Arrived Monday 6:55am got in line at the front door. They open at 7am checked in at the kiosk where it scans your ID and insurance card. I was out by 7:30am! That was a win for me! These offices are always busy with tons of people it's expected. The front office ladies did speak among themselves but that didn't bother me one bit. They were polite,working and busy. Went in for lab work on 7/1/26 and had a follow up appointment a week later with my Dr to go over results. I was informed by my Dr that results didn't come in, I wasted my time and co-pay and my insurance will probably pay for this completely unnecessary visit, it's next to impossible to talk with anyone, I've left at least 2'messages each day and today is the 18th and still no call back! This Labcorp never answers their phone and test results seem to take a longer where others have a 24-48 hour turnaround time for basic labs.

I'm shocked. I just left this lab corp branch and was amazed by the customer service. Check in was done online through the "wait where you're comfortable" program. When I received the notification to come inside, Jennifer the front desk employee was quick to call me up for my documents. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my paperwork but did have it digitally so I emailed them to her. Jennifer was happily checking people in and had such a positive can-do attitude. Once my paperwork was in, I was promptly brought into the lab space where a "student" was my blood drawer assistant. She was polite, very gentle, quick and made the process painless. Genuinely shocked at the high level of customer service at this lab corp. I can see why my doctor referred me to Lab Corp over other places. read more

I went in a week ago to get tests done and have been waiting for the results to schedule another appointment with my doctor to get some medicine but they haven't come and anytime you try to call it gives you a voicemail and says someone will call you back but nobody does. It's super frustrating and unprofessional that your unable to talk to an actual human at the front desk and when I'm in the office the front desk staff sit there looking mad and are super slow so I don't understand why they can't answer calls or call back!? read more

I scheduled an appointment here and was called back exactly at my appointment time and was done within a few minutes! Service was friendly and the waiting room seemed clean. My husband went the following day as a walk in and was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes (which is great considering no appt and other people in the waiting room). Will definitely return for future lab needs. read more

A little disappointed the ladies in the front were nice however once I went back the two actually doing the blood draws seemed veryyyy detached both from reality and patients. I was told I couldn't wait after my blood was drawn to make sure I was safe to drive myself home due to "causing unnecessary concern for other patients" I have a medical condition that causes issues with my blood volume. Very thankful I brought my own snacks and a drink for after to sit in my car before driving home. The male working made me very uncomfortable. read more

My husband and I needed to take our son to LabCorp to get his initial, newborn blood work done. We were able to easily schedule an appointment online by accessing their main website, selecting a location, and time. I also set up my own portal so that I could view all test results online without having to call. It is located within a medical plaza with plentiful parking. To our pleasant surprise, the waiting room was not busy and we did not have to wait in line. There is an option to check in at a kiosk or check in, in person. I checked in, in person. We were only waiting a few minutes before we were called in. The entire experience took about five minutes. I believe the lab technician's name was Kelly and she was wonderful. Unfortunately the bloodwork ended up getting lost, not sure who's fault that was, but we did have to go back to the same place and do it all over again. Pretty much, same experience. They didn't charge us for coming back. Kelly was there again and she was delightful. She kept apologizing although it wasn't her fault. She got us in and out of there. Overall, this is a convenient place with not too long of wait times. I would return back here if I needed to. read more

Couldn't find my order, had to call for new one. Front desk said that fax might be faster than email, odd. Order was for Urine test, front desk said I only needed urine specimen, she announced that in front of everyone in waiting room. She sent to a bathroom that was not in working order, basin fixtures all taped up, even the faucet. I have never been given a specimen bottle and sent to restroom without the ability to wash hands. I had to come in for some blood work this morning and what an amazing staff. All the ladies there (especially the 2 who were doing the blood draw for me) were very attentive, super patient and nice. I had told them prior to starting everything that I am extremely scared of needles and it was also my first time. They very much took care of me and I truly appreciate the staff there today. RUN AWAY FROM HERE! DO NOT COME HERE!! waited 30 mins to be called up to the front. There was only 2 other people before me.. then I get up there and she says she has no order from my doctor. Makes me call them. They have record of sending it to this labcorp the previous day, but they fax it over to them, again, anyway. Alright cool can I get my blood drawn? "Your insurance looks like you're not enrolled." TFFFFFFFFF. She makes me call my insurance (do you know how many answering machines you get when calling insurance places???? Shit.) a human finally answered and said there should be no problem... so I could've gotten my blood drawn like an hour ago now? Damnit man. Alright she takes me back and I wait in like a makeshift ratchet room with a screen separating people.. The phlebotomist isn't going to change her gloves before drawing my blood. Um wtf? I most definitely got up to leave, hella disgusted at this point. She proceeds to go wash her hands and change gloves AFTER I did that..... She did fine drawing my blood, tho. I needed a lot of it taken for multiple tests but she was quick about it. I need to also point out that the receptionists are the phlebotomists. This place is super unorganized and dysfunctional. They speak so disrespectfully and rudely to patients. They are loud and judgmental about patients' pasts. I was very uncomfortable listening to them. They kept blaming their computer and the lack of staff, for being so stressed out. One of them kept talking about wanting fuckin crab salad and the other said "I have a little case of vertigo going on right now" AND they wanna draw my blood? Holy nightmare. Came in for a quick lab after knee replacement surgery. Had to stand in line for 5 minutes and then another 3 for registration on kiosk. I have a huge brace on my leg and have a cane. It was very difficult for me to do and the man behind the desk said and did nothing. Afterwards, now with huge cramping and pain from this, I asked him if that was the only way to check in and he said ya. How is this ok for people with disabilities? Not acceptable. read more

Everyone in the waiting room is listening to the woman at the front desk talk openly and loudly with elderly patients about their medical procedure and past. Now she's complaining about the computer, how stupid it is (not user error) how she quit her last job, and now loudly asking a new mom if she's breast feeding in front of strangers. Unprofessional! ZERO stars! Avoid this company at all costs. I can see why they have so many negative reviews now. The status of two orders were NEVER available on the patient portal. One order after 9 days has no information and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live person at the Queen Creek office. They have setup their customer support to ensure that you cannot speak to a live person unless you come into the office and wait in line! POOR customer service. read more

Terrible. Took my child here and was asked for a credit card that they could charge up to $150 or they wouldn't draw her labs. I asked what the price was for the tests the receptionist refused to tell me. I told her she was obligated prior to us receiving service. I also verified they were in network and was told they were. That was over two months ago. Received a bill, they billed my insurance as out of network and are charging me over $500. Terrible! Amazingly fast. I arrived prior to opening and expected a long wait based on experiences with other labs in the past. This is a one-woman operation: she takes the paper work, the payment, walks the patient back, draws the blood and closes the visit out. It was much faster than I imagined given the one person staff, but even with two people ahead of me, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. She indicated that she has been there for approximately 9 months and people and still just discovering her (like I did)...if you need lab work and don't want to wait in long lines, give this location a try. read more

First off, the wait sucks to this office, the check in and the way they check insurance suck! They need to extend the hours so they can be open at 6am for people that would have to work can do that. Another reason why I give this place a 1 star rating because my arm is bruise from them taking out blood. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. LabCorp on Ocotillo takes very good care of you. They have a new check in system, which I received assistance not being familiar. Jackie at reception was very nice efficient and quick. This place is horrible. I have a critical care patient and this lab has DISCARDED her sample (which is incredibly difficult to collect) three times now. Sample is labeled "do not discard call Dr for more info" The incompetence of lab personnel is impeding her treatment. We will never use this lab again!!!! read more

I had read the previous comments and was apprehensive about going to this location, but it was the closest to me by far, so I took a chance. I went about 11 am, so there were about 5-6 people there. One of the things to know is, that you must register at the kiosk . Don't bother asking the receptionist. There are two kiosks. The first one was being used, so went to the second one, which was halfway lit. I stood there and tried to figure it out and nobody, including the receptionist inform me that the unit was not working. I registered after the first one was free. It took about half an hour or so and I had my blood taken by Drew, who was very nice and courteous. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the malfunctioned kiosk, which nobody bother to put a sign or inform people as they came in. So, I took a pen and noted on it, so the next person will know. The receptionist, did not see her name, was sneezing and coughing/ perhaps had a cold/, was not friendly, but abrupt. It seems every LabCorp you visit is SLOW, as in waiting over an hour just to be called up so they can get your information. They never have enough employees to draw blood, one or 2 and the waiting room is full of people waiting. Then after that you wait more just to be called in to get your blood drawn. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, inefficient and very disprespectful of the customer's time. I waited one hour and 40 minutes to get my blood drawn. The receptionist was texting constantly and paying more attention to her phone than the customers waiting. I am a diabetic and I was fasting, the lab was busy but not unusually so for a lab facility, was on break from work, so at minimum I should have been given a reason explaining the delay. It was the worst experience. The phlebotomist was doing her best to get caught up but with no help from the receptionist she was running the shop alone. This experience was unacceptable and the receptionist needs better training around customer service. This woman is so lazy that she rolls herself using the desk chair to even make a quick copy, unbelievable. Remember, I had 100 minutes to observe her behavior!!. I have been to various LabCorp locations many times over these last years. I have never seen such incompetence as this location. Please note, the phlebotomist was excellent, professional, quick and thorough. The front desk was a disaster that was unfortunately shared by the dozen or so others who came, went and endured the unnecessarily arduous and incompetent process to simply have blood drawn. I could write a 100 word essay detailing examples, one of which would be the receptionist calling my cell instead of calling my doctors office. I went there only once. I held up the woman that works there by arriving 10 minutes before lunch time. She was a consummate professional not at all annoyed. She was super quick filling out the paperwork. The best thing about this was that I never felt when she drew my blood.
