The hags at the front desk are SOOO unprofessional and ignorant they should be embarrassed!!! This is an area that has a huge retirement and elderly population. To tell someone who says they don't know how to use the Kiosk that they need to learn how and then act like it's a HUUUGE inconvenience for them to have to get off their phones and actually HELP someone is gross. Never in my life did I think a drug testing lab would earn five stars from me! I got a new job and needed an employment drug screening. I scheduled an appointment online for a few days later.i showed up here this morning for my 830 appointment to see a lobby full of at least 15 people. Great. I signed in and before I could even turn around to put my butt in a waiting chair, they said they were ready for me! The staff was very nice and professional. I did my business, signed a few papers and was out the door by 8:42. Imagine that!? Schedule an appointment! I can't stress it enough! I came in at 2pm to do a simple drug screen for a job. The lobby was packed and the hall was getting full. I had to be somewhere at 4pm. I asked the desk clerk if I would be out by 3:30pm before putting my name on the list. She said probably. 3pm rolls around and I'm now holding a very full bladder. It's not only urgent to get out to make my appointment but also to pee now. I ask the clerk if anything can be done because at this point the entire lobby has been watching me do a Pee dance. She rolls her eyes and asks if I can just wait a minute. A minute turns into 30 minutes which at that point I left. I had to pee and an appointment to make. The girl next to me had been waiting three hours. So in hindsight- there was no hope for anyone in the lobby. I should also mention this was a weekday. My prospective employer scolded me saying a drug test should only take "30 minutes tops" and gave me an appointment at another Labcorp facility. Their hours were posted incorrectly on the information given using ESR so I wasn't able to make their "latest" time which I had to speed to once I was off work at 3pm I. paradise Valley to Peoria. The office was pretty empty at 10:30 AM midweek, but I had made an appointment. They still took the other two people already sitting there first before me even though it was 10:30 and neither of them had an appointment. Only an extra 10 minute wait. The box where you put your valuables though was nasty and dirty and full of curly hairs. I have no idea how that got in the box. Of course I said something and she half cleaned it. Made my appointment online at 8am. Show up a few minutes before 8am and I'm out by 8:15am!! I cut in front of 2 people. I would recommend making an appt! If the latter spent less time trying to make jokes with everyone in lieu of doing her job then things would go much faster. The lack of staffing reflects in the wait time. I got there around 12:10 and was told they stop seeing people at 12:30-1:00 for lunch, but all in before 12:30 would be seen. It was standing room only when I walked in. I figured I'd come back later because we had other errands to run. I got back at 1:40 and didn't leave until 3:50. No, I'm not kidding. I needed this for a pre-employment screening. I had to have a drug screening done for my new job and from the moment I walked in this was a horrible experience. Let me preface this with I'm a single mother with two kids and my support system consists of only my parents here in the valley. From the moment I walked through the door the cretin that calls herself Barbara was insanely rude and damn near condescending. Instead of saying, "unfortunately the kids can't be present" and explaining their policy nicely she starts by glaring at me and looking at my children and saying "we can't give you your drug test today" and seeing that I was thrown back and confused thinking maybe they weren't doing that today said "why?". She said my kids couldn't go with me by law... Uh yeah terrible parents ruin it for all but it's ok, it takes all of a minute to pee in a cup so I say, "it's ok I won't take them to the restroom with me". She again gets snarky and say "WE WONT WATCH THEM"... I'm not asking for that... But I explained further that right now there's no place for them to be because my only support system (my mom) was in an accident Sunday and the girls would sit still. She continued to be rude until I handed my keys to my oldest and had her take the little one to the car... The cretin then responds with her higher than mighty tone "well if that's what you're going to do." It's a good thing they make you wait forever to pee in a cup because at least it let me have time to forewarn people... The staff tells me it is a 30 minute wait. I understand it's busy. But one hour and twenty minutes is a very long time to wait. Especially when you come ready to give a sample. There were not enough chairs and five people had to stand. They need to hire more staff and make more reasonable accommodations for sitting. I had a wonderful experience here. The lady at the front desk was extremely accommodating. I went in a day before to make sure my student ID would work as identification for my test, I let her know my wallet had been stolen and that was all I had. The next day when I took my drug test, she even asked about my wallet situation, if I had ordered new cards/ID, etc. She made me laugh and was really friendly. I had to drive to 2 different locations to drop of some samples for for testing. I tried calling but kept getting hung up on. The first location I went to apparently had been closed for months.. I wish they would have updated their website to let me know that. When I drove to the next closest location they were closed for lunch so I had to sit for 45minutes in my car waiting. Their website and info on google says nothing about them being closed for an hour in the middle of the day. So a 20 minutes trip turned into a 2 hour chore. I'd give this place a zero if it was possible. I've dealt with labcorp several times because I was forced too. For example, I had to do a blood draw and the doctor sending me for the draw contracts with LabCorp and no one else. The staff is extremely short, uncaring, etc. Maybe the staff deals with a lot of difficult people but I am not one of them. You have to make an appointment with LabCorp. Calling Lapcorp does not work, no one ever answers, you get a recording with an option to speak with someone. When you choose to speak with someone, after a minute, their automated system will time out and hangup on you. I had to do a pre-employment drug screen. No instructions given by Labcorp. When I went to Labcorp's office, someone told me they only do drug screen at one location that was 15 miles away. The location was closing in 45 minutes, so I tried to call to see if I could make it over in time. None of my calls was answered and their phone system kept hanging up on me. On Friday, we drove 75 miles to my fasting appt at the E. Broadway location in Mesa, AZ. I had faxed the orders to them earlier in the week with a cover letter to please call if there were any questions. I had even tried to call twice to make sure everything was set before making the trip, but the long message says to stay on the line to speak with someone, then hangs up on you when you do. When I got there, they said that they didn't understand the lab order, couldn't do it and that they don't call doctors for clarification. They got the fax, but didn't cancel my appointment and said that they don't have time to call people. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. read more

Not only has this company closed almost all of the drug screening locations except for ones far away, but the ones that are open have strange hours and are poorly staffed. If possible this would have been given a negative star as it is the worst place I have ever been forced to deal with. I have had to take several pre employment drug screenings over my 60 years of life and i have Never been so appalled at the lack of customer service and the rude treatment by the staff. I left my current work early (lost money) and arrived at the clinic around 1:00. As I walked to the glass doors I saw several people actually laying on the floor ourside the main entrance to the clinic. I saw many others just milling around. When I walked into the office itself, It was to standing room only. The tech did not even wait for me to introduce myself but immeidately snapped that there was a 2.5 hour wait to a drug test. I looked stunned, I am sure, and said oh my and I even left work early for this (and I said it nicely). She snapped at me again and said too bad... sign in and wait. If you leave and come back and are not here when your name was called we will not see you today. Given the fact that I still had an hour commute home and that I was running a fever and coming down with a cold I chose to leave. I HAVE to get this test in order to complete my hiring on package but this is just wrong. No company should contract with Labcorp in the future... They are horrid. read more
