This time we had to return because they did not perform one of the ordered tests. Tech did not seem to know what or how to use the computer to do and took a long time just to find the blood order. There was no person at reception and we had to wait for somebody to appear from the back to gain entry. Disappointed since the facility was suggested by my doctor's office. Overall unprofessional and disappointing. In addition, we received a bill from a collection agency for a bill before we made our first visit. We had not used this facility before. Don't use this place.

Just heat and attitude. Response: You had an attitude like you were the one sweating in the lobby. Yes I called you something along the lines of being difficult (no cussing, no body shaming, no commitments on that ratty synthetic wig you had on, nothing). If you are the owner of this business you should really think about how you talk to people. Yes my business was taken elsewhere. I contacted Labcorp numerous times without resolve. It was very frustrating. Months later, they still insist not to resubmit the claims with the correct member ID. Apparently this is not a isolated event, as other patrons were told the same. The next time I came I had the lab requests in paper form. But apparently the lesson at the desk felt that I only needed certain tests drawn not all that were on the lab forms. So when I returned to the pcp there was missing results that just simply weren't entered to be done on the specimens provided. Third time, I signed in using their check in iPad only to not be called up until I went to the desk and then be told to go back to the check in kiosk again and wait some more. Forth time I came prepared, had paperwork, ear buds, and plenty of time to waste waiting as each time I've tried to get an appointment online it's a 2 week wait. I would strongly recommend using Sonora quest if your hmo pays for it, as I thought they were bad but lab Corp certainly had lowered the bar..

It's like they don't realize they're dealing with people who are getting bloodwork, no one wants to have to get bloodwork, best case scenario it's routine yearly stuff but I've often had to get bloodwork to continue getting different medications, to rule in or out things like cancer, etc all things that are already anxiety causing. No one needs to be treated poorly by a front desk person at a box place. This time though was extra special since they decorated for Easter...i don't mind bunnies, flowers, etc but I'm 0% religious and didn't really appreciate having it shoved in my face.

When I raised concern over lack of care and follow through during such a critical time, her exact words were, "I wish you well, and I hope you're able to get the support you need." Care fell below standards.
