I'm not sure why this place has so few stars. Every time I have gone, I have received excellent…read moreservice. The two ladies at the front desk today were very pleasant to every patient that came in. I would suggest moving the check-in kiosks to a place that is a bit more obvious to people coming in through the door so that these ladies can focus on their jobs instead of directing people to the kiosk every minute. They were both very accommodating to anyone who walked in and polite to a couple of patients who were frustrated when they didn't bring in their own paperwork (one woman wasn't even in the right blood lab, and they still directed her with kindness). If you can get an appointment, you're in and out lickety split. If you can't get an appointment, I do not suggest going at 6 AM because everyone who has to be fasting for their blood test is there and the wait for walk-ins can be a little long. Try 645 or 7 o'clock. Every time I've gone, I am pleasantly surprised by those who draw my blood. They are usually very quick and patient. I've gone to other places for my blood tests and I usually end up bruised - not here! i've never developed a bruise a day later, and it has never hurt. this is my go to place for blood tests. Even when they don't have available appointments, this is where I go! As for the waiting room, there's plenty of seating and you get to watch your name countdown on the waitlist screen.

Surprised this company is doing well. It should be gone out of business! They handled my billing…read moreterribly wrong, their office submitted the claims with incorrect member ID, thus got rejected by the insurance company. I contacted Labcorp numerous times without resolve. It was very frustrating. Months later, they still insist not to resubmit the claims with the correct member ID. Do they really care about getting paid? Guess not.

I've been here 4 times in the past two months. Unfortunately for the same tests. The first time I…read morenaively thought the lab requests that my pcp's office sent to lab Corp would be on file and I could simply schedule an appointment and have the specimens drawn - nope. Apparently this is not a isolated event, as other patrons were told the same. The next time I came I had the lab requests in paper form. But apparently the lesson at the desk felt that I only needed certain tests drawn not all that were on the lab forms. So when I returned to the pcp there was missing results that just simply weren't entered to be done on the specimens provided. Third time, I signed in using their check in iPad only to not be called up until I went to the desk and then be told to go back to the check in kiosk again and wait some more. Forth time I came prepared, had paperwork, ear buds, and plenty of time to waste waiting as each time I've tried to get an appointment online it's a 2 week wait. I would strongly recommend using Sonora quest if your hmo pays for it, as I thought they were bad but lab Corp certainly had lowered the bar..
