I am also disabled and it's hard for me to get the energy to make it to the lab so having her come to my home was just so helpful. I just got my results and there's a lot that showed up that will now help my doctors figure out what's going on. I credit that all to Kelle and her processing my blood tests accurately so the tests would come back correct. She also worked with me in getting the lower blood volume taken for each test since I have blood volume issues. The two ladies at the front desk today were very pleasant to every patient that came in. I would suggest moving the check-in kiosks to a place that is a bit more obvious to people coming in through the door so that these ladies can focus on their jobs instead of directing people to the kiosk every minute. They were both very accommodating to anyone who walked in and polite to a couple of patients who were frustrated when they didn't bring in their own paperwork (one woman wasn't even in the right blood lab, and they still directed her with kindness). If you can get an appointment, you're in and out lickety split. If you can't get an appointment, I do not suggest going at 6 AM because everyone who has to be fasting for their blood test is there and the wait for walk-ins can be a little long. Try 645 or 7 o'clock. Every time I've gone, I am pleasantly surprised by those who draw my blood. They are usually very quick and patient. I've gone to other places for my blood tests and I usually end up bruised - not here! i've never developed a bruise a day later, and it has never hurt. this is my go to place for blood tests. Even when they don't have available appointments, this is where I go! As for the waiting room, there's plenty of seating and you get to watch your name countdown on the waitlist screen.

We arrived at this location with given hours on the email print out for a drug screening. The said hours on Wednesday on the printout were 9 to 2 after searching for the building and the suite for about 10 minutes we walked to the door. The door stated that drug screenings ended at 11 when we went in to see if they would accept my school, aged daughter for a work drug screening we were turned away when I suggested to the man working the front that they should update their forms. He stated that the form was an old form, even though the email was printed out the day prior. I was met with attitude and was given a sheet with the new hours on it, and when I suggested again that it should be updated so people don't miss school. He said that it is updated on the door. We drove down there. I took my child out of school to be met with an attitude because I was stating they should update their information. I'm sure we are not the only ones that have wasted our time driving down there to be turned away, based on their forms, not being updated, I understand, and I even stated to the man that I understood it wasn't his fault but for him to get Caddy with me for saying they should update their information is unacceptable Having a print out pushed in my face after already being there was rude.

This time we had to return because they did not perform one of the ordered tests. Tech did not seem to know what or how to use the computer to do and took a long time just to find the blood order. There was no person at reception and we had to wait for somebody to appear from the back to gain entry. Disappointed since the facility was suggested by my doctor's office. Overall unprofessional and disappointing. In addition, we received a bill from a collection agency for a bill before we made our first visit. We had not used this facility before. With the state of the world how it is, some people forget about human kindness and decency. This staff was getting it from all angles, people over the phone, people in the lobby just everyone up in arms because one of the machines went down. Look people...... We are just people, we can't control the imaging machines. I checked in with a woman who greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with billing and insurance questions, even though the person before me continued to yell at her. When I was taken in the back (not a long wait at all) same situation, different patient. But the imaging person again greeted me with a smile and went over the instructions and the procedure. He even went out of his way to help me with a few things because he saw that I had to have 4 different scans in 3 different locations. I still can't thank him enough! The paperwork they gave us shows an infant does not have to fast. I got there this morning and the receptionist asks if the baby fasted. Uh no? So now we had to reschedule and they expect a baby to fast from midnight to 9 am.
