The Doctor has been very supportive and professional. I moved here just before the pandemic and we…read morewere able to meet online to discuss my needs. The online appointment was very comfortable and she listened and addressed my concerns. We ordered a full blood work up and in the following weeks made some medication changes. Followed up after a few months and we were both happy with the outcome - created a plan to move forward - and have met a few times online (as I am not going anywhere during COVID). She has been very accommodating and easy to work with and talk to - explaining why things work the way they do - and repeating as necessary. She does not seem to be a "symptom fixing" doctor, but a "problem solving" one. Meaning, she wants to heal the issues - not just throw another pill at it. I appreciate that approach.

***Do Not Come Here***…read more After reading other reviews, I'm highly upset that I did not read them sooner! Staff is rude and unprofessional. Finally meet the doctor after sitting for an hour past my appointment time, waiting for her. After a half-done exam of my issue, she didn't offer anything to help. No icepack, no splint, no Tylenol, no advice on how to care for the injury....NOTHING! All she tells me is "go get a blood test and we will "try" and call you back later this month". This place needs to be closed down!!! What's the point of coming to a "doctors office" if the doctor doesn't know what his/he is doing?! I literally sat in front of the "doctor" and googled things to help with the injury. And her response to each suggestion from Google, "o yeah, let's try that". She should be embarrassed and get medical license should be taken away immediately.

She sent him to a cardiologist who tested him and scheduled an angiogram. This procedure found that he had 95% blockage in his LAD coronary artery, known as the widowmaker. To think how close he was to a fatal episode, one that often goes undetected due to its location on the heart. We are forever grateful for Dr Jhaver's foresight and taking action that God willing will give us more time together. Thank you Dr Jhaver!!!!

I will not be returning to this facility and have asked that my appointment be canceled…read more My experience was extremely disappointing. During my visit, I felt that my questions were not being adequately answered, and I received very little information about my condition or treatment options. The appointment only lasted longer because I repeatedly had to ask follow-up questions to get basic information that should have been explained from the start. What was even more frustrating was being labeled as "disrespectful" after I referred to the physician as "Dr. Megan." I had already apologized and explained that I did not know how to pronounce her last name. When a patient openly says they are unsure how to pronounce a provider's name, a professional front office should simply assist with the correct pronunciation rather than treat it as a sign of disrespect. I was also surprised by the suggestion that I should seek advice from a nurse practitioner elsewhere and by the implication that the office had done me a favor by urgently fitting me into the schedule. Patients should not be made to feel indebted for receiving medical care, especially when they leave with unanswered questions and concerns. Overall, I felt dismissed rather than heard. A patient expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of communication should not be treated as a problem. Unfortunately, this experience left me with zero confidence in the practice, and I am relieved that I will not be returning

His bedside manner is calm and professional. I feel assured he is listening to the concerns I want to discuss at each visit. He takes time to check over my records to see if routine blood work needs to be done. He runs the necessary tests, writes the prescription, and gives referrals when needed. He takes the time to explain things, and assumes I am intelligent. I'm a tough case when it comes to my health, and I was very happy with Dr. Walmer. It's easy to get an appointment within a couple of weeks, if not sooner. He is hardly ever running over 15 minutes late, which is good for a medical office.

Just in the last 6months to a year I've had issue with Sami the appointment scheduler. In my opinion I got attitude almost every time i speak to her. When I've asked why I'm getting attitude she turns it around and she states she's not giving me attitude, This last time we spoke she stated I was playing the victim. All I was trying to figure out why what's the problem is. I'm not saying I'm perfect during our interactions. I would call to try figure out why she had an attitude towards me once again, she would say she didn't have an attitude. During our last conversation, she stated all "All Her Staff" had a problem with me. I think it would have been professional to have meeting and talk to me about the problem she was speaking about especially after 30 years. After the way I was treated on 10/21/26 I would not recommend this practice.
