Bc of this, according to them I was late and they'd need to reschedule me or "work me in within an hour" it's been over an hour and I haven't been called back. This didn't just inconvenience me but messed up my whole work day. There were other things to regarding payment that I was annoyed with and given poor communications on. I'm very displeased and would not recommend them or especially this location. (Spectrum location) PS it was very hard to find their building. A very poor business community layout.

Lab is super efficient and friendly. So, what is the problem? For the third time in 3 years I have to see a different primary care person. Over the years they have been all over the place. Exceptional, great, terrible, mediocre, and now, this year, useless. Not a Doctor, not a PA, a Nursing practitioner. This person seemed completely uncaring, and yet socially woke! No sense of humor, no human connection. Just filling an empty chair! I feel like I wasted my time getting my annual checkup from a drone. Dont Veterans deserve a Doctor as their primary health person?

I've had a nice experience with the staff at this location for imaging needs. Here's the issue I had the past week: I've had a brain scan appointment scheduled and reschedule 3 separate times due to errors or mistakes on the part of SimonMed. It's been so frustrating that I asked my neurologist to refer me to another company for my brain scan. Even though this may push out the scan further than with SimonMed, I cannot give them my business based on principle now.

I would suggest moving the check-in kiosks to a place that is a bit more obvious to people coming in through the door so that these ladies can focus on their jobs instead of directing people to the kiosk every minute. They were both very accommodating to anyone who walked in and polite to a couple of patients who were frustrated when they didn't bring in their own paperwork (one woman wasn't even in the right blood lab, and they still directed her with kindness). If you can get an appointment, you're in and out lickety split. If you can't get an appointment, I do not suggest going at 6 AM because everyone who has to be fasting for their blood test is there and the wait for walk-ins can be a little long. Try 645 or 7 o'clock. Every time I've gone, I am pleasantly surprised by those who draw my blood. They are usually very quick and patient. I've gone to other places for my blood tests and I usually end up bruised - not here! i've never developed a bruise a day later, and it has never hurt. this is my go to place for blood tests. Even when they don't have available appointments, this is where I go! As for the waiting room, there's plenty of seating and you get to watch your name countdown on the waitlist screen.

If the approval isn't received before the appointment, they will cancel the appointment and then text you until you call in to reschedule. 2. When you call back to reschedule, you have to explain everything all over again and you usually get different prep insructions for the same image request. 3. When you try to use their website, you can't use your cell phone number for a second account. I was my husband's caregiver and now I am my mother's and they won't let her have an account because I have the same cell phone number. Why ANY company would make a phone number a key database field is beyond me. 4. The online chat leads you only to FAQ pages...not to a person who can actually help you.
