I hung out with my brother and sister-in-law here recently and we loved the aesthetics and lighting for pictures. The parking here can be rough though.. the parking lot is small and there's a good amount of cars coming in and out.

The chili oil one wasn't spicy, in my opinion, it just had a kick of chili flavor. The banana pudding matcha latte was a little less successful. The pudding was great, but it just sat on top of the drink. When I mixed it into the matcha, it still wasn't coming through very strong and the drink tasted almost entirely of matcha. It was disappointing because I love banana so much. I think I'd be better off just ordering the banana pudding in the future. I'd like to come back here on a Saturday to see if the bread is a bit fresher, and I'd order the banana pudding rather than the latte.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. As a regular consumer of boba milk tea in the Castro Valley area, I must say that my experience at Quickly was far from satisfactory. The flavored drink I ordered was, unfortunately, lackluster at best. The essence and vibrancy that I usually associate with a quality boba milk tea were noticeably absent. Moreover, the tapioca pearls, a crucial component of the beverage, were disappointingly mushy. It seemed evident that attention to detail and quality control were lacking during the preparation of my drink. What troubled me most was the apparent lack of care exhibited by the staff or management. It is disheartening to witness a business that appears indifferent to the quality of the products they offer and the satisfaction of their customers. Considering my recent experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Quickly to others seeking a delightful boba milk tea experience. If you think of a good boba place in CV, you think quickly's! Usually I order a thai tea with grass jelly which is really enjoyable on a hot summer day. Their prices are very reasonable too! Sometimes when I feel a little adventurous, I'll ask the cashier with the blonde hair what I should add to certain drinks and they always come out great! These employees definitely know what they're doing! Their service has definitely improved since the beginning of this location. My drink is always made super fast! One time I forgot they were cash only and they pointed me out to an ATM. By the time I came back, they had already made my drink! Service is really great now and I'll definitely be coming back every week! (ALSO GET THEIR POPCORN CHICKEN!) Ok in a pinch (not many options in white town). HOWEVER, I have been there 3 times- each time I have found a hair in my food, and once in my drink. No doubt it broke off one of the teeny bopper workers' haridos- who are undoubtedly forced to work there for their parents. Service is slow, no bathroom, people working there act as if you are bothering them by ordering stuff (they probably wish no customers would come in so they would go out of business and not be forced to work there any longer). I went to "Quickly," and it was nice and clean. They got this cool kiosk thing where you order without waiting. The drink was, you know, okay. At first, it was super sweet, but then it got less sweet, and I could taste some non-dairy creamer at the end. They actually threw in real watermelon in the smoothie, which was kinda cool. Overall, it's not mind-blowing, but they have other flavors, so I might swing by again and check those out. It's like, alright, not bad, but not like, "Wow, this is amazing!" This Quickly is the OG of all the Boba Tea places in Castro Valley. Period. The pandemic definitely hit this store hard and was mostly take-out only. Visited this location today after a long time, and I can confirm indoor dining is finally back.
