I checked in at the automated kiosk, sat down, and honestly within about 5 to 8 minutes I was already being called up. I spoke with Anastasia at the front, and she was great. Even though it was clearly busy and she was dealing with upset customers, she stayed friendly, calm, and professional the whole time. You could tell she was handling a lot but still kept a really positive attitude. After that, I only waited another 5 to 8 minutes before getting called back. I was sitting in the chair when Anastasia came in again and said she would be drawing my blood. She was super friendly, quick, and honestly a 10 out of 10 phlebotomist. I did not feel the needle at all, no digging around for a vein, just smooth, painless, and done. Overall, way better experience than I expected.
