The front desk is a different story, the regular lady is usually pretty rude and yesterday they had a younger girl with white and purple hair who was also rude. It's like they don't realize they're dealing with people who are getting bloodwork, no one wants to have to get bloodwork, best case scenario it's routine yearly stuff but I've often had to get bloodwork to continue getting different medications, to rule in or out things like cancer, etc all things that are already anxiety causing. No one needs to be treated poorly by a front desk person at a box place. This time though was extra special since they decorated for Easter...i don't mind bunnies, flowers, etc but I'm 0% religious and didn't really appreciate having it shoved in my face.

I have made it a point to make sure my doctors send the lab orders electronically a day or 2 before my scheduled appointment, if not, then I make sure to have physical copies of the orders. This one is on me. I have found the phlebotomists to all be professional and though I am typically somewhat a hard stick, none of the phlebotomists at this location has ever needed more than once to stick me. I think Sonora Quest hires the best phlebotomists in terms of drawing blood. My husband and I were here near the end of July for orders for our annual exams. It was easy for us. The guy was very business-like and though I would like a more personable person, it's not a big deal. He was professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He was able to get my husband and I done within my appointment time, so that freed up 15 minutes for other people and himself that morning. I would recommend this location and then afterwards, you can get some grocery shopping done as well.

The Embry testing center here was pretty straightforward in terms of booking, getting to the site, and receiving results. Spots were rapidly getting filled while I was browsing at times so I booked the earliest time for the day I wanted, only to find out that they accept non-appointment arrivals too! Despite this, the wait wasn't too long past my scheduled time, around 30 minutes. The line was steady and moved at a decent pace and there were 2 areas set up for testing when you got to the front of the line. The actual testing was simple, quick and painless. The person performing the test was thorough and professional. I anticipated a 2-3 day wait for results but was pleasantly surprised to get a message less than 24 hours later with full details after 48 hours. If needed or wanted, I would get testing done at Embry again. Details: - Testing line entrance from Southern adjacent to football field - PCR and antibody testing for Covid available - Testing done by nasal (Typical) or oral swab - Flu shot also available - Signs on site say masks required - Book online or show up at site - Testing is free of charge - Typical turnaround is 1-3 days through partnering with Sonona Quest - You can schedule and register everyone in your party at one time - Patients under 18 years old should be accompanied by their parent/guardian when coming over for testing
