However, I don't understand why money that I paid upfront for an IVF treatment that never occurred is being held while unrelated insurance claims are being processed. I expected much better communication and transparency, especially regarding a significant amount of money. While my experience with my provider and their staff has been amazing I cannot recommend this clinic as they will hold thousands of dollars and refuse to return your money in any timely manner.
