I did, and arrived for my 7:30 slot, signed in at 7:25, only to be ignored until after 8:00. The same woman who gave me the card then called to request my insurance information. I pointed out my appt time, and she said I wasn't on their schedule, and hinted that multiple people were having trouble with the booking system.
