This is the closest Lab Corp to me and I have always received great service with a smile. I usually just walk in. I have a few chronic illnesses so I come here quite often and I've only had to wait once and it was for about 30 mins. If you're on a tight schedule, I would recommend to make an appointment. The quality of care is great care everyone is kind. read more

I am so surprised by the bad reviews! The front desk staff was very kind and patient. Shoutout to Crystal at the front desk for not making me feel like a pain. When I felt like I was being annoying, she was sweet and willing to help me every step of the way. She even made me laugh a couple times! And Rosa who took my bloodwork and preformed my breath test, was gentle and sweet. This was truly a shockingly good experience because I went to a different lab company the day before and I was so frustrated with them, I walked out. Oh and the screen in the wait room to show when you are next in line is a nice touch! The last place I went to, I sat in the waiting room for an hour after check in and was never acknowledge. A screen like that would have given me some reassurance that I wasn't being missed. Labcorp, thank you for not only opening on a Saturday, but for also hiring people who care about their patients. read more

I've been to worse Labcorps, i like my regular phlebotomist here she's very good and that's why i stay with this one. The front desk is a different story, the regular lady is usually pretty rude and yesterday they had a younger girl with white and purple hair who was also rude. It's like they don't realize they're dealing with people who are getting bloodwork, no one wants to have to get bloodwork, best case scenario it's routine yearly stuff but I've often had to get bloodwork to continue getting different medications, to rule in or out things like cancer, etc all things that are already anxiety causing. No one needs to be treated poorly by a front desk person at a box place. This time though was extra special since they decorated for Easter...i don't mind bunnies, flowers, etc but I'm 0% religious and didn't really appreciate having it shoved in my face. read more

I'm a regular at Sonoran quest but since my company paid for my wellness exam that included bloodwork, I went to Labcorp yesterday. The employees were less than moderately friendly and they were super busy too. One thing I liked is that it shows your initials on TV screen for all the walk-in's and appointments. I had an appointment but didn't seem to make a difference as they got me in 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. read more

I usually don't expect any clinics, hospitals, or laboratories to have a rating above 2.5 stars, but I was surprised to see some reviews mentioning lack of cleanliness or rude staff at this location. That was not my experience at all. I arrived at 9:00 AM for my 9:30 AM appointment and the staff was helpful and friendly to everyone, even patients who were frustrated or rude. I was checked in and my order was confirmed by 9:17 AM, my samples were drawn at 9:31 AM, and I was out the door by 9:36 AM. By far the fastest and most efficient service I've ever received at a lab. The phlebotomist was gentle and kind! I barely felt a small pinch when the needle went in. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this Labcorp location. read more

Because other LabCorp have shut their doors around me, this was the closest one, and I guess serves the entire East Valley. I attempted to call to see how busy they were, no answer, and when I pressed the number to speak with somebody in the office, it gave me the fax number and disconnected me. After arriving, the lobby was completely full and you had to check in on a kiosk. I'm not sure why they have a desk at all as they don't check you in and they don't answer their phones. I walked out and hopefully we'll never return. read more

No appointment, walked in, kiosk was hiding by the door. Told me to come back at 3:30-meanwhile the place was empty. Left, phone rings: Teresa saying hold up, we're wide open, come back! She fixed it fast. And Wendy? She was perfect-warm, funny, explained every step so I forgot to be scared, needle never even stung. Results next morning. Honestly, only thing that needs work is syncing that stupid kiosk with reality. Otherwise, top notch. read more

This is my go to location. I get right in with an appointment. They know me by name and I really like Wendy and Kim. They know I'm a hard stick and these two lady's can get me first try. Very nice and friendly. read more

Easy to make an appointment online. Easy check in. My phlebotomist did a great job. No pain at all. My results were uploaded the next day. read more

Wendy is magical! I have had blood work done in doctor's office for the last 5 years. I eventually had to come back to this location because Wendy can do it in one shot without repeated poking pains. She has 35 years of experience in her career and it shows every time! read more

Phlebotomist is great the website, support, and everything else sucks. Try getting a live person on the phone.

The front desk staff is very unfriendly never polite no customer service you do not feel welcome from the moment you enter

Nobody answers the phone at this location to find out if they're really open because even though I had an appointment on line I went to 1425 S Greenfield ,the door was closed with a note on it!! Why do Labcorp made me an appointment if it was closed??? This is stupid! read more

I went here to do my routinely std checks. This place stopped working with Sonora Quest, so they couldn't figure it out. The guy asked me the website I used, so I showed him on my phone because I don't want to say it loud with other people being around. then he read my text from my boyfriend out loud for everyone to hear. He violated my hippa and read my personal text from my boyfriend out loud read more

I had a 7:45 appointment for blood work today where I had to fast. When I got there to check in, I was asked for my doctor's paperwork since their computers were down. Now what person is going to have the actual paperwork at 7:45am Monday morning when this appointment was made 3 weeks out. Your company needs to do a better job of notifying people prior to the appointment. I wasted 30 minutes of my work day for absolutely NOTHING!! I am extremely unhappy and will request my doctor send me elsewhere. Plus, your staff is absolutely rude!! There is no need for them to be short with people when they are unaware of the situation at hand. Do better LabCorp!! read more

The only way to pay online comes with a hidden $3.99 processing fee; this type of crooked business practice should be outlawed. Why aren't people told upfront that they will be charged fees to pay them? What a scam. Forcing people to link their bank accounts to these unscrupulous businesses for payment is BS. When is the government or FTC going to put a stop to it? read more

Experience was a fast enough. I went in for some blood work. Kiosk sign in made it simple to check in and they have a screen so you can see where you stand in line. The front desk ladies are not very eager to do more than the bare minimum and it shows. Every question or concern about being checked in was shrugged off or not answered at all. The tech was very fast, thorough, and friendly. Overall the front desk needs coaching on smiling and customer service overall. read more

My husband is taking part of the morning off today to get a fasting draw. The first issue is that the doors did NOT open until 7:05. My husband says that the first person was called back about 7:20. There are 10 people in front of him. I have a feeling that at least some of those folks have tight schedules, as well. Where is the timeliness and professionalism???!!! We realize that life happens, so, even if we excuse opening five minutes late, there is absolutely no excuse for starting a very long line of blood draws, etc., 20 minutes AFTER opening! If it were not for your customers, you wouldn't have a business, please be professional and considerate of them. This was a few weeks ago . . . Most recently, 7:01 comes and the doors are not open! FINALLY, we get in at 7:04! This is supposed to be a part of the healthcare community, however, we're not seeing much care! Do you folks understand that many people coming for lab work are SICK! They are not an inconvenience or a number! read more

Went to the greenfield location in mesa az and Wendy was my phlebotomist and I have very small deep veins that usually require an ultrasound machine to locate them but Wendy knew exactly how to deal with this sort of issue and found a vein in my hand and was painless and quick and very pleased with the whole process. No waiting at all and I didn't leave bruised or looking like a human pin cushion as a result of multiple needle pokes to find a vein. I would recommend this location. read more

I took my one year old in to get blood work done , the staff was very kind to him and the faci was very clean! I would definitely recommend and come back here again! read more

The woman at the front desk didn't say anything to me despite the fact that I was standing at the desk waiting. Once she felt like acknowledging me all she said was "the bloodwork check in is behind you." That's great, but not why I was waiting- I had a question. When I informed her that I had a question about whether I should have a walk-in session in lieu of my appointment that I arrived early for and if I should reschedule online if I need to, she quickly stated "well you won't be seen before then." Again, great, but not what I was asking. She didn't say anything else to me aside from that. Better interpersonal and listening skills could have made my experience drastically different but apparently I didn't deserve that. Unreal. I'll be sure not to return to this location in the future. read more

Greenfield The office was closed,at (Greenfield). But there was a note on the door, so I went to that address, but the office was closed, (Baseline)so I came out and looked for it, and went to the brown address and received the lab, but it took 3 hours. I wonder why it isn't have in Gilbert Area. read more

They are a disorganized mess. It looks like they are going out of buisness. I have not yet received my lab results which are needed. If I ever get them I am not sure I can trust them. Their "contact" button appears to go off into neverever land. Stay away. read more

This was first time going to this facility. The two women at front desk should not be working there. They ignored people walking in then were rule when they were asked a question. i will never go back to that location again. Told my DR anymore tests would need to be somewhere else. He agreed. I don't recommend this place. Fire those employees or move them where they don't talk to people. read more

This place has terrible customer service. I stopped there to make an appointment but the front desk tells me they do not make appointments in person. Only on-line. Huh? I'm standing right in front of you and you're sitting in front of a computer but you can't give me a date and time. That's crazy! read more

I went to this location today expecting a long wait. Not only was I in and out in less than 10 minutes, but my blood draw was one of the quickest and painless ones I've ever had. read more

Took the day off work for appointments. Arrived at this location at 6:45 a.m., only to find them "temporarily closed." This wasted my time and my money! We have another appointment at 8:00 and don't have time to go to another location before. So, at this point, I will call our doctor's office to make an appointment for him to get his blood drawn there. At least THEY are dependable! read more

Experience I had getting blood work here was more like if Zootopia was set in. Medical center instead of the DMV. 30 people who had been waiting for hours to see a doctor. Eventually the secretary asked for my paperwork. Eventually a doctor came out of their office to next patient. Unfortunately I am borderline diabetic and I get very sick if I have to wait that long to get my blood drawn when I have to fast and I will not be going here anymore because it seemed like a bunch of slow moving sloths worked there read more

Staff is quick and efficient and I've never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes, even when there were 5+ patients in the waiting. I go here monthly and all draws have been pain-free. read more

To the Leader of Labcorp, Mesa Greenfield office: please stop using 1970 customer service training videos from the DMV to train your personnel. The front desk and blood draw person were unprofessional, rude, poor communicators, lazy and just plain unpleasant. I came in 30 minutes early and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, When I approached the desk to see how much longer a wait, i just received sneers and the "I was just about to call you", BS. When i was brought back to get the blood drawn she literally said four words to me; Birth date? Which arm? It was a fasting draw, she did not ask if i had fasted, did not ask what blood work I was in for. The front desk did not verify anything other than my birth date. I have zero trust and zero confidence things were done correctly. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going. People,,, when reviews say not good, believe it. read more

K, so I am a moron when it comes to health-care. I'm in my 30's now and things are coming up. So now I need to start getting blood drawn and I need to use my health-care. I went to 2 Labcorps now. This one and the location on Power and Broadway. Both were horrible. I made appointments at both (thank God because the wait time without appointments were about 1 1/2 hours!!!) Also, I never, ever, in all my experiences with businesses experienced more mean, uncaring, unprofessional and incompetent staff. I say incompetent because right off they demanded my insurance information. I gave to them. They took it, photo copied it and then put it in my file. I have a major health-care provider (top 2) but never was I told Labcorp was out of network. Talk about a courtesy! This happened at 2 locations. I did not learn about it until both claims were denied by my insurance (several weeks later.) I had other issues with Labcorp as well which I won't get into but these issues made me have to stay over an hour past my appointment time. I had to call my doctor and have her school them on how to take my blood before I finally got out of there! Depending on your insurance, Labcorp pretty much has a monopoly and you don't have much choice but I can recommend you avoid this location and the Power and Broadway locations. Yikes! read more

I'm so mad at myself for taking my 1 year old baby to this location, they are so mean, first of all you don't need three people to draw your blood, there not professionals they inserted the needle without finding the vein first and moving the needle from one side to the other inside the arm and couldn't get one drop of blood, then another lady comes in and does the same thing to the other hand, got me so mad that I had to tell them to stop they shouldn't have people like this working there. Horrible place. Will never take my baby there again read more

On Feb 4 I went to lab corp on Broadway to give blood which was to be sent somewhere else for a reading. It is now February 12 and I still have no feedback. The time before I was given the next day.
