Had to come here for some bloodwork this morning. First time here. I made an appt a few days ago…read moreand the only earliest time available was 7:45. I got here a little before 7am and checked in at the kiosk right after. During check in, it showed a 7:30 available so I changed it to that one. I saw people who arrived after and checked in after me get called back first. Regardless if someone has an appt set, if they're there early and checked in, you should take them over walk-ins who came in after. Place is quiet and seems clean. Has a good amount of seating. 3 stars overall due to the order being taken back. **5 STARS** for Deepa (not sure if I spelled that right)! It was a little after 7:20 when she called me back. The front desk tried to tell her that it wasn't my turn or something and I heard her tell them that I've been signed in since 7:02am! Blood draw was also painless with her and I'll be requesting her if I ever come back! Thank you Deepa!

I have made it a point to make sure my doctors send the lab orders electronically a day or 2 before my scheduled appointment, if not, then I make sure to have physical copies of the orders. This one is on me. I have found the phlebotomists to all be professional and though I am typically somewhat a hard stick, none of the phlebotomists at this location has ever needed more than once to stick me. I think Sonora Quest hires the best phlebotomists in terms of drawing blood. My husband and I were here near the end of July for orders for our annual exams. It was easy for us. The guy was very business-like and though I would like a more personable person, it's not a big deal. He was professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He was able to get my husband and I done within my appointment time, so that freed up 15 minutes for other people and himself that morning. I would recommend this location and then afterwards, you can get some grocery shopping done as well.

They don't accept insurance here since you need a doctor's order to bill insurance, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure if it works. You can basically request just about any lab test here without needing a doctor's order. Very handy if you know what you need. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in and out very quickly. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time at this location, and it was very weird that there were no people around to help just a couple kiosks in the front of the room 40 minutes past my appointment time I finally was able to get a hold of somebody who said oh yeah we'll get right to you. Then they pull people that had appointments 30 and 45 minutes after mine. Finally, I get the woman who's only supposed to be doing walk-in so is not very happy about doing an appointment. All in all, I needed a blood draw and didn't want to drive to Scottsdale so this worked. It would never be my first choice.

The amount of people waiting was astonishing. At this point they should have people check in online and wait where they would like even at home if possible and you could track where you are at in the queue of patients (I.e. your spot in line). I've been to other medical establishments that do that and it really helps limit how many people are waiting at a location or if the wait is too long you could just reschedule. I know you can select to wait in your car or wherever and get a text but on busy days when you have to show up at location and check in at your appt time and then still wait 45+ minutes it's tedious and horrible. Especially when gross people are wheezing and coughing near you and the establishment looks unorganized and dirty. I recently went to a different location in Sun lake and made a appt for 7:00 am (as recommended by Sonoran staff from my last botched appt) . It was about a week out from when I made it and it was a great decision to make as early a appt as possible. I showed up on time and the ladies at the front desk were pretty nice and the waiting room was calm. I was called up to the front in a timely manner to give information and then I was called back shortly for blood draw. I'm in and out 23 minutes. Perfect and couldn't have asked for it to be any easier. If you're complaining about having to make appt in advance or needing to Wait awhile or drive farther that's on you if you decide not to. I'm new to the area and this Sonoran lab company for whatever reason seems to be the choice of a lot of medical establishments. I wish it wasn't and I could go where I wish but you work with what you got. Book out an appt and make it the earliest you can find. This was BEST case scenario! They even called me beforehand with a few questions regarding the orders my Dermatologist sent over so they could get organized and be ready by the time I arrived. Unfortunately for these nice employees, their internal systems weren't functioning. I mean, that would cripple an entire restaurant for hours -- let alone a lab !! Nonetheless, I was in and out in literally 5 minutes, and they were so chill. Thank y'all for your support @ McClintock Labcorp.
