I have been to this location twice and received great service. I saw the NP Debra Herrington and she was pleasant and addressed all my concerns. Had labs drawn by Ashley and she was polite and professional. They also sentenced referral over for me to a specialist the same day. I enjoy making myself a cup of coffee while I wait to be called back. Will continue to utilize this office for my routine medical needs. read more

There are the most incompetent doctors office ever. They scheduled me an appointment the canceled it and said that I canceled it. They are only interested in money and not they patient. don't go there unless you are ready for a lot of frustration and pain. They rely on outsourced office help to save money. And it shows. So awful. read more

Nope. I have stage IV CNS Lymphoma and I'm hopes of avoiding a hospital and gumming up the already overwhelmed system I reached out to Hatfield for an appointment with a sense of urgency. I got ZERO response back. No call to say they can't. No call to say they can. Just crickets. I suggest finding a place that cares. Don't choose this place for your medical health. read more

One star is too high of a rating. Back in March, my husband called their answering service/call center and was able to make an appointment for the very next afternoon as a new patient. He was very excited to be seen so quickly, and arranged to have the next day off work. When he showed up to the appointment at the Red Mountain office the next day, they told him that his appointment had been made for the day before; and he had missed it. He showed them the email the call center sent with the date and time of his appointment (he got there early enough to fill out the paperwork). They would not admit the mistake was theirs, nor were they willing to make it right and work him in. He needed medication, had taken a day off without pay, was early and they still refused to see him. Quality, compassionate care is only a slogan. read more

Be aware of their billing and Dr's! Was told I was in stage 3 kidney failure for 4 months only after changing Dr's it wasn't true! They decided to do Medicare 360 check up on first visit . I told them I just had it done at previous Dr's , and Medicare only pays for that 1 time per year! They said we'll go ahead and see what happens? You know what happened, Medicare refused to pay for it and they put the expense on myself and my husband! Getting sued for 1800.! Creditors calling constantly! They gave me all kinds of wrong diagnosis! A heart problem that was non existence! These people are more dangerous to your health than helpful. WARNING DON'T GO TO THIS SO CALLED PRACTICE!!! read more

I've had great experiences with the care I received at Hatfield Medical. They are responsive to my needs and respectful of my opinions regarding my body. Excellent staff and Dr's. read more

I recently started using the Hatfield Medical Group. They were very thorough with my post-surgery follow up appointments. Wait time was minimal (5-10 minutes) and it was very helpful having a lab onsite for blood draws. They worked well with my insurance. Great office and professional staff. I didn't feel like they were rushing me out and took time to answer questions and to get to know me. read more

I have seen Eric Koenig NP, at Hatfield Medicine/ Village Medical for about 10 years now. He is by far the most thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable primary care physician I have ever had. He's not a set it and forget it type of physician, he follows up with you. Making you believe that you are his only patient and in this day in age that's hard to find. read more

Wow this place is worrisome. More effort done working and worrying on their ratings... than your care! Jim is clearly a bully and could have easily chosen to spend half the time, he did on getting review taken down, on mitigation of an issue he was clearly informed of and even offered to help if I encountered any problems the coming month. (I'm not manipulating anything just want people to make their own decisions) I however cannot be the only one that when the going got tough, you made it tougher on the patient. Much like your doctor asking you the patient "what you feel you should do medically"... Or when the doctor tells you "they don't know what to do medically, legally, ethically or even morally with a medical situation"; then when asked if your doctor has access to someone that could address your concerns. Dr Millet stated "I don't feel we are there yet." Just stay away, get a good PCP. If you have a cold sure they probably are fine but for any type of continuing care, your loved one, ect... find someone better suited. read more

I keep going back. That says it all. My provider listens to me. We talk about options. All my questions are answered. Lab person blood draw doesn't really hurt. MA's are pleasant and appears to know what they are doing. I'm good I'd recommend Red Mountain - Hatfield med clinic. read more

I was called back almost right away at my appointment time. Dr. Lewis was attentive, friendly and caring. It was my first visit and I'm glad I chose this office. read more

I've been going here for 11 years now. Dr Lewis amd the rest of the staff are very nice. I love that I've never had to wait long to be seen.

Sharon, took very care of medical issue. However, two things took place a referral to oral surgery, never took place, and my blood work has not returned results, two weeks later. Very unusual read more

I have gone to this practice now for the past few years. I am very pleased with Dr. Lewis and his staff. Dr. Lewis will listen to any concerns you have, and if he thinks you need further testing, he will see to it immediately. I am very happy I found him. read more

I needed care for a UTI which can only be done by submitting a urine sample. We have been back and forth to Salt Lake City where our daughter is in neuro critical care. Hatfield has several locations in the area so the scheduler worked to find someone who could see me relatively quickly. He was also concerned that I not have to travel too far. He and all of the professionals I interacted with were caring, cheerful, and considerate and took excellent care of me. read more

Worst medical group ever! I have cancer and they told me I needed a nuclear CT scan. There are varied types of nuclear CT scans and Banner (my health care group) asked for a request that was more specific. I have been trying for 2 days to get NP Sharon Caterial to provide them with the information needed so that I could get the exam. To this moment she has provided nothing. I am going to change my provider and recommend you consider others before wasting your time with Hatfield Medical Group on Brown Road in Mesa. read more

Hatfield Medical Group is exceptional. The staff is very professional - so friendly and welcoming. It's my mothers new doctor and she is so happy with HMG. They send her txt reminders to keep hydrated an to take care of herself and she loves that. Dr. Lewis is wonderful ... so down to earth.. he really listens and we never feel rushed. I'm so glad we switched ... it's an excellent place... convenient and you really feel that they care. read more

I saw Sharon at Red Mountain and she called in 2 Rx's. One is unavailable and I called for a replacement and never heard back. Had to call Hatfield Apache Junction office and request a replacement from Daniel Ramos's nurse. Very disappointed in Red Mountain office. read more

Review Update This place has really gone down hill. I saw the Dr on a Monday and just now got my prescription on a friday due to THEIR ERROR . The medical assistant just wouldn't do her job and send my medication to my pharmacy despite multiple follow up calls. She then said well I have 3 days to respond to any messages. Good luck with that. read more

I saw Sharon, PA. for the first time. She listens and is easy to talk with. I am grateful that I was seen in a reasonable time.

My experience with COVID-19 and the disgrace known as Hatfield Medical Group. On day 1 of my symptoms I contacted them for same medical assistance and to get a COVID test. On day 5 I was scheduled for my COVID test. As I was very sick, they did nothing for me. I recovered after a very rough 12 days; however, it seems that the Hatfield Medical Group lost my test results. I have had to go elsewhere for my test to see of that is what I had. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a so-called medical provider. Hatfield Medical Group sucks and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been taking my sons to Dr Lewis for a year now, and I finally decided to just take a chance with him when I needed to get a new PCP. I've only had female doctors for a long time. I liked him for me as well as my sons. He isn't a touchy-feely personality but very calming and friendly. He absolutely takes the time necessary to listen to every concern and address it completely. I loved his nurse, too. I never have a long wait which is great. He must manage his time well which is saying a lot since he makes you feel like you have all his attention and all his time. Lastly; I love that they have a blood lab on site! read more

Four years, different staff and each time it is a new experience and not for the better. The np,dr, and blood tech are they only helpful or capable employees at this location. Your time and money will go to waist here with little effort to provide care. read more

I have been going here for years staff is great very helpful. The doctors are great and are very respectful of my personal care. I love the fact that my doctor listens to my needs and concerns that I ask of her. I've been seeing Dr Lewis for years and I always find him to be kind, professional and thorough. His office staff is also efficient and kind. I love that I can do labs right in the office. read more

First of all, there needs to be better address numbers posted. No one can read it or find it. The reason for the low review was because I had to wait 1 hour to have my blood taken. Or something that takes only 5 minutes to do there was no reason for the long wait. Even if there were people in front of me. Yes I realize it was a new person but I don't understand why, because the previous phlebotomist was so excellent! read more

Dr. Gordon and Dr. Khan took great care of me! They both seemed like they genuinely cared about me and getting my issue resolved...some doctors just aren't empathetic but these two were. Hatfield Medical Group also has an in office phlebotomist (who is super sweet) to draw blood for testing, which is nice so you don't have to go to a separate lab location!!! I was also able to get an appointment same day, 2 days in a row....it's hard to find doctors offices that have that availability these days... I also like how the online patient portal keeps track of your vitals, doctor's instructions and allows you to send messages to your doctor. You can even look at prior doctor visit information to see what you were there for and what tests they did. It's super helpful! read more

I was not impressed. The NP told me my ears had wax build up and use a swab, which causes impaction. I had to ask to have them flushed. I also didn't feel as though she cared about my concern about my ear hurting. I truly felt that there was no interest in my initial appointment. read more

Dr Lewis has kept my husband along with his cardiologist as healthy S possible with out there working together he most definitely would not be her. Unfortunately i fo not trust the PA. How ever Kara has been the best supporter for a MA that you could ask for. As for me. I have cried in the office and their compassion is amazing. An being able to function again is WONDERFUL it just took some one to listen and know you matter. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Kathy and Bill Francis read more

Worst place to be since their merge. Referrals are a 45 day waiting period which has caused me to end up in the er. Care has gone down hill with them. And a 3 hour wait on hold just to schedule an app. I think it's time for my whole family to change from them. I'm beyond livid with this place. read more

I have been going to Dr Lewis for a couple of years now. I have found that he and his entire staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that my medical issues are addressed well and he takes the time to listen! Dr Lewis and front office staff were very nice. Office is beautiful. I've found a great place

Appointments always start on time. Office is clean. They're nice and quick to respond with lab results.

Never answer the phone. Record not updated. Have only seen nurse practitioner. They observe and refer you to a specialist.

Very disappointing experience with Hatfield. My son, who is disabled, fell and needed a Mobile Xray order written so he didn't have to be transported to the physicians office and then the radiologist. THEY REFUSED TO WRITE A SIMPLE X-RAY ORDER! Shocking to say the least. They had the power to help and didn't seem to care whatsoever. The receptionist who I was speaking to was rude and could have cared less about our situation. We WILL NOT BE BACK! Do yourself a favor and find a different physician. read more

Hatfield medical doctors are very good at what they do. You can usually get an appointment the same or the next. Dr. Kahn really listens to her patients and she cares. I would recommend Hatfield medicine to anyone who is looking for a new or different doctor. read more
