I had a very disappointing experience at this office…read more Before my appointment, I called to ask if I could be billed later for the visit, and I was told that it would be fine. Based on that information, I took time off work and kept my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I could not be billed later and that the information I had been given over the phone was incorrect. I explained that someone should be held accountable for giving patients inaccurate information, especially when patients take time off work based on what they're told. When I said that whoever gave me the incorrect information should be corrected so this wouldn't happen to other patients, the front desk employee suddenly handed me the phone and said, "Here, you talk to them." I declined because it wasn't my responsibility as the patient to confront or correct another employee. I was simply asking the office to address the mistake internally. Instead of acknowledging the error, I was then told, "You can always reschedule," which was not a solution after I had already made arrangements to be there. After my payment was made, the office manager came into the testing room while I was with the technician. I tried to de-escalate the situation by saying, "I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to get upset or mad. I was just told this over the phone." She replied, "I don't want to get mad either." I perceived that comment as threatening, which is why I responded, "Is that a challenge?" As the patient, I found the interaction intimidating and inappropriate. I reminded her that I was the patient and asked her to leave so I could finish my appointment. I do want to point out that the technician who performed my VNG test was professional and courteous. My concerns are not with the technician but with the way the front office handled the situation. Based on my experience, the front office demonstrated a lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. While I was there, it also appeared that other patients were experiencing issues with how the front office was handling things. Mistakes happen, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the error and working toward a resolution, I left feeling dismissed, intimidated, and disappointed with the overall experience.

Three weeks before the appointment, we received a phone call that the Phoenix office equipment was inoperable, and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The next available appointment was scheduled a week out indicating the Mesa office almost an hour from us does have an opening. We took it so we can get the information needed and have it available for the doctor to review by the next doctor's appointment. We drive an hour to the Mesa office on the day of the appointment and arrived early and waited for the office to open. The office doors opened slightly before 7:30. When we walked in to check in, we were advised the appointment had been made in error and that it was cancelled. I attempted to explain how my husband has a brain clot that is worsening and asked for anything available. The woman at the desk indicated we would have to call to reschedule. I told her we drove an hour to be there. She said she drove an hour to get to work. She gets paid to be there. We got nothing. We will not be allowing them a 3rd attempt to make things right since they could care less about the patient or the patient experience and apparently have too much business that they have no appointments for months out. They could have messaged us Friday to save us the trouble of driving an hour for no reason. They did not. His appointment was scheduled for 9th at 7:30. After we arrived back home on the 9th a text was received at 8:17 indicating the appointment was cancelled. If a patient is late, they could be charged a no-show fee. What are the consequences for them not delivering timely service? What can be done to hold them accountable? I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEURODIAGNOSTICS LABS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

My regular visits are with him to check in how I'm feeling and refill my scripts. Dr.Lewis is ontime, personal, knowlegable our new care and medicine to treat illnesses. genuinely, genuinely cares about you medical needs, and follows up on your progress. Third time, I signed in using their check in iPad only to not be called up until I went to the desk and then be told to go back to the check in kiosk again and wait some more.
