She will not write longer than a 3-month prescription for long-term maintenance medicine and requires lots of erroneous visits (to get more $). She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

Whenever she needs smth from you she's just gonna go ahead and bark, because that's what she does. You can walk in, STAND RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER, and she would keep staring at her computer screen and will not acknowledge you AT ALL! And it didn't happen just once, it's been happening every single time I go there. I even told the office manager what an unpleasant first, second, twentieth impression she makes and they still have her as their front desk person! I take no pleasure in leaving two stars for such an amazing doctor but maybe this (and other reviews about the staff) will finally prompt them to do smth about it! If the doctor wasn't so great I would definitely never ever come back. The worst front desk experience EVER! EVERY TIME!

They give u a 10 minute grace period for being late, but if u're later than 10 minutes, they recommend that u cancel and make a new appointment. Lucky for me, i didn't get a ticket driving there! Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! I'm really happy with this honor health office and Dr Roy! He's a keeper!!
