Their name says it all. I went in asked if they were truly "quick" as I was on my way to an appointment. Quick and pleasant people!

This shop lives up to their name. I found them through a coupon they send out in the mail which equates to a $10 discount. After shopping around Napa, I found that their prices are the most reasonable. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon at around 1PM. Lucky for me there was no one in line. The receptionist got my info, explained the fees, went over the process, and had me wait in the waiting area. It was about 10 minutes later that they told me the car was done. As I was waiting the a queue started to form and the parking lot started to get full. It was simple, quick, and inexpensive. I will definitely be back. Something I noted while waiting, there was a young lady who tried to ask about getter her vehicle smogged and English was a second language for her. She explained that she wanted to see if they could check if her car would pass smog before she was charged. The receptionist talked to the technician and the technician was kind enough to address her concern. They went outside and when they came back in the technician explained that the vehicle would not pass and shared information on where to get the vehicle serviced. I thought this was rather nice of them to do this free of charge. I've been to other shops where they will charge you and then tell you 5 mins later that you didn't pass because you have a CEL code on the vehicle or your car was not SMOG ready. read more

Took an older truck here after another smog place was like "we don't have time to smog a 1997 vehicle" when I showed up to my appointment and so I went here upon recommendation from a coworker. Quick Smog lived up to their name - it was super quick! Like 10 mins start to finish! They got to it right away without any sort of appointment. Awesome! The guy in the office and the tech that did the smog were both very friendly. Waiting area was very clean if you care about such things. Best and most affordable smog service in Napa. There can be some waiting in line at times, but I try to get there first thing in the morning and it's usually not more than a 10 minutes wait. I love that I don't have to get out of my car for the smog check, and they also check all the fluids, filters, tire pressure etc. Very polite, professional, efficient service.
