We arrived at this location with given hours on the email print out for a drug screening. The said hours on Wednesday on the printout were 9 to 2 after searching for the building and the suite for about 10 minutes we walked to the door. The door stated that drug screenings ended at 11 when we went in to see if they would accept my school, aged daughter for a work drug screening we were turned away when I suggested to the man working the front that they should update their forms. He stated that the form was an old form, even though the email was printed out the day prior. I was met with attitude and was given a sheet with the new hours on it, and when I suggested again that it should be updated so people don't miss school. He said that it is updated on the door. We drove down there. I took my child out of school to be met with an attitude because I was stating they should update their information. I'm sure we are not the only ones that have wasted our time driving down there to be turned away, based on their forms, not being updated, I understand, and I even stated to the man that I understood it wasn't his fault but for him to get Caddy with me for saying they should update their information is unacceptable Having a print out pushed in my face after already being there was rude.

I did, and arrived for my 7:30 slot, signed in at 7:25, only to be ignored until after 8:00. The same woman who gave me the card then called to request my insurance information. I pointed out my appt time, and she said I wasn't on their schedule, and hinted that multiple people were having trouble with the booking system. Frustrating, unprofessional, and avoidable... bypass this location if you can zero stars!

I was a walk-in in the middle of the day expecting an hour or so to be called back, at least I was hoping no more. That was their estimate as well. But they moved quickly with clearing out the waiting room and I was sitting with my assigned vampire, Nevaeha, inside of 20 minutes. It is rare that I get a phlebotomist that will randomely go to my right arm and without hesitation find a vein with one quick stick of the needle and strike blood as if she have been doing it all her life. OK, no one has ever drawn blood from my right arm ever, only my left. But this seasoned pro, Nevaeha, has only been at it for less than 6 months. I was so impressed I now have this location and the phlebotomist name in my phone book for next time. And when I needed something at the front desk, everyone was accommodating, friendly, and as professional as Nevaeha. Crossing my fingers all my lab results are done before my doctor's appointment in just under 2 weeks. Thank you for a hassle free and painless stick!

I had an us-guided thyroid biopsy at the clinic, and the doctor cut into her lunch hour to do the procedure rather than have me come back another day. Her assistant did the same, and it was their idea to have me do it then, not mine- but I truly appreciated it. BTW her assistant is crazy good at needle sticks, and I barely felt her draw blood. The office is clean and inviting, and the ladies at the front desk are a hoot. I have had no issues with scheduling or billing, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone in need of an endocrinologist. Exceptional, great, terrible, mediocre, and now, this year, useless. Not a Doctor, not a PA, a Nursing practitioner. This person seemed completely uncaring, and yet socially woke! No sense of humor, no human connection. Just filling an empty chair! I feel like I wasted my time getting my annual checkup from a drone. Apparently this is not a isolated event, as other patrons were told the same. The next time I came I had the lab requests in paper form. But apparently the lesson at the desk felt that I only needed certain tests drawn not all that were on the lab forms. So when I returned to the pcp there was missing results that just simply weren't entered to be done on the specimens provided. Third time, I signed in using their check in iPad only to not be called up until I went to the desk and then be told to go back to the check in kiosk again and wait some more. Forth time I came prepared, had paperwork, ear buds, and plenty of time to waste waiting as each time I've tried to get an appointment online it's a 2 week wait. I would strongly recommend using Sonora quest if your hmo pays for it, as I thought they were bad but lab Corp certainly had lowered the bar..
