When I did I went to Primacare. If you ask me I wouldn't go to any other place , after the first visit, I decided that Primacare was going to be the place that would take care of me. I've chosen Primacare to be the house of my primary care physician. I've been going to them for years and have been listened to, cared for, and any opportunity I can. I recommend them to everyone. I've seen all the doctors that work with Primacare, specifically in this location, and everyone is so kind, considerate, and just wonderful people. Seriously. If you need a primary care physician this is the place for you. 10/10 100% care love them.

She will not write longer than a 3-month prescription for long-term maintenance medicine and requires lots of erroneous visits (to get more $). She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

You can walk in, STAND RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER, and she would keep staring at her computer screen and will not acknowledge you AT ALL! And it didn't happen just once, it's been happening every single time I go there. I even told the office manager what an unpleasant first, second, twentieth impression she makes and they still have her as their front desk person! I take no pleasure in leaving two stars for such an amazing doctor but maybe this (and other reviews about the staff) will finally prompt them to do smth about it! They give u a 10 minute grace period for being late, but if u're later than 10 minutes, they recommend that u cancel and make a new appointment. Lucky for me, i didn't get a ticket driving there! Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! From the very first greeting the Medical assistant was very rude and seemed drawn back because I followed with my daughter. She immediately told us that our sports physical form wasn't filled out properly without actually looking at them. Told us that we HAD to fill out the student with disabilities form even after we told her that she doesn't have a disability. Then when she proceeded to put us into our room, she didn't even say anything just sent us in the room and closed the door. Once the doctor arrived. The only thing my daughter did was touch her head knees and toes. One of the worst sports physical I've witnessed with my children. This location is awful last time for me ! Very unprofessional.
