Asked for a half sausage and easy jalepeno pizza and other half just cheese. Received an overcooked, soggy middle, right half sausage and left half jalepeno/ some mixed? No just cheese pieces unfortunately. The jalepeno was under the cheese so had to pick it apart to find that out when my son realized it was not the plain cheese side he was hoping and extremely sensitive to jalepeno. I called to inform them of the order error just to let them know, and they passed the phone over to the manager who then stated matter of factly that she spoke to me on the phone and even went as far as to read the order back to me during our "conversation" and blaming me at that point. I then informed her I spoke to no one previously until now, placed the order online through their website and have it written out clearly in my e-mail confirmation. She offered to make me a new pizza, which was very kind but then said she would have to charge me for it and it would take over an hour. She later offered to deliver one complimentary but that was not her first offer which made it uncomfortable.
