This place is the definitional "neighborhood gem." The menu is not easy to interpret, because there are specials and items in the display cooler that aren't on the menu. So when you order, make sure to consider what's in the coolers in front of you + what's on the menu. Looks are deceiving. The furniture, silverware, and cups and plates look like they're from the 1980s. The salad bar looks pretty unappetizing as it's weigh by the pound and various bowls of cold salad recessed against ice chips, think Sizzler when you were growing up. But the quality of the food was amazing. I love that they have fresh made egg pasta and a variety of sauces to choose from. And the lobster ravioli they were serving was absolutely delicious. I think my favorite thing was the ravioli, but I asked for it with the Alfredo sauce, which was made with cream and sherry. Pretty unforgettable sauce, and worth it. The crowd seemed on the older end - families and retired folks. The food was reasonably priced and the service was great - the staff was attentive and the gentleman who helped us clear the table and bring out a high chair for our little one earned the $20 we gave him. I'm sad to say we will be moving to Boston this week, but I'm hopeful that someone will read my review and consider coming here. Small town feel, fresh and high quality ingredients, reasonable prices, looks locally and family owned, nice ambiance and outdoor seating, and most importantly, solid food. Thanks Bernard!

What a local gem! I wasn't sure how I would feel about this place as it's in a strip mall, but decided to try the place out. The food was amazing. We had their oven fried chicken and it was so good. The chicken was not dried, but juicy and the breading was flavorful. They have fresh bread that were so amazing. Especially the focaccia bread, soooo good! The service was great, and the ambiance is cute. Can't wait to go back for the homemade pasta.

Their pasta and italian sausage is out of this world! I can call and walk over there for a delicious dinner with leftovers.

The food is very good , the owner has no personality and needs to work on not being a curmudgeon. Lost a customer today.

Maybe the bread wasn't fresh, the lunch meat tasted processed, or the quality just wasn't consistent. Tony & Tina's Deli is the first place that has truly become my go-to. I absolutely love their subs, especially the Brayden. I always order the large, and it's packed with so much fresh meat that I can give a generous portion of the turkey to my toddler as a snack and still have a full sandwich left for myself. That's saying something! Their potato salad is also outstanding. It tastes homemade, not like something scooped out of a mass-produced container. It's exactly the kind of potato salad you picture enjoying on a hot summer day. What really sets Tony & Tina's apart is the customer service. The owners genuinely care about their customers. I've only had one issue, and it wasn't even their fault. It was a delivery service problem. They personally responded and made sure everything was handled professionally and promptly. If you haven't been there yet, give them a try. Grab a sandwich, check out the desserts, and if you're feeling lucky, they even have gaming machines. If you're busy and work from home like I do, their app makes ordering incredibly easy. Tony & Tina's has earned a customer for life!

DELICIOUS sandwiches! We also discovered that they use a local bakery for FRESH BAKED "FANTASTIC" BREAD! But it did not stop there... Very delicious, generous portions, and fair pricing. We placed an order for a variety of 100 catered mini-sandwiches and Tony took special care to treat us right... THANKS Tony! It's a joy to visit a restaurant (Or any business) where the owners are personally Operating it and engaging with the guests... This place is a MUST VISIT!! Did I say, WOW, WOW, WOW?

I got the Italian sub, it came with mortadella, hot capicola, Genoa salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, and vinegar on Italian bread. First bite, I was like yes... this is it. The flavor just hits right, salty, tangy, and a little spicy from the capicola. Bread had that perfect chew, not too soft, not rock hard. Maybe could've been a little toastier but that's just me, but honestly, it was solid. We also got the Turkey Cobb. Roasted turkey, blue cheese, and applewood smoked bacon on thick sourdough with avocado. That one was so good. The blue cheese really stood out, packed a flavorful punch that tied it all together. Portions were generous too, I didn't even finish it all in one go. I'd definitely come back and try the other sandwiches.

The guy running the place looked young but was super friendly and seemed genuinely passionate about the deli. He told me they make their meats and soups in store. It was a cold day so I opted for a small size of each of their soils that day- chicken noodle, cream of chicken, and roasted stuffed peppers. Everyone in the family had a taste of each and we all had different favorites so I will conclude that regardless of what you get, you will enjoy it! My husband also had their chicken pesto panini while I split a ham and swim with my son. Good flavors and fresh ingredients. Also excellent proportions. We will definitely be back!

Definitely the kind of place that's easy to stop into when you're looking for something simple and unfussy. We ordered the Italian beef with hot giardiniera and a garden salad. The standout for me was actually the bread--it was fresh, soft, and really elevated the sandwich. The beef itself was decent, but it was drier than I expected and didn't have as much flavor as I was hoping for. Thankfully, the hot giardiniera added some much-needed moisture and spice, which helped bring the sandwich together. The garden salad was very basic--just lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes--but the Italian dressing was excellent and packed with flavor. Sometimes a great dressing is all a simple salad needs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would come back, but next time I'd probably skip the Italian beef and try one of their deli sandwiches instead. Based on what I've heard and seen, that seems to be where Berto's really shines.
