No lines, no wait, no appointments needed. Walk in and get it done. 2. They're nice. I'm not 100% sure exactly what other DMV services they offer but I used them to register a used car we bought. Boy, they made it easy. You ever go to the DMV, wait 4 hours, and then find out something is missing or for some reason you have to go home and try again? That's the worst. But with B & C its a 10 minute drive, they kindly explain what you need to do. They even helped me understand something on the registration and how to fill it out to make our lives easier in the future. They know the DMV registration process forwards and backwards. They're very experienced with this stuff. They do charge a small fee, but to me, it's worth it to avoid the DMV. Also, for what it's worth, they're listed on the DMV website as a business partner. I cannot find my reciept which they were supposed to staple it to both stubs on the back. I was sent a notice from AAA that my renters is lapsing after paying them, the office Mayra told me I could pay them again! I was furious, its Christmas time and they not only took my payment Dec 3, they lied to me and would not even research this to hold the new girl accountable. They kept my $70.00 for renters and I met with the snarky manager who said we would have been over book in our drawer that day, hmm they did not even check, he told me bye bye and to leave his office because I was so mad! I drove 40 min. Each way in traffic because of the new girl's mistake! Unreal hell! I told a couple on the way out, do NOT do business with these people they scam people out of their money, the manager ran to the door opened it and said dont listen to this person, come inside! I told them I needed a diagnostic and that the battery was new. They never ran the diagnostic, but instead charged me over $200.00 for getting another battery and putting it in.
