There is nothing great about the food. Dileos menu is set up so that when you order just a sandwhich. No fries, Cole slaw, salad and anything else that you dont want you will still pay for it. This is their way of digging deeper into your wallet all the time wether you like it or not but they dont tell you that. I wont be back. read more

So we have been getting food from Dileo's for over 20 years. The quality and price value are still excellent. Unfortunately, the owner seems to be under a great deal of stress. He is often shouting profanity at his family/employees. When I pointed out to him, that we the customers didn't want to hear that bad language, he sort of apologized, but then proceeded to go off on me, including additional bad language. Frank, you need to remember that without customers, you have no business. No matter what stress you our under, you have to remain professional within earshot of those that purchase your product. Maybe it's time to give up the business, as this no longer suits you. read more

Phenomenal! I found this gem on Yelp while searching for a place that caters around the Hillside area. When I made the call over the phone, I had their menu on their website up in front of me for reference & asked to speak to someone about placing a catering order. I spoke to Connor & he assisted me along the way. I told him up front I was looking to feed around 40 ppl, but was on a budget, I was needing to spend around $5 to $6/pp. He offered a half order of something I forgot it was called, but it came with 40 pc broasted chicken, half tray of baked mostacolli, & garlic bread. That would feed around 20, so I opted to get 2 orders of those & it ordered a salad to go with it as another side option. The total came out to around $223! To feed 40! He worked with me within my budget & every one loved the food! It was packed up very nice & easy to set up, they also had utensils for me as well. The whole team was impressed & kept asking me where I ordered it from. My administrator also asked to get a catering menu because she is considering ordering it for our team as well. Family owned. BIG menu. We enjoy their beef sandwich. We used them for a catering party. They came and set up-- even sent over a few free pizzas-- which in hindsight was what everyone really ate up! Seriously, this was probably the cheesiest thin crust I've ever had. It felt like I was just shoving rich, salty cheese into my gullet which quickly overpowered the measly sausage also on the pizza. The reason for the three stars for me was that the sauce didn't taste very saucy to me. It reminded me of tomato paste because it was a little sour/bitter. The thin crust thickness was about the size of a triscuit and only existed as a platform for the crazy amount of cheese on top. I can only imagine what their stuffed pizza is like. read more
