The two ladies at the front desk today were very pleasant to every patient that came in. I would suggest moving the check-in kiosks to a place that is a bit more obvious to people coming in through the door so that these ladies can focus on their jobs instead of directing people to the kiosk every minute. They were both very accommodating to anyone who walked in and polite to a couple of patients who were frustrated when they didn't bring in their own paperwork (one woman wasn't even in the right blood lab, and they still directed her with kindness). If you can get an appointment, you're in and out lickety split. If you can't get an appointment, I do not suggest going at 6 AM because everyone who has to be fasting for their blood test is there and the wait for walk-ins can be a little long. Try 645 or 7 o'clock. Every time I've gone, I am pleasantly surprised by those who draw my blood. They are usually very quick and patient. I've gone to other places for my blood tests and I usually end up bruised - not here! i've never developed a bruise a day later, and it has never hurt. this is my go to place for blood tests. Even when they don't have available appointments, this is where I go! As for the waiting room, there's plenty of seating and you get to watch your name countdown on the waitlist screen.

So when I returned to the pcp there was missing results that just simply weren't entered to be done on the specimens provided. Third time, I signed in using their check in iPad only to not be called up until I went to the desk and then be told to go back to the check in kiosk again and wait some more. Forth time I came prepared, had paperwork, ear buds, and plenty of time to waste waiting as each time I've tried to get an appointment online it's a 2 week wait. Theresa called us back, and she was absolutely wonderful. She kept my son engaged the entire time and answered all of his questions in a way that made him feel comfortable and informed. He was pretty nervous going in, but she turned it into a really positive experience for him. I'm so grateful for her kindness and professionalism--she made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier for both of us.

I have made it a point to make sure my doctors send the lab orders electronically a day or 2 before my scheduled appointment, if not, then I make sure to have physical copies of the orders. This one is on me. I have found the phlebotomists to all be professional and though I am typically somewhat a hard stick, none of the phlebotomists at this location has ever needed more than once to stick me. I think Sonora Quest hires the best phlebotomists in terms of drawing blood. My husband and I were here near the end of July for orders for our annual exams. It was easy for us. The guy was very business-like and though I would like a more personable person, it's not a big deal. He was professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He was able to get my husband and I done within my appointment time, so that freed up 15 minutes for other people and himself that morning. I would recommend this location and then afterwards, you can get some grocery shopping done as well.

They don't accept insurance here since you need a doctor's order to bill insurance, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in and out very quickly. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this place!

Found this place this morning and I had an appointment scheduled online within 45 minutes and I'm already heading back to work. Very clean facility, super friendly, and super convenient. The front desk is a different story, the regular lady is usually pretty rude and yesterday they had a younger girl with white and purple hair who was also rude. It's like they don't realize they're dealing with people who are getting bloodwork, no one wants to have to get bloodwork, best case scenario it's routine yearly stuff but I've often had to get bloodwork to continue getting different medications, to rule in or out things like cancer, etc all things that are already anxiety causing. No one needs to be treated poorly by a front desk person at a box place. This time though was extra special since they decorated for Easter...i don't mind bunnies, flowers, etc but I'm 0% religious and didn't really appreciate having it shoved in my face.
