Went here for an early gender test. They told me 2-4 business days for results. I called on day 3 with concern I hadn't received confirmation they had my labs and were working on results. I called again today on day 4 twice and they finally call back and said they lost my blood in a snowstorm. Requiring a redraw and another 2-4 days. No option to expedite my re-draw. So I cancelled and got a refund. Would rather go to Reveal 3/D in Gilbert for early gender test while pregnant. read more

Came here for a 10 panel drug urine test that I needed to work in the hospital. Scheduling an appointment is super easy to do online. There are always availability each day at different time slots and so I was able to schedule for the very next day at 9:15 am. You have the option to pay online or pay in person and they send you paperwork to fill out prior to your appointment or come in 10-15 minutes earlier to do so in office. I arrived around 9:10 and was checked in by the staff. Nobody else was in the office so it was kind of weird and quiet with everyone staring at you. There was no paperwork to fill out on my end and the test came out to be 49 dollars. The receptionist told me they would take me to the back in a few minutes so I thought I had time to drink some more water but I was called back immediately. I was kind of scared because I wasn't sure if I would be able to give an adequate urine sample so I asked for a minute and everyone just stared at me like I was going to pull a "fast one" on them - it was super awkward. We went to the back and I was told to put all my things away in a drawer, not wash my hands with soap just water and that I had 3 minutes to try for a urine sample and if not, they would knock on the door and try again in a few minutes. Very strict protocol but I understand I guess - just wish their approach would be friendlier. Thankfully, I was able to give enough of a sample and I got my results immediately via paper copy and emailed to me as well. If you need a test that is fast you can come here. read more

Doctor refused to do lab tests because thyroid test was normal. Endocrine specialist refused to see me because I did not have tests he required for visit. Found these people who ran T3 and T4 but suggested two others. The other showed I had a problem. Only found that out because of Any Lab Test Now staff. Doctors still told me they would take no action until thyroid tests were problematic. However, the Internet has many home remedies to try and even after a few days, my joints do not hurt and I am sleeping less than 14 hours per day. Love the people at Any Lab Test Now and would HIGHLY recommend them to all ... except those that do drugs! read more

I was hesitant due to the negative reviews but I took a shot anyways. Glad I did, this place is great. I was early for my appointment and was finished up before it was even my scheduled time. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The blood draw was one of the cleanest ones I've ever had (no bruising). I didn't feel like waiting to see my pcp for follow up bloodwork so I knocked it out here. I went in on a Saturday and my results were emailed to me Monday morning. This was my first time visiting this laboratory, and it was great. I came late in the day, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me in and out within 10 minutes and able to get my lab out the same day. The staff that helped me was very nice. She was very efficient and everything was clean and sanitary. Took my urine sample, full jar at body temp, I LITERALLY CHECKED TEMPERATURE 2 TIMES AFTER PEEING, the nurse, keep in mind it's a NURSE (supposedly educated with some sort of degree/certificate). She goes to ask about my urine TEMPERATURE from other nurse (which also blind I'm guessing). Her statement was: "The temperature keeps jumping up and down"......how can a temp jump UP in a room of 73f?! Was not a good experience. Took longer to get results than I was told. Was told 3-5 days then called on day 5 and told its really 7 days. So I did not have results in time for my doctors appointment and when I called I was told I should just reschedule my doctors appointment. Web site said test was 79 but in office it was actually 89. So in short was over priced and for some place that is named Any Lab Test Now maybe test results should come back when they say so and a bit quicker. read more

Went here for a simple blood test. Service was fast and professional. I tried to get the same test run by Theranos at Walgreens but they wanted a doctors order and all sorts of private information, so I paid more and went here instead. The test I wanted was $49, results in email within 48 hours. I was in and out within twelve minutes. I was able to get this test run without a doc's order, which is no big deal. Some tests they offer are less or more expensive, they have a list. I paid cash and decided to get anonymous results in my email. The problem with Walgreens is they collect all sorts of private information which they can then sell to whomever. And if Walrgeens gets hacked, which eventually they will, your information is available worldwide. You should always be careful what information you provide to any company, doctor office or hospital. They do not really need your social security number. This place can run tests anonymously. Walgreens won't because they know the cash value of having all that data on you. Protect your information and identity. I'll make this business my go-to stop for all out patient blood work. read more

First time here, the staff is super friendly and helpful. My doctor forgot to submit the paperwork with my lab kit. They called and informed the receptionist it is needed right away for the time limit on the kit. So, while I waited for the paperwork the ladies up-front were interacting with other customers and everyone seen was walking out with a smile on thier face. This never happens at a medical office. The customer service was nice to see, especially while COVID-19 is still a problem...business are short staffed, people are angry, and some businesses are much slower than usual. Would definitely come back to this location- Baseline and Gilbert again. read more

This place is great! Not crowded at all. They are very conscious about being sure that everything is clean. They went above and beyond to alleviate my Covid fears, including disinfecting my license before handing it back to me. Leslie and Mariah were both very friendly. Leslie drew my blood and I didn't even feel the little poke. No discomfort whatsoever. This place doesn't feel like a typical place to get your blood drawn. The way it's set up has a way of making you feel more at ease. It's carpeted, no glass window for receptionist to hide behind, doesn't feel like you're being herded through at all. It did cost a little bit more than Sonora Quest, but WELL worth it. There was only 1 other patient there, no crowds. Definitely a 5 star experience! read more

The sketchiness of this place is laughable. When I first walked in I overheard an employee explaining the urine sample process to another patient. I was even within earshot of hearing the chemical reaction of the urine as she poured the testing agent in the cup. Ew! The lady who drew my blood was only mildly competent. I've had my blood drawn over a dozen times in the past two months so I know exactly where it's best to poke me. She insisted that she knew better and poked in a different spot. I now have a giant bruise on to of one hand from her efforts. She said I was dehydrated so I needed to drink water so she could try the other hand. I drank water and 20 seconds later my blood flowed well and she said it was because of the water. I'm glad she got it on the second poke but please hire someone with a basic understanding of biology. As much as the experience was unpleasant I am very happy that this place offers such a wide variety of tests. read more

The lady at the front desk said that my pee was fake and she just looked at it for a second. Somehow I don't think that was an accurate way to test for pee. The representative was amanda or miranda, whatever her reason for being rude; she was wrong and it seems like I have not been her only victim. She was the only one working in the offie and she was busy, but the customer service she provided was horrible. I would not recommend this site to anyone or recommend using these franchises for any of your future business. This is a warning to all future testers visiting this site. I'm not sure if this is best suited for Corporate or the specific location. Hours state until 6pm. I checked 3 times at 4 different locations due to a very small window I had to get blood work by a certain date. At 5:33 pm, I walked into the location and was told I could not be helped that day because they close at 6. Pause, no explanation. While the front desk rep had a lot of opportunity to better explain why from the beginning, let go of some attitudinal non-verbals, once I pointed out that it is 5:30 and a raised eyebrow like I don't understand, she explained that my particular test required after work and they leave right at 6 when they close. l have an additional problem with how the situation was handled by the rep and the owner as I escalated, but that all can be solved with some customer service training and perhaps I should not hold such high expectations for a lab test company in the first place. The main problem lies in the fact that a company should not showcase 8am-6pm as the hours of operations if you are not truly able to take blood within those hours. Staffing some admin, back office time after you close might be a helpful solution. Paying employees overtime to do the necessary after hours work should someone come in toward the end of the shift time might also be helpful. Fully disclosing on the website what can and cannot be done at certain hours is yet another solution. There are plenty of ways the issue can be resolved and a customer coming in within business hours not be turned away. I will definitely not be sharing any positive experiences here. read more

If you expect to receive basic levels of customer service or any respect whatsoever, TURN AROUND and go to another lab. I cannot express the level of dissatisfaction I have with this lab... I'm almost speechless. The accusations of not providing a legitimate sample, on top of the disregard for patient privacy and letting everyone in the waiting room know the patient's business, should have been enough for management to care. Not here! Amanda, the supervisor, has the lowest amount of decency I have ever encountered in another human being. She does not appear to have an ability to empathize with others, nor does she seem to have the basic skill set to carry on a conversation without becoming accusatory and defensive. Faith, the owner, doesn't know how to run an ethical business nor does she accept accountability for the mistakes of her careless staff. She "let me be heard". Hear this, Faith: It's obvious why this lab is nothing more than a run down hole in the wall in a strip mall. The way you are running your business is not sustainable, and as I can see from the other reviews here, I am not the only one who has experienced this repulsive behavior. When the customers stop showing, or even worse when businesses stop directing traffic your way, maybe you'll get what I and many others are trying to get across to you. You cannot allow your staff to ruin people's lives because they are miserable doing their job. Find people who want to be there that can provide a level of service that you can be proud of and maybe the negative reviews and angry customer complaints will stop. Fix your location to be conducive to privacy. Fix your perspective on what it means to be responsible for what happens in your lab. read more

These guys are the best!! I did all my testing here during my pregnancy and never had a problem. It is a very clean facility, unlike others I have been to, and very comfortable. Welcoming staff that is good and giving shots. I even had to hang there for 4 hours for one of my tests (Dr's orders) and it was a great experience. Pricing is amazing! Went there for a TB skin test for medical school. Any competent medical professional knows that TB skin tests can be read from ANY medical nurse or physician. This company claimed that I had to return to their location to have it read. After dealing with two employees who were very rude I was able to walk out with the paperwork necessary to have it read somewhere else. These two women working there should NOT be in any type of customer service atmosphere, they were rude and incompetent and AnyLabTestNow should educate their employees about TB skin test reading. Refused to do my titer because it was "too late in the day". I'm sorry but if your hours say you close at 6pm and I'm here an hour beforehand (apparently they can't do them past 4pm - I work 9-5pm) then you should work until 6pm. Otherwise note on your website that specific services have designated times. This seems sketchy given the fact I had a titer done a few years back and had no complaints/issues by the staff at the Chandler location. The Chandler location should be your choice over the Mesa one. read more
