I came for my Smog Certificate. The owner and his staff are very efficient. Parking was easy. Napa Quick Smog was recommended to me by friends and family members. When I arrived today, I barely had time to sit down before my vehicle was ready. There were no issues and my car passed with flying colors. The results were sent directly to the DMV and I paid the registration fees online. Easy peasy. I will return again next year! Happy Spring!

Sometimes you just need to get the job done and this quick smog check was done just as the name suggests. It's not a sexy experience. The office and waiting area could really use an overhaul. The good news is my car passed with certificate sent to DMV right away and they have a convenient location. read more

Stopped by here today (Saturday) around noon for a smog. To my surprise (because I was dreading going thinking the wait would be a while) I was the only one in there. Went for a smog this morning made an appointment on line . Wonderful business was quick and efficient. The worker Amed was friendly. They also do dmv services like you can get your sticker right away, you can transfer titles, etc. price was less then the smog I use to go to. Highly recommend!! read more

Came here on a weekend without an appt. I had most of my paperwork together which helped. I was in and out and successfully passed in about 20 minutes. True to their name, they were quick and and the staff was pleasant and efficient. I will come back again for sure. read more

Wow! Now I know where to take my car every time for a smog check. It took ten minutes without an appt. at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon! And that was only because they were finishing up one car ahead of mine. Very nice, knowledgeable service. $50 after i showed her their website's coupon. read more

Same quick and affordable service as last time. Cheapest in Napa (or close) with their coupon, they're near my office downtown, and they're fast. Free WiFi (Quick Smog 2 with password napasmogcheck2). It's not fancy and they're pretty busy on weekends. The front desk wrote me up before I could give them the coupon ($44.99 plus $8.25 = $53.74 total) but changed it when I told him I had a coupon. Told another person in the waiting room to use the coupon too :-) read more

I checked this place put on Google and Yelp. I put a load of laundry in before I left. I was a walk-in smog check. I was back before my load of laundry was done. The price was in line with what I paid in Santa Rosa. Professional, had their act together. The reviews were accurate. They have my business. read more

Super quick and friendly! I've never made an appt either just showed up or called on my way there, and the longest I've waited is maybe 20min or so. They were also super nice and told me to bring my three little kids inside to watch the cars in the garage threw the window. Been going there for years and will continue to do so! Quick Smog was truly quick and was just what I needed during the holiday season! I went to their website and printed out a coupon for $44.95 Smog Check (standard smog check) and Mike took care of it all with a very short wait so I just watched the sports news they had on thier flat screen and my car was ready with no issues after only a few minutes. Fastest smog service I have ever had in 30 years! Nice people and Warriors fans! Their shop is inset off of Soscol just past the smoke shop in the brown buildings and accross from the car stereo shop, with plenty of parking. They have two drive in bays and can do test smog service also and know thier cars as we had an in depth discussion about a pre OBD Ford I had that was having a hard time passing smog. read more

I took my second car into Quick Smog (Napa) yesterday 5/11/22 around 10:30 a.m. I specifically went back to Quick Smog after using them on my other car about 2 years ago. Luckily, there were no customers ahead of me. The receptionist took my keys and said it would be about 10 minutes....hmmm. I sat down after picking up a magazine to read. I turned on my phone, and before the phone was finished waking up, my name was called and my certification was done. I didn't even get to open up the magazine! I think they should change their name to Instant Smog! read more

On my first visit, I waited in line only to be told the computer systems were down. One month later same thing happened after waitinh in line not to mention I took time off work, drove 20 miles, and waited again -- only to be informed that the systems were down for the entire day, with no estimated time for resolution. In today's environment, it's reasonable to expect some form of communication, whether through a website update or alert, before customers take time off and travel to the office. A simple notification could prevent a great deal of inconvenience. Additionally, a more professional and empathetic approach from staff would make a difficult situation easier to accept. I hope the DMV can improve both its communication and customer experience moving forward.

I paid my auto insurance and renters insurance on december 3, 2025. Sonoma office had a new girl, I had a hunch she would make a mistake. I paid her the full amount due for both and gave her my stubs for both bills. She had been there for 1 week. She sure did make a mistake. They scammed me out of $70.00! I cannot find my reciept which they were supposed to staple it to both stubs on the back. I was sent a notice from AAA that my renters is lapsing after paying them, the office Mayra told me I could pay them again! I was furious, its Christmas time and they not only took my payment Dec 3, they lied to me and would not even research this to hold the new girl accountable. They kept my $70.00 for renters and I met with the snarky manager who said we would have been over book in our drawer that day, hmm they did not even check, he told me bye bye and to leave his office because I was so mad! I drove 40 min. Each way in traffic because of the new girl's mistake! Unreal hell! I told a couple on the way out, do NOT do business with these people they scam people out of their money, the manager ran to the door opened it and said dont listen to this person, come inside! Wow what a cover up! Do NOT do business with any AAA the corporate has done this to me before too and Folsom office is really vile! They lie and will raise your rates if they dont like you. Please stay far away from AAA run! Please trust me! I paid them and they lie through their teeth! Mayra hung up on me too! Unprofessional! Fyi I tried to cancel with them months ago and she would not let me so she lowered my premium as long as she could and I bought a new car and she price gauged me. They are scam artists. Please, keep every reciept, hold them accountable! They hate people, but they love your money so much so that even if you make a payment on time, they will lie in their system and state you did not and they will get their entire office to stand by it and they actually removed my payment from their computer! I pay all of my bills in person and with cash and they knew what they were doing. Do NOT trust these people they are wicked evil snarky and they could not care less! I pray AAA gets theit karma and goes bankrupt for price gauging and scamming innocent people. I am shocked this happened to me, take note stay away from them please. There are better companies out there that truly care.

This place and the people are so wonderful! I had a great and extremely fast smog check a few months ago, with no appointment also! The price is excellent! Then today I had a car issue and pulled in hoping someone there could help me pop part of the undercarriage that was hanging down back up. The owner came out within minutes and started to help me.
