Veggie burger and sweet potato fries..
    Natasha S.

I've seen this place for years and kinda dismissed it for whatever reason. I was dragged into this place with my husband for lunch, but was glad he chose it. This is definitely a different dining experience hence the name, you walk in and do feel you're in the Amazon rain forest. I had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries and oh my was it delicious! It was made with quinoa and lentils, with avocado, alfalfa sprouts and mozzarella cheese. It was very filling. I also had the Coronita, yep just let it sounds a frozen margarita with a bottle of Corona in it. Delicious! Expect to fork out some $$$, you're at an amusement park resort area near a major city. Would I go here again?!? Probably would definitely enjoyed my experience.

If you've been to one, you've been to them all. These are definitely a chain, because every single one has looked exactly the same. That being said, the cafe in Chessy, France has some unique, refional items on the menu. I had Siva's Curry, which while not bad, it wasn't that good, either. It tasted like a thinner version of Korma, however the shrimp were generously sized and plentiful. The Mojo Ribs were the same as everywhere else, and the kids burgers had the dollop of bernaise that the French are so wild about slathering on their burgers. I was bummed to find out that they are not part of Landry's Select, so no priority seating or use of points, but they do give 10% off. Very middle of the road experience, if not a tad disappointing.

I was actually quite impressed with this Rainforest Cafe. Yes, it's pricey. It's the best experience we've had at one. We eat early for European standards so the place was not busy at all. We were sat right away. Greeted and orders taken. Server was nice and attentive. Food came out SO quick! We actually all liked the flavor of our food. I would bring my kid again they enjoyed all the animals and sounds.

Was in Disney with a group of 15 kids. We called into Rainforest cafe before arriving to ask if we could make a reservation, we where told no and told we would have to just come in. When we came in we were told that there was a 45 min wait as there was 18 of us. Despite advising the Maitre De that we would be happy to be split up and sit in 4's we where told that we would have to come back. Naturally we were annoyed as we could have been told 45 mins before when we came in to ask for a table. The attitude of the maitre de was really poor. After asking to speak to a manager we were seated! The service here was equally poor and the food was just alright. You an expect to pay a fortune for your family to eat here with a main course starting at €19 for a simple burger. We asked for the bills to be deprecated and told we couldn't (despite again advising that we were happy to sit in separate tables) WORST DISNEY EXPERIENCE YET!

Get the chocolate lava cake with the sparkler. Truly a legendary dessert. Best restaurant everrrrrr (okay not really but it's super nostalgic for me so it's fun to indulge). To be completely serious the food was much better than I expected and that made me really happy.

The food here is good, especially the pastas! When you enter you immediately know why it's called the rainforest! Great place to take children at! The food is of course expensive, but if you compare it to the other restaurants inside disney... I'd pick the Rainforest!

This place was fantastic for theming. It's part of the Disneyland Paris village and I couldn't walk past the entrance and not go in. Every part of this restaurant is themed like a rainforest. There are mechanical elephants and snakes and butterflies..a fish tank archway and a host of other things to capture your imagination. The food was great too. I had grilled salmon with gnocchi and there were no complaints. This would be a fantastic place to take the kids and still get restaurant quality food. Definitely recommend it!!

Burgers are ok, fries could be improved, price is astronomic: 97EUR for three meals and three cokes and espressos. Ridiculous.

It's good in what it has to offer: fast food. Still 1 000 000 times better than McDonald's

Some highlights: The amuse bouche course was incredible end-to-end, but what really stood out for me was a blue masa shell holding mussel, sauce, and microgreens/herbs/flowers. The mix of the different herbs, the savory salinity of the mussel, and the sauces was wonderfully complex, yet also harmonious. The poached sea trout with pumpkin and horseradish ice cream was very satisfying. The mix of poached trout and horseradish cream was very familiar, yet the twist of making the horseradish a wholly different temperature and texture was really surprising and innovative. The monkfish in adobo was another extraordinary dish. I have only had monkfish liver before, but the way they were able to perfectly cook the monkfish gave it a texture and flavor reminiscent of lobster. With the spice of the adobo, it was a really well balanced dish. Additionally, all of the wines that we tried were also notable and delicious. Frenchie has definitely earned its Michelin star, and I wouldn't be surprised if it has another by the next time I come back.

You have the choice of a four course or six course menu and you can opt for wine pairings or order by the glass. We were part of the second seating and we decided on the smaller menu and ordered a bottle of wine. Each dish that we had was very balanced with lovely, seasonal flavors. My biggest complaint of the evening was the timing. Dinner took over three hours. There was often 45 minutes in between each course. I am all for a long dinner, but I think it is important that the restaurant acknowledges the pace the diners want. The entire restaurant seems to be on the same schedule with every dish, even people who arrived over 45 minutes after us we're getting the first course when we were. I really didn't joy the food but I would think twice about rushing back due to the timing.

We were the only tourists around, but felt just as welcome. Repeat: yes

He chose it because of the reviews and also the fact that the seating area layout seemed to provide more space between tables than is sometimes the case. When we entered, a server directed us to the host station by the bar. My husband had printed out his email with the address & the reservation, and he had made some notes on it about things to consider on the menu. We were seated at a nice window table A woman did come right away to ask about sparkling or still water. Wines are by the glass--no bottles were listed that we saw. The server just stood over us for several minutes while we were looking at the menu, which was a little uncomfortable. So my husband explained we would need a few minutes. She seemed offended. Then the male host came over and insisted on seeing the paper my husband had with the email. He took it out of my husband's hand and started trying to read my husband's notes. I asked if there was a problem with the reservation--had they found it? The man said something about wanting to know if it was prepaid (do they do gift certificates in Paris? We had no idea what he meant). I said no, it was not, so he left again. The menu is prix fixe. A different server came to take our order. She was more upbeat and jovial. The amuse bouche was a pickled herring. I ordered the pumpkin veloute soup, which was yummy. Then I had the vegetarian plate, which was fine but not memorable: squash, mushrooms, and an egg on top. My husband ordered the sausage plate. At the end, I requested the check (l'addition"). The server asked twice if we wanted to add a tip to put on the card. I have not had that happen before in Paris, where the tipping conventions are different, and a 15% service charge is included in the prices by law. I asked if it was not included ("compris") and she said no, it was not. I did leave a cash tip. But all in all, some of those awkward moments with the staff detracted from the experience.

This restaurant is absolutely packed and I don't know what % are Walk ins but my hubby booked the restaurant a month in advance. The food is average and the service lacking. Our dinner lasted almost 3hours and that's not because we were slow but rather, the wait staff was missing. One party beside us left after about more than 45 mins of the waiter not showing up to get their orders. The restaurant itself was unique though. Where we sat looked like a library before with books all over the room. It could be that we came at a bad time, nonetheless, there's other restaurants in Paris to try before I come back to Le Fumoir.
