Such a chill vibe.. great spot on the water.. fresh flavors.. great coffee.. started the morning with the la mocha loca latte and the dawn patrol sandwich on sourdough. Perfect way to start the morning. If you're looking for a perfect beach vibe with friendly folks this is the spot.

Marina view with our order number on a cute surfboard.

This is a hidden gem in Saint Augustine. I love that you can just order a reasonably priced meal and eat overlooking the marina. The food was delicious and filling, and as I said before cost effective. It was the perfect way to start our day of traipsing around the city, NOT Day drinking, even though the hats say we were. The marina was such a beautiful view for the yummy meal as well!

This was my first time at this food truck with a gorgeous water view. There is nice covered seating and parking is free for an hour in that lot. The avocado toast was possibly the best I have ever had. I tried a citrus iced tea which was also very good. Food was delivered promptly to the table. Hours are from 7-2, closed Mondays. Highly recommend!

This place was adorable! The customer service was 10/10. I loved the avocado toast, it was so flavorful. My sister ordered the grilled cheese with jalapeño honey jam and she couldn't stop raving about it. She also loved their coffee. It has a cute little shop also, I can't wait to try more items!

If you like options then come here. The bacon, egg and homemade hot sauce croissant sandwich is soooooo good! Truly one of my favorites. I ate this twice during our trip. Also ordered a pop tart filled with raspberry and a homemade icing. Best pop tart I've ever had. The outdoor sitting area and away from the city vibes makes this a spot to relax with a cup of morning coffee and enjoy the many options of breakfast items. They also have açaí bowls, which were stated as being good. I couldn't pass up the croissant sandwich.

What an adorable place, sitting on the harbor waters in St. Aug. You really want to come and have a cup of Joe and relax and take in this serene place. Known for their made-from-scratch breakfast items and their grilled cheese and other items for lunch to go along with your handcrafted coffee and cold drinks. Dessert is Peace and Cream, where smoothies are king! Check out their schedule for live music and taco nights on Saturdays. My opinion: just don't miss this welcoming spot, because it's pretty special!

Egg sandwich on a croissant with the famous hot sauce on the side 10/10 best breakfast sammich I've had here!!!!

100 stars. If I could bottle up this experience and drink it every morning, I'm sure I'd live longer!! I was greeted by an angel at the window who gave me great recommendations. This dawn egg sandwich is built different. On the long drive home I was shoveling every drop of the brown sugar hot sauce in my mouth. Writing this review im heartbroken my sandwich is now gone. It may be the best cooked egg in my life. If they sold the sauce I would buy every bottle. I had the iced honey comb latte and wasn't surprised it was a 10/10 as well. I wish the best for this magical breakfast spot with an epic morning view. It was pretty busy there but food was still served fast! Thank you Ragga Surf Cafe I will miss you and never forget you!!!!

We ate here on our last day visiting St. Augustine and had a great experience. The views, the food, the service- all amazing!! Loved the food truck and vibe. Got the avocado toast and added egg, it was one of the best avocado toasts I've had! Would highly recommend and come back during our next visit to St. Augustine!

We walked from the Casa Monica to this breakfast spot that caught my eye on Yelp. Took about 20 minutes but was WELL WORTH THE WALK! It's a beautiful little food truck serving the most amazing breakfast sandwiches and specialty drinks. I loved the Avocado toast and lavender lemonade. And the setting overlooking a marina was gorgeous, staff was super friendly. Walk back through historic Lincolnville topped off a wonderful morning.

We came here on Saturday.... and came right back the next day, Sunday. If they were open on Mondays we would have came 3 days in a row. The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast croissants are 10/10, the homemade poptarts are 10/10, the lattes are 10/10. We live in Tampa Bay and don't love a single place as much as here. Thank you so much Ragga Surf Cafe for fueling us and being a large part of what made our St. Augustine trip so special! :)

Is it even fair to only give 5 stars? Because Ragga Surf Café deserves a solid 10. I'm straight-up swooning over their Avocado Toast with egg--it was basically food porn for my taste buds. Add in an ice-cold Autumn Swell Latte (hello, perfect morning date), live music drifting through the air, and those dreamy waterfront views... let's just say I'm in love. The staff? Total sweethearts who make you feel like you're part of the vibe. Ragga Surf Café didn't just serve me breakfast, they gave me a whole mood.

Literally no joke this is my favorite coffee shop/cafe I've ever been to. The vibes- immaculate. The food and coffee-so flavorful. The service- some of the kindest and genuinely cool people ever. My wife and I literally have come up here many times, driving more than a couple hours just to come here. I've gotten the sourdough breakfast sandwich and the blueberry Ragga muffin every time and my lort I will always until I'm 6ft under for real.

Therefore, this gets a long wait for breakfast/brunch. It's hard to get a parking spot but there's free parking across the street. They have a big waiting area next to the restaurant which is definitely needed as we ended up waiting like 45 minutes around 9:30 am on a Saturday. The food was definitely worth the wait though. I got the burrito smothered with sauce and cheese and the flavor was fantastic. Flavorful but not super spicy or anything. It's also HUGE. Highly recommend. Service is a little questionable, if it was quicker they could probably help with their long wait. It was hard to flag down our girl when we needed something & it took ages to get to check.

The food is basic breakfast at above-average prices, and nothing on the…read moreplate justifies the markup -- the biscuits were dry enough that we needed to ask for gravy mid-meal, and even that simple request got deprioritized while our server chatted with other customers. The service showed a real lack of knowledge and attentiveness. When I ordered whole milk for my coffee, the response was essentially "is half and half okay?" -- no, it is absolutely not okay. These are completely different in taste and calories, and it's not a reasonable substitute to casually suggest. What made it worse: oat milk, almond milk, and whole milk were all visibly sitting in the fridge right there from where I was seated at the bar. Zero effort to offer what was clearly available. The atmosphere didn't help either. The space feels like someone started building a café concept and never finished thinking it through. It's uninviting, disorganized, and oddly off -- not warm, not designed with the customer in mind. Nothing about the food, the presentation, or the space gives you a reason to choose this place over anywhere else. Not particularly tasty, not nicely decorated, not a vibe. Not sure what keeps people coming back, honestly.

The parking nearby is 2 hour on side streets, but if you need a parking garage there's one not too far. I highly recommend ordering a French press of coffee! It's very delicious! You will get 3 cups of high quality coffee to share at the table or have all to yourself. As far as dining al fresco, the front courtyard is beautiful! However, on our trip it was too cold to dine outside. We were seated at a large table inside that accommodated our large group. They had several tables inside, but I could see on a busy Sunday or Saturday morning this place would get waitlisted quickly. Everyone loved their meals. No complaints. I ordered the lobster roll. It was very good, but I would try something different on a return visit. The salads coming out looked amazing! Everyone at my table raved about their meals: Shukshuka, BALT, Benedicts, cinnamon rolls. Every single thing was enjoyed!

Here's a breakdown: Eggs benedict: 1/5 The restaurant did not have pork so we had to substitute for regular bacon instead. The whole dish including the potatoes was cold and the hollandaise sauce also was not fresh. Bahn mi: 2/5 As pork was not available, we had to substitute with shrimp which sadly was very bland and did not go well with the sandwich. The bread also was too toasted for my liking. While there wasn't anything outrageously bad about the bahn mi, I've definitely had much better. Shakshuka: 4/5 Great flavor and cooked very nicely. I would definitely get this again!!! Only critique is again the dish was cold. Coffee: 4/5 I really enjoyed the French press coffee including the options for non-dairy milk! However, it was on the weaker side and slightly sour tasting. We will for sure need another cup of caffeine later. Overall, I may come back to try one of the toasts; however, for the price there are definitely much better plentiful options in St. Augustine.
