They made another appt a week later and we showed up with a appt reminder showing them that she did indeed have an appt. The girl said well with the switch over they didn't do their job. She was quick to throw someone else under the bus. She basically argued with my mom! She didn't handle it professional at all! She could have accepted the error and just said yes it was our fault. But she was like nope not my problem. Very rude!!!!! Ummm...honey you were the one who made the appt and isn't it your job to make sure the appt and patients are taken care of for appts? That shows me that your here for the friendship and gossiping! You have a job to do not visit! They also lost all the information we had previously given contact information and so forth. We are always having to update everything. As of right now they were talking about adding or checking out their snapchat accounts. Really - act professional this is not a personal job. On another occasion back in March 2021 - a guy came in and had told them he had been calling for over an hour. He was even still on the phone and asked them why they didn't answer? He asked if their phones were broken. They quickly said that they don't answer the phones on Mondays but it turns out you literally have to walk in to get any answers. Another thing people in the office we understand you when you when you are talking crap about them even if it is in Spanish. English ladies at all times! This is American! These ladies also talk about everything personal. Dresses, family, people, men, children, food and I am right here. I know more about them in one visit than I do my best friend! Lol. And than they try to whisper like it matters. Personal shit doesn't belong here! This doesn't belong in the office setting. You are here to do a job! So do it! Don't be such a hog of receiving the food they drop off that should go to the doctors not to you girls in the front! They were literally eating and if they didn't like the stuff they were eating they were throwing it away! Gross, and yuck were just some of the words. If you didn't like it you should be eating it. Someone just signed in and they continued their conversation like nothing. They don't care who hears their personal crap! I can tell one is planning to go camping and I know who is going and that their is a birthday and hers is two weeks after...really???!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So sad! She had been arguing with another patient prior to my interaction. There were a total of 3 patients in the waiting room (including myself) and only one male. She called up Bill and the only male patient made no attempt to go up to the desk. I waited a bit and then I thought maybe she had said "Jill" so I walked up and asked if she called Jill and she was so unprofessional and rude and said she had called up Bill and that she would call me when it was my turn. I told her I heard a name similar to mine and the other two patients did not get up and she didn't have to treat me like that. Another employee came up and tried to diffuse the situation and said it's early. The first patient that had a bad experience with Angela said that yes it's early but it was not excuse to be rude. Angela finally realized that Bill had headphones in and said that's what happened. I tolder her that made sense but it was no reason to be rude to me. I wanted to walk out but I knew I would be charged and needed to get my healthcare needs addressed. The actual appointment with Kayley was great but my interaction with Angela has totally put me off of the practice.

The front desk is a different story, the regular lady is usually pretty rude and yesterday they had a younger girl with white and purple hair who was also rude. It's like they don't realize they're dealing with people who are getting bloodwork, no one wants to have to get bloodwork, best case scenario it's routine yearly stuff but I've often had to get bloodwork to continue getting different medications, to rule in or out things like cancer, etc all things that are already anxiety causing. No one needs to be treated poorly by a front desk person at a box place. This time though was extra special since they decorated for Easter...i don't mind bunnies, flowers, etc but I'm 0% religious and didn't really appreciate having it shoved in my face.
